I was disappointed in the fact that we were picking our new puppy up and identified that information right away. After setting up the day we would pick her last week, we were not provided the breeders contact information until late Sunday afternoon. We were planning on picking the puppy up Monday at 9 am. That was very poor and made for several anxious days for us. I did text our travel concierge multiple times and she initially responded positively but then stopped responding. I think we should have been provided either the breeders contact information as soon as they agreed to meet us to pick up the puppy

I had never heard of Pawrade before but they have been wonderful through out the process. The website is easy to use the puppy pictures inviting, and the delivery prompt. My puppy is so cute and lovable, and all the people involved were helpful and very easy to deal with. This really was a great experience with a very happy out come.

OakLynn was delivered to our home and my husband, Bob Farina, named her Bella. Everything went great. She has settled in and gets along great with our golden retriever, Emily. The only missing piece was the rabies certificate to register her in Virginia. The breeder is sending us her rabies tag. Which means we can't register her until next year. Don't care for that.

We gave specifics to Cassie yesterday over the phone….. thank you for our beautiful Jenna! We love her sooo much! Her transport to us was held up one week as she contracted lice at the breeder's farm….. the transport man( Tyler) had the wrong phone number so despite his trying to contact us to let us know he was on his way we did not receive any calls! He showed up at our door at 8:00 pm! Thank God we were home! She has a parasite infection now( guardia)?… which she is being treated for….. she has a raised area under her fur on her right side which is being treated also….. I found that it was very confusing as to who the primary contact person was along the journey…. From Brie we went to Reagan to Alyssa to Lois etc……. It was oils be better to have one contact person all along the way to help with questions etc….. the process was a bit confusing…. We are 70 yo and not very tech savvy…… I guess us getting Jenna was worth all of this! We pray that she stays healthy for many years to come! T

The process was fine. Our pup was delayed due to a minor health issue. We needed better communication about the results and when she was released to travel. I wouldn’t choose ground transport again, 3 days in a crate is too long. We weren’t informed initially that it would take that long. But we are very happy with our puppy and love her so much!

My transaction was pretty simple, not a whole lot was confusing. I wish I was provided with more pictures throughout the process. I also was confused because I adopted a Male dog and everyone I spoke to called it a She. That’s was very frustrating and confusing. The delivery process made no sense, there was little communication. It was very unclear when the delivery was going to take place which is frustrating for a person who works. But everything else is great!

Gracie is a wonderful addition to our home . She’s very spoiled already and loves her new sisters . The only thing I would suggest is there should be a cap on the time of delivery. She arrived after midnight and was very scared . I think the transition for her could have been a little more calming for her if she came to us at a reasonable time . But after lots of cuddles she calmed down .
