I’ve got to admit that I had my reservations about not being able to directly contact the breeder. However, what a wonderful beautiful puppy I wound up getting! Pascal is incredible! Finding a healthy puppy from a vetted breeder is challenging. Although, initially I was unsure about getting a healthy puppy over the internet, each step of the process assured me that this was legit. Every concern and question was quickly answered by friendly and knowledgeable personnel. We were assigned Lois as our customer service liaison and prepared us for each step in the process and quickly got answer for us. The pay process was easy to follow and well organized. The puppy delivery service Wags on Wheels was beyond expectations. They sent us their travel/delivery plans on day of departure and an app wherein we could follow the driver and his schedule of deliveries. As he got closer to our proposed delivery time, we were absolutely ready and waiting. Considering all this was in conjunction with bad weather (snow) and varying traffic patterns of different cities and country roads. The two drivers were exceptional caring for the puppies and customer service. Exceedingly pleased!

My puppy is adjusting well. the only negative was the delivery was at 11:30 at night and I am early bird. The delivery people were very nice and I thought it was great to have the pup delivered but the time was a bit rough. Otherwise all is well and thank you. We love her!

Took him as requeste for his 72 hour basic vet exam. stool results a parasite called guardian. On 3 meds. I was upset to hear that after he was supposed to have come from a prominent breeder. More money I had to spend. Pawrade service was excellent

Almost perfect and seem less experience, only drawback I experienced was in the actual transfer. If we (the breeder and myself) were able to connect earlier in the process the experience may have been flawless.

Puppy arrived healthy and happy and clean. She is an energetic smart little girl. She seems to be learning to potty outside although accidents do happen. She is very brave, bossing my 2 older dogs around. Perhaps too brave. So far my experience with Parade has been excellent. Responses to queries have been prompt and appropriate.
