Pawrade is a legitimate website and they do what they promise, but they are intermediaries and don’t have full knowledge about the puppies they sell. In my case, I never had contact with the puppy’s parents, and although communication was professional, after purchasing, I found out my puppy has a heart murmur that wasn’t disclosed — something my vet says should have been detected. My puppy is doing okay, but I would’ve appreciated full honesty from the start so I could make an informed decision. This isn’t entirely the intermediaries’ fault, but they should be more involved and aware of the true health condition of the puppies they’re helping sell.

Buyer beware!!! Buy at your own risk. The breeder and organization only care about taking your money. I received a sick pup full of ticks. Once you sign the contract consider your money gone. Customer service is atrocious. Save yourself the hassle and don't use this terrible service.

I was skeptical about pawrade. I kept seeing it on Facebook and I would look at the Cavalier puppies, but I was leery because of scams. Then I saw Ellie (Lilly Bell) and she caught my eye. I showed her photos to my daughter, and that’s when I decided to take a chance. I was impressed with how fast your responses were to questions I had. Turns out you aren’t a scam and I would recommend Pawrade for anyone looking for a puppy. You have the best interest of the dog in mind. We are looking forward to many years of joy with Ellie.

Pawrade was easy to communicate with and finally got my dog to me, which was not easy. The complaints I have are with the breeder. I realize now I should have asked for a doctor's certificate on the health of the dog before I signed Pawrade's contract. At the very end, practically the day before he was to come to me, I was advised that he had two medical problems which would require over $1,000 in vet bills to correct. the puppy was 5 1/2 months old, hard to believe ha had had no vet checkups during that time to alert them to these issues He came with few instructions, a tiny plastic bag of food and no "personal" information to understand his mannerisms and personality. There was no question about not taking him, the contract is ironclad. So, beware and be smart and ask the right questions before you sign.

From the beginning of my selection process through delivery was great. However, after I received my puppy I had 2 very simple questions and I called the Pawrade phone number. The recording said there was no one available at the time and to leave a message. I left messages but never got a call back. Finally after 2 days I called the next day and someone answered my questions. It is too bad because I was very impressed with their operation and received answers to my questions throughout the process and everyone was very nice. All that being said I would still recommend Pawrade for buying puppies. the lack of response after delivery was not as important as all they did during the process and everyone let's face it everyone has bad days. I am thrilled with my Puppie.

I appreciated how careful you are during the buying process. But it is impossible to get a vet appointment in 3 days 3 to 4 weeks in more in line with what can actually be achieved. I love my puppy and she is adorable.

Cody (name change from Alfredo) is actually the 12th Cavalier King Charles pup I have purchased from Pawrade. He arrived in good health and well socialized. In fact, when he arrived he snuggled up to me right away. This was true of all the pups that I purchased from Pawrade and why I kept going back. I am retired and enjoy having my pups around to keep me busy and to keep me company. Right now, we are all out in the back yard. The pups are playing and I am supervising! Lots of communication to us about things that needed to get done, but still have multiple issues and questions hanging, but we have Giovanni in our home so we are figuring it out.
