Found a great puppy through Pawrade. Communications system was not the best. Hard to get answers even after making same requests over and over. Lots of communication to us about things that needed to get done, but still have multiple issues and questions hanging, but we have Giovanni in our home so we are figuring it out. It would have helped to have answers before.

Unfortunately this was an awful experience. I was not given the choice to decide how my pup was going to be transported. I was given incorrect delivery dates and was told at the eleventh hour that the delivery can take place in the middle of the night. When I requested the pup be delivered 45 mins after what they sent me, the night before mind you. I was threatened and told the puppy will be returned to the breeder and I won’t receive a refund. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. Stay away from this company!

I received “Lady” (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) on Friday, April 25 and she has already stolen our hearts with her playfulness and sweet disposition. This is my second puppy threw pawrade honestly I was a real pain this time around. Was over reacting to how he was being delivered. I honestly had nothing st all to worry about. Zach was great and took wonderful care of my puppy who we are calling Arlo as b my Son's name is Matthew. Once again I found everyone to be extremely helpful, professional and it was a joy working with Pawrade again.

Besides saying how sweet, adorable, happy and loving my puppy is, I have to make a comment about Pawrade. I had an amazing experience with them. They walk you through EVERY step of the way. There is NO guessing with them, they are on top of everything. It’s like having your own coach through the whole process. I had never purchased a puppy online and to be frank was a little worried. As soon as the process began, I was updated on EVERY step including at the end with the nanny. Yes I chose that route, felt it was the best for me and my new baby. But whatever you choose the greatest reward is bringing that bundle of love home❣️

Everyone we dealt with at Pawrade was friendly, cooperative and supportive of our process for selecting a new family member. They were knowledgeable and able to provide information about our choice. Once we were sure, they made sure that we understood the process and timeline for getting puppy home. They made it as stress free as possible including arranging the best possible transport experience we could ask for.
