Using the Pawrade site was easy. After the decision to get a particular puppy the follow up was great. We just picked him up and pawrade again was on point helping from the start to the first hug of the new pup to the family. Thank you Pawrade !!!

Wonderful service from beginning to end. My puppy is absolutely adorable and appears to have been very well taken care of. The transporters were kind, caring and on time. Just love my new cavapoo puppy. He already loves his new home and his new family.

The customer service is awesome, very reliable, helpful and clear. They answer any questions l have for the breeder or for them. They communicate effectively and any financial transaction happens through a secured website. I really recommend them.
Total highest approval score! I really wanted a well socialized NON-puppy mill puppy. Your team made every step very easy, reassured my "online buying" fears, communicated on a regular basis and was very kind to me. The wait to finally receive Ruby felt brutal but allowed me to prepare...not just getting the supplies but also mentally organizing steps for vet, ins, housebreaking, training, etc. It all worked perfect! I am thrilled with my new furbaby, originally Pearl and now Ruby! Thank you for everything! Will highly recommend your company to anyone looking for a new fur-buddy!

Everything was so smooth and straight forward! Lois kept in touch along the way and answered all my questions. The Vet was impressed with the amount of documentation that came with the puppy. My only regret is not talking through the delivery options better. The ground transportation took 4 days and was hard on the puppy even though he was well cared for.

Thank you, Pawrade. I was very worried because of all the rumors online, but from the moment I found Vida, everything just went so smoothly. Wags on Wheels, Aaron, and Karen were kind to my puppy. She was cleaned when delivered, and Vida slept through the night! Whew! It was much better than expected. Thank you again! You are the best! Vida is exactly what I expected.

The entire process to receive my puppy went well. Communication with Pawrade and myself was good. I was a little skeptical at first because I had already been scammed, but my person at Pawrade was always there to calm me down.

We are in love with our amazing puppy. He is the cutest, sweetest pup we could ever wish for. We are first time pup owners and were anxious during the entire adoption process. We really wish the communication had been better- it would have made us feel a lot better about things. At times it would take days to hear back and I had to call multiple times to get anyone to answer my questions or respond. In the end, we waited extra long for our pup to come to us because no one bothered to check in with the breeder on the day of the vet visit. Instead we were told the pup would be coming on a Monday or Tuesday, then definitely Tuesday, and then I had to bring it to the travel liaison's attention that the flight she told me he was on didn't actually exist on that day. The process was unnecessarily terrible. I did talk to some wonderfully informative and caring people at your company and I wish we had them on our account. It would've made the experience way better.

I would love to give parade 65 stars, but originally our puppy we purchased had already been purchased by another family and the breeder neglected to take her off the website. Of course, our family was devastated when they found out the puppy we'd been deliberating over to finally purchase, was gone. However, pawarde went above and beyond to make it right and to help us find another puppy with similar features to the one that we lost. The rest went smoothly and we had our new puppy in our arms in about a week! She was happy and healthy when she arrived.

All went well. The flight to Palm Springs thank goodness had no problems & our puppy didn't seem affected negatively by the long travel day. He's now 10 weeks old, thriving, growing, very curious, loving & all around fun. The transaction with Pawrade went smoothly & we liked that we could do a video call & see the puppy before getting him.

We absolutely adore our new puppy! Transaction was smooth and puppy was in perfect condition! I would refer all my friends here although the cost is a bit expensive but it's worth it. We didn't get scammed. We got the beautiful puppy we paid for!! Excellent Service!!

Puppy arrived with large tick on leg and a few other bites in same area. Negotiated a price and still haven't received response to when I will receive funds. Foolishly paid advertized price because no one would respond and didn't want to lose Puppy after telling daughter.

Love our Cavapoo Marianna (new name is Maxine) and communications were great-however, at the vet appointment I was told he has Kennel cough and Giardia. I know it is common but was hoping that she was taken care of well enough to not have either illness. She was more expensive than many others also-so I had high expectations.

We received our pup!!! There was a delay on the flight, which we were unaware of and the system did not give me an update. Luckily we spoke to airline agent and they confirmed that our pup was coming in on a later flight. In regards to our pup, we were disappointed with his care upon arrival. His legs and chest were matted and he had not been brushed out in awhile. Also noticed hair was some what clumped and dirty, he also smelled. Took him a bath immediately upon arrival at home and was amazed at how much dirt came of from him. We recently bought another pup through a different company and the dog came to us clean and well groomed, nothing in comparison to our new pup. I would suggest that this needs to be addressed on your end and somehow be something that gets evaluated prior to sending a pup home. The pup is in good hands and will be better maintained. Very disappointed on this part from your company.

This is an amazing company to work with. From day one of finding the puppy that we wanted up to the day we brought our puppy home, they were amazing!! They were there every step of the way. They kept me in the loop about what was happening with the puppy we chose! I would highly recommend using this company if you are looking for a new puppy!
