Love my new baby boy that I named Mateo instead of Cedric. He sleeps through the night in his crate along with his beating heart puppy friend. He even has his blanket that was sent along with him. He is very loving and happy in his new surroundings, and we are happy that he is here. Pawrade kept me informed daily of what was going on with Mateo. The experience was not stressful at all, and I am very happy with the end product of a beautiful well cared for puppy. Thank you.

My experience with Pawrade was s The custpectacular. The customer service was amazing. Everybody I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive ; so willing to please! My pup arrived this week. She is beautiful, happy, healthy and the "transition" was seamless. I would mostly definitely use Pawrade again!

I cannot rave enough about the customer service and transparent process I received from Pawrade. Cassi constantly kept me updated on the progress of my Puppy transfer and answered numerous questions thoroughly and timely. The entire Pawrade process made me feel comfortable that I was not unwittingly becoming involved in a direputable puppy mill situation. My puppy arrived extremely sick and I don’t know HOW he passed his medical exam. He has heart rhythm irregularities, ear infection, ear mites, and worms. I have gotten ZERO support from pawrade and I’m just beyond devastated and upset. Will never suggest anyone get a dog from any of their breeders.

Pawrade was wonderful to work with during this process. It was nice knowing that I wasn’t walking into a scam or suppporting a puppy mill. That said, not all of the info from the breeder seemed to be true. For example, my pup was not socialized with cats and arrived with giardia. Still, he’s beautiful, funny, spunky, & overall seems very healthy. So glad he’s now part of our family!

We are generally unhappy with the service provided, the level of communication, interest in answering questions about the breeder and the condition of the pup when he arrived, which was terrible. We won't recommend the service to anyone.

I love my puppy! She is beautiful and a sweet addition to my family! I was glad to have someone to answer my questions along the way. My puppy concierge was helpful and got back to me as quickly as possible to answer most of my questions. The only reasons I have for not giving full 5 stars is that I don't like that I had to pay in full up front before I even held my puppy, and that made me very uncomfortable. Also, I don't like the method of third party signing documents, I'm not very computer savvy so it was a chore. Regardless, thank you Pawrade, for providing me with my fur-baby.

I haven’t bought a puppy in sometime So I am somewhat new to this process. Let me first say I love my puppy, been so long since I’ve held a puppy. I’m not sure how much weight they’re supposed to have on them. It seems like Eleanor was a little underweight, and nowhere near house strained.

We traveled a total of 4600 miles to bring our sweet Cavapoo puppy home to us and we couldn't be more in love with her. She was worth every pain-staking mile it our journey to us. The process could've been made a bit easier with Pawrade's help but in the end, it worked out and for that, we will just put it behind us and enjoy the future with our little girl.
