The puppy reached extremely sick with Kennel Cough, a viral and a bacterial ear infection and ear mytes. He was NOT fully vaccinated even though they had promised to send him up to date with his vaccinations. Horrible Service, would never buy from here again

This has been a great experience. Pawrade kept me informed, almost daily, after I chose my puppy until after her arrival to my home. Their team really cares that the pets are chosen from reputable breeders and transported with care and with compassionate people. Thank you. Would highly recommend.
So happy with our fantastic puppy! We have looked for quite awhile and Tony was great to help us along the way. I feel that his breeders did a wonderful job with him (getting him ready for his forever home) as he is very well socialized and is not scared of anything really (in the household). Although , we do think he is so smart and perfect, it may not have taken much, lol! We love him and are so happy to have him as part of our family! Our nanniepanion did a wonderful job getting him to us.

Only one problem. When I arrived to pick her up the name on the air bill was not mine. The air bill number had someone else's name and I had a difficult time convincing American Airlines to release her to me. Luckily the paperwork that was attached to her crate did have my name on it so they agreed to let me take her home. Besides that you were a great company to work with. Great communication, primp call backs, nice caring people. I would refer you to anyone looking for a puppy.

Love sweet Cody already. Your company has provided step by step, detailed instructions and information throughout the entire process. Thank you. The only suggestion I would make is that the breeder give more detailed information on the puppy's likes, dislikes, sleep arrangements, etc. to give the new owners ideas on how to make the transition easier on the puppy. Thank you. I appreciate everything you have done.

We had a positive experience with Pawrade. The puppy arrived early hours with all her veterinary clearance, vaccination and rabies documents in order, and has settled in well. Communication has been faultless—lots of information on what to do and expect. There is a fair amount for new owners to read and do, however, Pawrade reciprocates by answering any questions promptly. One star lower as communication amongst the parties could be improved. Due to the delay after a trace of Coccidea, I requested updated photos and received more of the advertising pictures. Peeved that it was passed off as updated when not. I did eventually get some after pressing for a day. My biggest concern was the Furry Trails demanded a $400 payment on delivery. I had asked Pawrade to clarify if I needed to pay more and they replied no. Pawrade said they contacted the delivery person, however, I had an unpleasant conversation at 2:30am refusing to pay. Somewhat suspicious so be aware.

We are over the moon happy with our new puppy and our experience with Pawrade. Once we found our puppy Easton (now Milton), Pawrade made the rest of the process so easy and assuring. Thank you for helping us get our new furbaby.

The puppy is a joy. i can see in past ages why the parents of this breed were lap dogs to royalty. I have a Cavapoo. I was impressed by the care that was given to the pup by the Pawrade staff and appreciated the rules for care. I'm Happy!

The entire process was amazing. My puppy is healthy and happy and exactly what I expected. I used the road transport service and it was easy to track on my cell phone so I knew exactly when she would arrive. I would use this service again in the future. Many thanks!

Had an amazing experience with pawrade, our liaison Lois was a delight. She kept constant communication and made sure to follow up with any request or questions we had. We have our first fur baby at home and he is perfect. He showed up very well taken care of with a lot of energy and extremely well groomed.

We had a very good experience with Pawrade from start to finish while getting our puppy. The website was easy to use and had the information I wanted about the puppy and the parents. Once we had made our choice communication in the portal with representatives was very good with each step of the process. I also appreciated the fact that all the rules of the process were spelled out from the beginning and didn't leave room for any misunderstandings. I felt both the customer and the breeder were considered during the process. It really was about us getting the puppy we wanted in the best way possible using Pawrade and not a hard sell. We did our own pick up of the puppy and so we were able to meet the breeder. He was a very nice man who was happy to tell us that the main reason they did breeding was he loved seeing the joy of the new owners when he gave them the puppy. Signatures and forms were part of this meeting and also brought peace of mind. We are so happy with our new puppy!

We are enjoying our new addition Ruby. All of your helpers were very friendly and helpful. It all went very smooth. I did feel like I would have liked more contact after payment about how she was doing pictures etc. after payment which you then had my money and my puppy and I only had a phone number We didn't even have the breeders info.

Pawrade provided an amazing experience as we welcomed a new puppy to the family. Very knowledgeable and supportive every step of the way.
Absolutely amazed at this process. From inception of my 'order' for a puppy, to his timely delivery to our home; each person in the process is genuinely concerned for the welfare of the puppy. Overall very satisfied. During the process they could try to have less people involved, but I do understand why. They do what they can to ensure you get who you pick with as little hassle possible.
