Overall a good and easy experience. Couple things that could have gone better: 1) I did not receive an ETA so was surprised when my puppy arrived at 6:15am. 2) My puppy's profile said he was 2lbs, and he is actually 13lbs so nothing I got fits. I'm guessing they never updated it from his birth weight so make sure to ask for an updated weight.
Thank heaven this puppy was healthy because there were a lot of negative glitches along the way: 1) I had e-mails from several people and I didn't know who to respond. 2) I asked to speak to the person who would be delivering my pup and was told that I would get an email - I needed what to purchase in order to be prepared for her delivery 3) I It was obvious that this puppy had no puppy training. At 25 weeks she should have had potty training and how to be a puppy, i.e., she has no idea how to play like a puppy. 4) I was given a small plastic bag of the puppy food she was eating - she wouldn't touch the food. 5)I was sent a nasty e-mail stating that I could expect going to jail if I didn't send in a payment. If there was an issue, all you had to do was to call me. Would I recommend your company to others: NOPE!
Very informative and kept me up to date on picking up my puppy. I would suggest anyone that is wanting to get a puppy to try them out! Thank You for all your help!

Overall I'm happy with our decision to adopt our puppy with Pawrade. We could have used a little bit more communication and some questions were left unanswered. The delivery did not go as we expected but overall it worked out.

Everything went really well. The staff was unbelievable and helped me with all my questions and confusion as I was getting ready for my puppy. Everyone was awesome and I'd recommend you all to everyone. Thank you❤️

Harrison got here early! The guys who delivered him were wonderful. We are so happy to have our boy with us. He's had an exciting day exploring our house and grounds and visiting his furever vet for his once-over. He's just as described and the perfect puppy for us. We're in love with him already. Thank you for doing a stellar job!

My experience with Pawrade was excellent. The site was easy to navigate. The messaging system was helpful and organized. All correspondence was in one location easy reference. The staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was guided through the process end to end. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Fynn is AMAZING!!! We couldn't be happier. I am SO impressed with everyone at Pawrade. Christie was so supportive, PATIENT and wonderful. She was immediately responsive to any and all questions (and there were many), our Nanny, Joshua, was great in bringing Fynn home safely and soundly, Christine, at MetLifePets was wonderful in explaining everything about insurance (which I DID continue) and, finally, our Breeder, Cindy was (and has been) tremendously supportive, kind and SO helpful with her time, information and suggestions. Fynn has his Vet appointment this morning and I will be certain to sing Pawrade's praises to him to share with his other patients. Thank you, everyone, for working like such a well run team in bringing such joy and love into our lives...our Fynn. Many blessings to you all.

You no the old saying Too many cooks spoil the broth. One person should follow the puppy throughout the whole transaction. Health guarantee should be made simple what is covered and what is not covered. More contact with breeder after purchase. Delivery options should be made easier to understand. Airplane or drive at time of purchase. More contacts with delivery driver. Overall rating three stars.

My daughter-in-law is a vet and she instilled doubt in my mind when I told her I was purchasing a pet on-line. She was concerned that he was 7 months old ans still not adopted. My son was also concerned that I paid up front. Then, I started worrying about the people that I was picking him up from. I was going all alone. It turns out that all these concerns were unfounded. I renamed my puppy Cinnamon because of his cinbamon color. He is so cute and good. The couple that I got him from were Missouri farmers. They were a little older than me. I could tell that they loved animals and that Cinnamon was well taken care of. The fact that Cinnamon was a little older was good because he was potty trained. We only had a few misshaps. That's because of his new surroundings. Cinnamon was great on the airplane. He was so quiet that when I took his carrier out from under the seat, the woman next to me said she didn't even know that I had a dog! We are going to be great travel companions!

Luca (Emilio) is a great pup! We love him! He's smart and a quick learner. I think he has now settled into a routine with us and seems very content. He's learning commands, doing fairly well with potty training, and has taken his first couple of walks on leash. He loves to play outside and craves fresh air. Thank you so much for taking care of the process to bring Luca to his new home.

I thought Pawrade was great until you actually purchase the puppy. After that I had to ask 2 or 3 times to get any answers to questions and important information about the dog. Then I hired their ground transportation which was a huge mistake. They were transporting 30 puppies in that trip, it took 2 1/2 days to get my dog who was in the road the entire time and she arrived quite traumatized. I would stay away from this company.

From start to finish this was easy, full of good and timely communication, and pretty seamless. Cost wise it was on par of not slightly less than a local experience including travel. Our puppy is precious and seems to be in great shape. The breeder made a brilliant hand off which made us feel even more confident in the process. Would absolutely recommend.

This is my first time adopting a puppy and working with Pawrade. Transportation started in Illinois. I was overwhelmed at first, but with partnering with Pawrade, at every step of the way, I was informed via phone call, email or text. I felt much much better that I was not doing this alone. Can't thank everyone enough at Pawrade, as well as the breeder. My puppy, Hudson, arrived in good shape. We are both very happy. Thanks again.
