You all did a super job getting (Rainer), Kobe to our home, this is actually puppy number two. We received Bailey one week prior to Kobe coming home. They are both getting acclimated to their surroundings. Thank you all so very much Linda.

I thought Pawrade was great until you actually purchase the puppy. After that I had to ask 2 or 3 times to get any answers to questions and important information about the dog. Then I hired their ground transportation which was a huge mistake. They were transporting 30 puppies in that trip, it took 2 1/2 days to get my dog who was in the road the entire time and she arrived quite traumatized. I would stay away from this company.

From start to finish this was easy, full of good and timely communication, and pretty seamless. Cost wise it was on par of not slightly less than a local experience including travel. Our puppy is precious and seems to be in great shape. The breeder made a brilliant hand off which made us feel even more confident in the process. Would absolutely recommend.

This is my first time adopting a puppy and working with Pawrade. Transportation started in Illinois. I was overwhelmed at first, but with partnering with Pawrade, at every step of the way, I was informed via phone call, email or text. I felt much much better that I was not doing this alone. Can't thank everyone enough at Pawrade, as well as the breeder. My puppy, Hudson, arrived in good shape. We are both very happy. Thanks again.

We received Miley (now Molly) one week ago today. She has been doing very well. She's a happy little addition to our family. She is eating well and has gained 3 ounces so far. We couldn't be happier with our new puppy. Mishell W.

The whole process was wonderful. Layla is adorable and healthy and smart. The whole process was very organized from choice of puppy to information about care and then delivery right to my door (albeit at 1:40 in the morning). Very professional.

Great communication and we love our new puppy! Wags on Wheels delivered him and they were also amazing! The only thing I was a little upset about was I was told he had stenotic nares and I wanted to make sure if there was an issue they would help. They made me sign a paper saying they wouldn't and wouldn't let me get my puppy if I didn't sign and no one verbally got back to me. Now that I have him I don't think it will be an issue but it would have been nice to just have that peace of mind before I felt I had to sign. Everything else was great!

This was a wonderful experience. You made is so easy to purchase my fur baby! The Wags on Wheels were so awesome to work with also! I was able to track my puppy and they were in contact with me up until they delivered her to my front door. Would HIGHLY recommend Pawarade to anyone looking for a REPUTABLE breeder. Everything was great and the dog is beautiful. There's a lot of scams out there with purchasing dogs online. They do many security checks before you're even allowed to purchase a dog. They have a separate company that delivers it straight to your house and they're driving around 24 seven. The family is extremely happy to have this new family member. Definitely a custom breed and far from being a mutt.

Terrible and costly mistake. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE. Dog was infested with Fleas and constantly whined whether it was in the crate at night or had free range throughout the house during the day. Every potty walk this nightmare of a dog tried his best Houdini escape act from the collar and leash. Further dog either had difficulty with bowel movements outside as he did his business more inside. The BREEDER should be ashamed STEALING MONEY like this. I'm on S.S.D.I. Fixed income and the cost of $2800 between purchase, fees and transportation. Is five mortgage payments. This should be a crime. I will devote my time now to discredit Pawrade and that SHAM of a BREEDER. Thanks for your part in allowing me to trust online purchasing

Everything went well even though I was concerned after reading some of the reviews. My puppy is a true delight. She is learning to be a therapy dog for elderly, disabled patients. She brings great joy to them and to me! Thanks for the good communication while Evelyn was in transit. You all did very good work!

I was nervous initially about the process, having never bought a puppy online. From start to finish, Pawrade was timely and informative in their communication. Once I reserved a pup, I had 3 different people supporting getting her home to me. I received additional photos and tons of support to get started. We love our sweet girl and are so thrilled we found her through Pawrade!

Kenny was our first contact person and he was great answering all our questions in a timely matter and helping us thru the payment process. Lois was especially helpful too. The entire process for us took a week because we chose to drive 12 hours to pick our puppy up ourselves and those arrangements took a little longer because of logistics. Our puppy is beautiful and perfect! She loves us and we love her. The Pawrade has lived up to everything promised and now we have the sweetest little companion for life. Thanks to all the Pawrade associates.

Our puppy arrived sick. We did everything that was suggested and finally took him to the vet to make sure it wasn't something more serious than just dehydration. He had Parvo! His veterinarian after review of his records that came with him, told us that his vaccinations came from Tractor Supply Company and she believed he received a vaccination that was outdated. Therefore he did not get the correct strength of the vaccine that would have prevented him from getting so sick. After several emails back and forth. Pawrade will not accept the tests that were done confirming the diagnosis, his Vet says there is no need to do the more expensive test. So we are now holding a very expensive vet bill. Oh…bTW the puppy is getting better so far, at least his blood sugar hasn't dipped and he isn't vomiting or has diarrhea . And is showing more signs of life. Not the scenario my elderly mom needed… 😕

My pup is amazing!! It took 0.1 secs to fall madly in love with him… the only stressful requirement was the vet appt within 72 hours of delivery… especially since there was no definitive ETA provided. Additionally, food and Nutrical was supposed to accompany him which it did not. The Pawrade crew was lovely to work with and were available with quick answers to any questions… The delivery crew were also great… thanks to all!!
