I was a little nervous buying a puppy on line, but Pawrade did everything they said they would. They were very thorough on information and helpful when I had questions. We love our little dog. A couple of times, as the delivery got closer, the phone lines were busy or we got a recording that no one could help us at this time. I'm sure it was due to being busy, etc.

Koko is my super sweet baby girl! The entire process went smoothly and the communication was excellent. Pawrade was easy to work with and kept me in the loop. I would definitely recommend.

We love our new puppy!!! However, the experience with Pawrade was disappointing. The "texting" process was frustrating as responses were slow. The transportation options weren't explained well by the representative (mostly because of contact being through text rather than live conversation) resulting in us getting our puppy two weeks after she was available. Also, the website doesn't discuss all of the fees they add on beyond the price posted for the puppy. I would not recommend Pawrade.

For the money we already pay for flight nanny I would of rather had a direct flight for the puppy that is way too long of a trip. I would had paid more for a seat instead of stand by. And you should trim the hair a bit nicer. These pups are not cheap.

We had an amazing experience with Pawrade! They were great throughout the whole process, very communicative and patient with our million questions. We were honestly a little nervous buying a puppy online, specially with all the scams that are out there, but our experience with Pawrade was perfect! We got our puppy as promised, we had picked one that wasn't quite ready yet so we had to wait a few weeks before we could actually welcome her into our home. During the whole time, Pawrade stayed in touch with us, requested pictures and video updates from the breeder and made the wait easier on us as much as they could. We received our very healthy and happy little Cavapoo, exactly as pictured. She passed the Vet checks without problems and is now getting loved and spoiled in our home. Pawrade is amazing! You won't regret using them to find the perfect puppy!

overall satisfied with the process of buying our puppy. I was extremely nervous buying a puppy from this website as some of the reviews left much to be desired. It's also extremely unnerving buying a puppy without seeing it or being able to chat with the breeder. You're basically buying a dog blindly. Many requests to speak with the breeder or just get a video or picture of the dog (to ensure accurate representation of the puppy) went ignored. There is good communication from the Pawrade team members and you can always reach them to ask questions but don't expect to talk to the breeder. I read some reviews about folks getting zoom chats with the breeders of their dogs, I guess we were just unlucky. the pet nanny who flew our puppy home was amazing, I am so grateful to her. She sent me pictures and kept in touch via text the whole journey. Zander did arrive pretty dirty (I don't think he was bathed before he was sent to us) and needed a bath immediately upon coming home.

Pawrade made this an easy and stressfree experience. We got exactly what we asked for. They were very helpful and guided me through the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone.

Puppy arrived with bilateral ear infections (so filthy and gross looking ears) and should have been seen by their vet days before seeing my vet. I was shocked when my vet showed me the condition of ears!!Also giardia parasite antigen positive.

Great service by the Pawrade representatives.
We found Pawrade on the internet at the perfect time. I wanted a Cavalier mix and my puppy, a Cavapoo is perfect. All the assurances and information that Pawrade offered made it comfortable to buy my puppy on line. They represent breeders and this one was in Indiana and I live in Florida, but Pawrade also made that easy with the puppy transport service which brought Molly right to our home. Molly is very cute and draws many admirers. I'm very happy with my choice and appreciate all the help for the Pawrade staff from start to finish.

Everyone involved was 100% helpful every step of the way for my first time buying my pet dog through a breeder. Had to have her flown on a 6 hour flight. None of the possible negative side effects happened. She was so excited to see us right away. Hats off to her breeder as well. It has been obvious that she was used to being around people and allowed to run freely about in a loving environment in the breeder's care.

We picked up Sara as planned at the breeder's home. We were able to see how well he cared for his puppies. He was delightful. Our Sara could not be more perfect. She traveled well and has learned very quickly how to be a wonderful part of our family. We are very happy with her and PAWRADE!

I appreciated all the te texts about how to do each step of the process and how Rora, now Sofie. My only concern was how secretive everyone was about the breeder. My vet was concerned over the several treatments needed for parasites from the breeder. I thot the Transport was great. Wags did a great job!

The puppy we purchased is healthy, and happy. She is active and eating well. The transaction with Pawrade was efficient and the advice very helpful.
Excellent service. Joseph walked me through every step of selecting my beautiful girl. Jade & Cindy helped with the finish and delivery process. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a trustworthy company. Our baby Julie is fitting right in & thriving after only a few days.
We are enjoying our new puppy and are at the Vet now. Just found out she has an ear infection and they have to clean her ears and give her medication. So, I am a little considered right now. Kimberlee

Thank you for all your help in connecting our family with our new little girl Stella (Aubrey). We were absolutely delighted by how smoothly everything went & how awesome everyone was! At every step I found it comforting that Stella's health, care & safety was your #1 priority. Your transparency throughout the process and all the support info that was provided to us was amazing. We were prepared for Stella's arrival and her first night home was a dream. I would absolutely recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to adopt a new pet.
This dog is not the dog described in the ad . This is the most abused dog I have ever seen . He does not trust , go near , or like humans . He stays in any corner he can find . We will try to give him all the love we can as humanly possible. Hope it works out
I loved the people who I spoke with throughout the process. That being said there were things o asked for more than once that I never received ( pictures of the puppy with her litter mates, parents, etc). I'm not thrilled with breeder at moment. Puppy arrived with a UTI and eye infection. She spent her first hours with me at the ER vet and when I reached out the the healthy puppy guarantee I'm going in circles. So if that doesn't resolve soon I will not recommend Pawrade. I've spent over 1200 dollars on her. I did submit to MetLife but they max out at 500. The flight nanny was absolutely amazing. He took great care of her and was very attentive and ingested.

Transaction was pretty smooth other than you guys got my dog in my brothers name. You guys seem to have a hard time with him paying for a dog for me. Would have been nice to have my dog arrive with Karl Hillmann as the owner instead of Eric Hillmann on all the paperwork. Should not have been that complicated. But bottom line my dog has arrived and is loving life and very happy. He's a great dog. Would have got a 5 star rating if you had the right owner on paperwork
