Our experience with the staff at Pawrade was excellent. Every contact person was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful in leading me through the steps necessary to find our special new puppy. We are thrilled. Pawrade was wonderful!! (I would have given them TEN stars if there were that many to give!)

From the moment I selected my new fur baby, everyone from Pawrade were fantastic and very helpful..great family of people working their best to get your new pup home..your pup comes hand- to- hand drop off in the best of health. I am constantly asking questions (as I am first time pup owner) and all my questions were answered promptly and with patience and kindness. I have already convinced a couple of my family members to consider Pawrade. Thank you again 😀
Transaction was as expected. Delivery was much later at night than I hoped but I do understand logistics of delivering to multiple states.this was my second pup through pawrade. Overall a good experience both times.

Great experience and spunky, wonderful pup
I'm not going to sugarcoat my experience. The overall dealings with the contract stipulations was miserable. Everything in the contract, is made to protect your company. I get it, I'm still in business myself. However your people could be a bit more understanding to folks that have never dealt with your company before. The stipulations are far one sided to you. Making it very uncomfortable to sign an agreement with you. I also realize you are trying to make sure the puppies are safe and secure. But don't you think if me(your customer) is going to invest a considerable amount of time and money into a new companion, family member, and friend is going to care for the animal like family? You certainly do have one employee that is that thoughtful without even thinking about it. Ms Kelly is that kind person. She gets top rating from me and my wife. We appreciate her very much. Thank you. In the end, after jumping through the hoops, I'm thrilled with our new little puppy!!! So thank you !

I cannot praise you enough! This whole process is so well set up and executed. Lots of helpful information throughout. Excellent communication. The pet transport guys were really great. They are clearly dog lovers, so caring. So now I'm a happy dog mom again with my little Furgus, aka Danny. Five stars are not enough. Ten would be closer. Thank you so much.

DAX (who is now Dakota) is doing great. When he first got here he had a double ear infection. Fortunately we had taken him to the Vet the day after we received him. Now he is better and runs all over, smelling everything he sees. He is a lot of fun. He is eating well, drinking a lot of water and getting exercise and a lot of love. We love him and are so happy we found him. Thank you for all the time and help you gave us. Ruth
My dog came home with a yeast infection and was diagnosed with Giardiasis which can be transmitted to humans. They only cover the prescription not the visits or test. I'm not pleased with the coverage and how this was handled at all.
Heard about Pawrade from my Sister in New Jersey. Her coworker found her fur baby and boasted how the process was quite simple. We've been looking for a new pup for a little while and because of her experience we made a family decision to go through Pawrade. The team at Pawrade from all departments have been phenomenal. From the start of the process to Cooper arriving to his new home. Even receiving a follow up telephone calls checking in to see how Cooper and his new family are doing well. We are more than pleased and grateful to everyone at Pawrade for the kindness, expertise, and knowledge to help families like mine to add more love to their life with a new pup.
All went smoothly. I'm very pleased with my puppy and all the information so nicely organized from reading about the process writing my application to receiving useful information to being introduced to the puppy by the people who delivered him and took my photo with him.

Things from start to finish went very smoothly. This is my first puppy in a very long time so having professionals there to answer questions and guide me from step 1 to delivery was very appreciated. Bristol arrived very happy and didn't seem to have any travel trauma at all. I've already recommended Pawrade to several friends who are interested in purchasing a puppy.

Thank You Pawrade!!! Our family is now complete, we finally have our fur baby. Welcome Sir Kobe Jax! "Robbie" we've been looking for our perfect Cavapoo fur ball of cuteness for 3 years. When we saw him on Pawrade we knew he was ours. The process was very easy and smooth. Communication from billing, travel concierge to the delivery etc. were extremely excellent. Kobe is very active and smart he's already learning where to go bathroom and we've only had him four days. His 72 hour vet check up was perfect. He was well behaved. He is a very happy pup, and will spoiled to infinity with love and care. Thank you for everything. The Millers and Kobe🐾💙

We are so happy we found our sweet new puppy here on Pawrade! I was happy to see the high level of professionalism and care that the puppies receive before they find their new home. Our breeder had vaccine records, puppy food, toys, instructions of how to raise a puppy, and a guide for treats, shampoos and grooming supplies. I have been able to text the breeder and get advice as my new puppy adjusts to her new environment. I love that insurance is easy to get started and encouraged to continue. This is a great site!

I was a little nervous buying a puppy on line, but Pawrade did everything they said they would. They were very thorough on information and helpful when I had questions. We love our little dog. A couple of times, as the delivery got closer, the phone lines were busy or we got a recording that no one could help us at this time. I'm sure it was due to being busy, etc.

We love our new puppy!!! However, the experience with Pawrade was disappointing. The "texting" process was frustrating as responses were slow. The transportation options weren't explained well by the representative (mostly because of contact being through text rather than live conversation) resulting in us getting our puppy two weeks after she was available. Also, the website doesn't discuss all of the fees they add on beyond the price posted for the puppy. I would not recommend Pawrade.

For the money we already pay for flight nanny I would of rather had a direct flight for the puppy that is way too long of a trip. I would had paid more for a seat instead of stand by. And you should trim the hair a bit nicer. These pups are not cheap.

We had an amazing experience with Pawrade! They were great throughout the whole process, very communicative and patient with our million questions. We were honestly a little nervous buying a puppy online, specially with all the scams that are out there, but our experience with Pawrade was perfect! We got our puppy as promised, we had picked one that wasn't quite ready yet so we had to wait a few weeks before we could actually welcome her into our home. During the whole time, Pawrade stayed in touch with us, requested pictures and video updates from the breeder and made the wait easier on us as much as they could. We received our very healthy and happy little Cavapoo, exactly as pictured. She passed the Vet checks without problems and is now getting loved and spoiled in our home. Pawrade is amazing! You won't regret using them to find the perfect puppy!
