I had a great experience with pawrade. I received very detailed and constant information after purchasing my puppy, he came up to date with vaccines, 30 day Metlife Insurance policy and best of all he was SUPER CUTE in person! I chose ground transportation and was able to see his every move with the recommended tracking app which was nice. It's also very reassuring knowing that my puppy is legit and did not come from a mill. I would definitely recommend.

Most interactions have been positive except for two complaints. 1.) I was seconds away from purchasing the puppy I had my heart set on... I had filled out all the paperwork, read through the agreements, created an account, entered my credit card information... and literally a few seconds before I clicked submit, I got a message saying that someone else had just purchased that puppy! I cried all evening. 2.) After I purchased a puppy, Cindy gave me info on the wrong puppy twice! The first time she told me I would have to pay extra to pick up the puppy a couple weeks later, even after the salesman had told me it would be completely fine... then she realized she was talking to the wrong person about the wrong dog. Then once again, when it was time for me to arrange pick up details, I was told that she would send me the breeder's contact info 3 days before my pick up date. She did not. Later she gave the the number for the wrong breeder which wasn't corrected until the day before pickup.

This whole process was fantastic. Shout out to Pete, for helping us find the perfect pup! Pete was very helpful and prompt at answering any questions we had. I felt assured we would be getting a healthy puppy based on the procedures that you require for the breeders and the buyers. Wow everyone, I couldn't be happier! I was a bit worried about buying a puppy on line. I'm not good with the computer, the wonderful people in the office walked me through it. They even put up with my very slow and nonexistent internet. I wanted to fly my puppy l was excited to get her and I thought it would be less traumatic as she would be traveling pretty far. However, I couldn't get a flight very soon. So nerves and all I opted for ground delivery. I was able to track the puppy on her way. The guys texted me as well! The puppy arrived not only safe and sound, but they had given her a bath! GREAT WAY AND SERVICE TO BUY A PUPPY!

I felt the communication with all of the parties involved was very satisfactory. I received prompt replies to all my inquiries. I especially want to comment the transport company and its driver Suze. They kept me aware at all times of how the trip was going, and it took only 4 days, amazing considering how many stops they made before they got to me. Ace (now Scruffy) was in excellent condition and had obviously been well cared for on the trip.

Folks I spoke with were great. Not sure I have a lot of confidence in "no puppy mill"…this appears to be left to the discretion of the breeder to be honest…when honestly all they are concerned about is money. There should be some way to validate their claim. If premise visits are too expensive, how about taking aerial shots with a drone. Or requiring membership in PETA or something similar. Also, while my dog is adorable, she is a bit skittish. Socialization should be a requirement. As well as vet administered shots….another money issue. My shot information was not properly noted on the paperwork so my vet suggested giving booster to protect Zoey. Also with female dogs, especially older ones (Zoey is 8 months old) should note when dog was in heat, and an affirmation of not pregnant. Some of the backyard breeders are just as bad as puppy mills. Unlike good-breeders,these breeders don't know or care about dogs temperament/health lineage or need to socialize. Gambling I got lucky

Delivery crew kept me posted about their ETA; very much appreciated. My husband & I do want to express some concerns. **Hansie arrived in good conditions, very alert and energetic. However, we noticed all 4 of her legs/hair were very very yellow, with lots of residues like mixed dirt-soiled. The smell of urine was very strong; we showered her, used a lot of pet shampoo but the smell is still there as well as the yellow stain. Not sure exactly what was the cause. **We ordered her name tag Hansie beforenher arrival; But then, noticed her name on the paperwork was changed from Hansie to Hannah. We were not aware of the new name given to her. We submitted her wellness checkup documents from the veterinarian alread; waiting for a response and information how to activate Met Life Insurance. i was disappointed with the eta. First i was told that wando would arrive on Tuesday 3rd she never arrived then i was informed that her date of delivery was changed to Sunday morning between 1am and 5am. she arrived at 8am. Other than the delays i am very satisfied with wando.

Im so happy with how smoothly everything went to pick up my new puppy! Sherry is doing great (now named Maple 😄) and she loves everyone she meets! I was searching for a breeder for several months and can't count how many puppy mills, price gauging and scams I ran across. It was very frustrating. When I discovered Pawrade, I skimmed over them because I assumed they'd be over priced. After another month of dead ends, I did more thorough research on Pawrade and found I couldn't be more wrong! They are reasonably priced and most importantly, their high standards for breeders helped me feel secure in the fair treatment of my puppy. Pawrade's search options are easy and plentiful. I quickly found the exact puppy that I wanted. Once I connected with Pawrade's team I was more than pleased. Each person I dealt with was exceptional! They had the expertise, compassion and understanding that I needed to feel super comfortable every step of the way. My puppy was delivered to my door by a wonderful transport company, set up by Pawrade. They kept me posted during his journey and he arrived in my arms, happy and clean! Thank you Pawrade!!

I should have researched Pawrade more because I didn't know we would have help throughout the process and in choosing our perfect pet. Luckily, the sweet boy we did choose is perfect for our family, but please know there are representatives who are there to help prior to making your big purchase. My fault. Once I made the purchase I was happy with the detailed communications I received from the team at Pawrade. We chose to have our boy delivered to us and although there were no updates or communication while traveling, we were pleased that the drivers drove both day and night to get the pups to their new families as quickly as possible. Overall, we are happy that we went through this company and we love our sweet, healthy, and happy puppy.

Pawrade did an amazing job helping me get my new puppy. He arrived within a week of purchasing him. He is the best most loves me little guy I could ask for. He came with a clean bill of health as promised and I couldn't be happier with choosing pawrade. They made everything so easy and communicated with me daily. They even followed up a few days after arrival to check in on us and see how he was adjusting. I al very pleased with pawrade and will definitely be using them for all future purchases.
