I had a very kind and patient pet concierge at Pawrade, Carli. She answered all of my questions quickly and kindly. I began to suspect she worked 24/7. She was always available and if she wasn't going to be available she informed us of her time off. I was very pleased with my dealings with pawtrade. My only negative feedback-and it's not earth shattering-was the amount of paperwork involved and the fact that everything from my puppy to transport had to be paid up front before getting my puppy. That made me leary but it all worked out. The transportation of my baby was seamless. They called me with the estimated ETA at the beginning of their trip and then called me again close to arrival. They were right on target with both times. My puppy arrived smelling clean and in great shape!

I was very reluctant at first to purchase a puppy online. It's so hard to tell the good guys from the bad guys. Pawrade is definitely one of the good guys! They worked with me every step of the way and my new puppy was delivered safe and healthy and adorable. Thank you, Pawrade!

I loved the process! Once I had selected my puppy, I was assigned a Puppy Concierge to answer my questions. Then I was assigned travel concierge to handle transportation options/choices. I also had a Customer Service Liason. The communications process was excellent. My little girl arrived happy and healthy and I was totally prepared, thanks to all the information that was communicated ahead of my receiving her. I'd highly recommend Pawrade, it took the stress out of searching for a good breeder, since they vet all the breeders to insure they are not a puppy mill type operation.

Our little cavapoo arrived happy and healthy after a long drive from Missouri in a transfer arranged by pawrade. He's an adorable sweetheart with great temperament and we know his breeder was obviously very attentive based on how responsive he is to potty training already at only 9 weeks and in light of her thoughtful goodie bag that her arrived with including his blanket scented with his siblings, a baggie of his food, his training treats, and thorough paperwork. Our vet was impressed by the one month of complimentary health insurance. The delivery driver was great and our customer care people along the way were also competent and friendly. We had a good experience all the way around and our enjoying our newest family member!

Excellent! That is how the entire process of getting our little Kelvin to our home was from the beginning to when he arrived at our home all those miles away! I especially liked the idea that I could call and have questions answered anytime. We wanted a puppy that would grow up to be a specific weight and we were told about the parents, even received photos of them. We do love our little ball of love and kisses! Thank you Pawrade!

Everything went well except the pick up. I went to the people terminal, but she was at the freight cargo location. San Diego airport is under construction, I stayed at the luggage claim area for an hour. Lois gave me the address, but construction complicated the process. In the future, please instruct people to pick up at freight cargo, not the main terminal. We love our puppy and are trying to potty train her. The rest of the process was exceptional. Thanks for you help and for Lois to give me the correct address. Even with GPS, I drove around looking for the claim area and was dressed out.

My biggest complaint was not given the info that Owen would be in a van with many other dogs fro Monday afternoon until he arrived at 9:30pm on Wednesday night-I might have chosen flying him if I had known. Also no info on the breeder or conditions he was subject to for 8 weeks. If this info had been provided I would have felt much better regarding his early care! It seemed that there was more concern about where he was going & numerous hoops to jump over than how he was handled before he came to me!

As a whole, the experience with Pawrade was pretty darn good. Staff was excellent and I received the puppies(yes I bought two) in happy, healthy shape. This operation is dialed in. Emma was especially helpful in this process and I appreciated her accessability. From picking out the puppies, to ALL THE PAPERWORK and communications, to the delivery, Emma was a great help. The one knock on the process is the OVER COMMUNICATION. I have a full time job, as we all do, and receiving 40 emails/text a day with the same information over and over was a little absurd. I am now receiving emails daily on available puppies. Believe me, two is enough. All in all, I am very happy with PAWRADE. I would recommend this company to anyone of my friends. Fix the communication piece and this would be a five star company.

My puppy arrived safely despite a 6 day ground transportation. She is past her first 24 hours and over the anxiety of the long ride and new environment after one night. I am so pleased with her and all the supportive care she and I received.

The whole process was amazing!! I'm the happiest person in world! Lots of things need improvement. Concierge Service communication stands out as a frustrating experience. Very difficult to talk to the breeder. My veterinarian said my dog has been totally over vaccinated. He said I did not need much of the stuff you encouraged your clients to buy.

Awesome process from start to finish. Really appreciate the attention to details regarding the long term care for our new family member. The process of receiving our puppy was surprisingly quick given he was coming from Indiana. The team from Wags On Wheels were amazing when they delivered our new family member! Highly recommend Pawrade!

The whole process from first exploring to yesterday's pickup was smooth. The connections, responses to questions and information we were given were all solid. Pretty much every question was answered right away. The transaction was easily handled and we were clear about expectations on both ends. Our puppy was as represented on the website and we asked for and received updated pictures along the way The puppy is healthy and well socialized and ... well ... fun to be with. She's a jewel. No downsides except the insecurity of web-based sales. As a customer, I felt well treated and respected and not pressured. There was a bit of crossed wires between all the agents we worked with, but it was quickly sorted. I wish I could have met the puppy's mom, but they didn't let that happen. Not a deal-breaker, but it would've been nice. It's only day two, but we've no regrets working through Pawrade at all.
