Lots of things need improvement. Concierge Service communication stands out as a frustrating experience. Very difficult to talk to the breeder. My veterinarian said my dog has been totally over vaccinated. He said I did not need much of the stuff you encouraged your clients to buy.

The whole process from first exploring to yesterday's pickup was smooth. The connections, responses to questions and information we were given were all solid. Pretty much every question was answered right away. The transaction was easily handled and we were clear about expectations on both ends. Our puppy was as represented on the website and we asked for and received updated pictures along the way The puppy is healthy and well socialized and ... well ... fun to be with. She's a jewel. No downsides except the insecurity of web-based sales. As a customer, I felt well treated and respected and not pressured. There was a bit of crossed wires between all the agents we worked with, but it was quickly sorted. I wish I could have met the puppy's mom, but they didn't let that happen. Not a deal-breaker, but it would've been nice. It's only day two, but we've no regrets working through Pawrade at all.

We love our new family member. He is active and loving. Our vet said he was too skinny and also found micro parasites in his poop, for which he is being treated over 9 days. There are a lot of players in the transaction which at times was confusing. A flow chart upfront would help. Also, I was unable to know the breeder until the purchase was complete. I didn't like that. It was disclosed to us that the puppy has an underbite the day before he was to travel. A breeder should be able to determine this well before then. And why wasn't the parasite issue caught? Did he get that in the delivery van?

We are thrilled with our new puppy. She's adorable, healthy, and very smart. The breeders have been most helpful and encouraging. The only hang-up was in the flying Abby from Missouri to West Palm Beach. That became challenging, but the service worked it out and we received her on the day expected, though late. Thank you. We love her.

Overall, we had a great experience with Pawrade. We were skeptic about buying online site unseen and had a couple hiccups along the way- health clearance delays etc and waiting on info/video back from the breeder. We spoke with multiple associates who were all very friendly and understanding. Everyone we spoke with reassured us and provided great customer service. Not being able to speak to the breeder directly was a concern of ours, and we didn't like dealing with multiple customer reps (which we learned there were different teams that handle different tasks) but our puppy finally arrived and he was happy, healthy, and exactly as we pictured him. We got all the vet and vaccine reports along with other helpful info and a nice note from the breeder. Despite a couple things making us worry about the legitimacy of the process, Pawrade pulled through and we LOVE our new puppy!! I would trust this company and use them again.
