My dog arrived filthy with poop all in his entire coat. Stunk really bad. Took 2 baths to get him clean which we had to do immediately upon receiving. I let Pawrade know. They have never replied. It was unbelievable. The pup though is as sweet as can be but afraid of his own shadow. My 1st thought he was a puppy mill pup. Due to his condition it's very likely.. His condition upon arriving was very disappointing. Words can't even describe. STAY AWAY FROM PARADE. I love my puppy and will be extremely happy you give him the love he deserves. Oh, did I mention his fur was matted with poop. I think I'm still in shock.

Great communication with the Pawrade team. Easy to reach, and they responded promptly to emails prior to receiving my puppy. Plenty of information provided for new puppy parents like myself. I am a firm believer in tipping, but I was thrown off by the request for a cash tip by the team that transported the puppy to me since I already paid close to $800 for the transport service. I received my puppy at around 10:30pm, which is a bit late to have to settle in and get used to having a new puppy in the house. They were upfront though that they could arrive anytime, and communicated clearly throughout the trip when they would arrive. I would highly recommend going through Pawrade to purchase your new puppy.

I want to start off by saying I love my puppy and would not trade him for the world. However, I think it is important to address the fact that he did not arrive as advertised. Prior to purchase, I asked how large the dog would get and I was told to look at the litter spotlight to get an assessment. Well he had his first vet appt today and it’s not even close. The posting stated the father was a 10 pound cavalier and the mother a 7 pound mini poodle. According to my vet, who I have had for 20+ years told me today that a 10 pound Cavalier is unheard of. I purchased this puppy with the understanding he would be around 7-10 pounds like his parents. At 13 weeks he is already over 8 pounds and is estimated to be closer to 20 (almost double what was posted on his profile. While I understand that no weight can be guaranteed this wasn’t even close. I will say that Puzzle Piece transport was excellent and the puppy was delivered clean and in good condition.

I’m disappointed in the health of the puppy I received and the lack of coverage with the “health guarantee”. I was given a puppy with a level 2 heart murmur and told that it’s not covered by the guarantee. This could require expense tests and ongoing treatment for the life of the dog and I’m stuck with those expenses. Also, the dog had worms, an ear infection, and a cough. The cough has been persistent and is not getting better, so it will likely require more and expensive diagnostics and treatment. Basically, I was given an unhealthy puppy and am footing the bill. The expenses over the lifetime of the dog for these initial health issues are yet to be known but will likely exceed the purchase price of the dog and any payments I may receive from you “health guarantee” - if you even agree to cover any of them. I bought from your company bc I thought you would protect me from buying an unhealthy dog, but that seems to be far from reality.
