I had a few bumps at first but they were addressed and I received the most precious smart puppy. We are delighted with our new family member. She was delivered to my front door and it was love at first sight. I highly recommend Pawrade for anyone looking for a healthy sweet natured puppy.

Pebbles is the best puppy ever. You can tell the breeders did lots of work desensitizing her to noises, meeting new people and potty training. She walked into our house like she’s lived here forever. We are really happy!!🐶

I took 1 star off for the lack of knowledge when your pup is being dropped off is very difficult to plan for especially when they even deliver in the middle of the night ! I was told very last minute when she would be dropped off and even then it wasn’t until almost 3am ! Other than the lack of a time window that can be given for drop off our sweet little girl is settled in with us so well already !!! They gave me the wrong food they had been trying to feed her that the breeder said she was eating … I would prob fly or drive out myself next time to get another dog Maureen

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Pawrade did an amazing job talking me through the process, communicating with me, and giving me updates regarding our puppy. Paperwork was simple, and instructions for care of the puppy were clear. I highly recommend Pawrade for anyone looking for a quality puppy.
She is great, arrived as promised, fully healed and no problems. She even had a bath before coming home. Fantastic delivery and communication.

The Total experience was worth the wait. Very professional delivery service. They were very keen on everything about Amina. Amina is pure joy, we love her!!!
BOY did I underestimate Pawrade. We received incredible information and communication on all ends and our puppy is here, healthy, happy and cute as can be!! He is absolute perfection and I can’t thank the team at Pawrade enough. The only thing we really missed out on were videos of our puppy from the breeder but I don’t think there’s really anything they could do on Pawrade’s end… it did make me nervous but I am overwhelmed with gratitude.

Our transaction was good and the delivery service did a good job. The pup was a bit disoriented after such a long drive but came around quickly. Our vet checked the puppy and all was well. There was a slight problem with the vet records from the breeder but we are working that out.

We love our new little puppy. Pawrade was very supportive and accessible. The nanny's were accurate with timing and our pup is happy and healthy. We would use Pawrade again.

Where to begin? Sales person told me breeder agreed to price of $1750. By the time I checked out, their add-on fees/taxes, it was $1980. Then I was told the $750 delivery fee would be due much later. I assumed that meant on day of pickup. Instead, it was 2 days later, 8 days before pickup; 11 before delivery. After I had paid, I was asked to sign an agreement stating that the pup had malocclusion of the lower jaw, and said it was not serious. I reluctantly agreed. The listing said the pup was registered ICA; it was not. I had to pay to register the dog myself.Was told the pup would ship out on 11/11. No one could inform me whether or not the pup had been picked up until 7:30 PM that day. It was unconscionable that nobody called me despite my numerous outreach to find out whether or not the pickup was actually going to occur. Scary driver came at night and tried to enter at back door. Pup is traumatized and squirrely after 53 hour trip.No eye contact, retreats in fear when approached.

Our experience with Pawarde was so seamless! They helped us find the right puppy and answered all of our questions. I felt comfortable buying our puppy because of the transparency of the process. They let us know what to expect every step of the way, and the same reps helped me every time; we weren't bounced around to multiple customer service reps. They even helped us set up a Zoom call with the owner. The delivery company was great, too. He arrived calm and well-fed. I would highly recommend them!
