I took 1 star off for the lack of knowledge when your pup is being dropped off is very difficult to plan for especially when they even deliver in the middle of the night ! I was told very last minute when she would be dropped off and even then it wasn’t until almost 3am ! Other than the lack of a time window that can be given for drop off our sweet little girl is settled in with us so well already !!! They gave me the wrong food they had been trying to feed her that the breeder said she was eating … I would prob fly or drive out myself next time to get another dog Maureen

Our transaction was good and the delivery service did a good job. The pup was a bit disoriented after such a long drive but came around quickly. Our vet checked the puppy and all was well. There was a slight problem with the vet records from the breeder but we are working that out.

Where to begin? Sales person told me breeder agreed to price of $1750. By the time I checked out, their add-on fees/taxes, it was $1980. Then I was told the $750 delivery fee would be due much later. I assumed that meant on day of pickup. Instead, it was 2 days later, 8 days before pickup; 11 before delivery. After I had paid, I was asked to sign an agreement stating that the pup had malocclusion of the lower jaw, and said it was not serious. I reluctantly agreed. The listing said the pup was registered ICA; it was not. I had to pay to register the dog myself.Was told the pup would ship out on 11/11. No one could inform me whether or not the pup had been picked up until 7:30 PM that day. It was unconscionable that nobody called me despite my numerous outreach to find out whether or not the pickup was actually going to occur. Scary driver came at night and tried to enter at back door. Pup is traumatized and squirrely after 53 hour trip.No eye contact, retreats in fear when approached.

Our experience with Pawarde was so seamless! They helped us find the right puppy and answered all of our questions. I felt comfortable buying our puppy because of the transparency of the process. They let us know what to expect every step of the way, and the same reps helped me every time; we weren't bounced around to multiple customer service reps. They even helped us set up a Zoom call with the owner. The delivery company was great, too. He arrived calm and well-fed. I would highly recommend them!

I am absolutely in love with her! You guys were so absolutely amazing especially with some bumps along the way (totally my bumps, not yours haha!) Lucy (we renamed her Lucy) is doing amazing and she is so loved. Everything was absolutely perfect and when I’m ready for her to have a sister, I will 1000% come back to Pawrade!!!!
