Our puppy had a smooth travel and got here safely, clean and healthy. She’s well trained by the breeder and the transition into the new environment has been seamless. They have been in consistent communications with us which made it easy for us to learn to parent. We love our puppy!

I am absolutely in love with her! You guys were so absolutely amazing especially with some bumps along the way (totally my bumps, not yours haha!) Lucy (we renamed her Lucy) is doing amazing and she is so loved. Everything was absolutely perfect and when I’m ready for her to have a sister, I will 1000% come back to Pawrade!!!!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Pawrade from start to finish. Each and every person I talked with was very accommodating and helpful. It truly was a smooth experience and we are so much in love with our new addition to our family. Minnie is has adapted quickly and has been sleeping in her crate and began to potty outside already. I can only say it was one of the best experiences I had and would and will highly recommend Pawrade to anyone I know looking to add a beautiful fur baby to their family. Minnie has added so much light and love to our home.

We are happy with our cute new puppy, but the experience was nerve racking. The main complaint we have is secrecy rules. Pawrade refuses to let the customer know who the brreeder is, or vetenarian is, at any time. This secrecy just adds to the insecurity of the buyer that something is not right in this world of puppy scams. Having to pay the entire amount before we receive the puppy is another policy that ads to the insecurity of the buyer. The 12 page fine print contract that is nonnegotiable and basically waives any complaint the buyer may have is probably unconscionable and unenforeable and gives th buyer more reason to feel insecure. The constant handing off from one Pawrade agent to another is not a good policy and adds to more insecurity. We must have had 6 different agent changes. Bottom line is that the experience was nerve racking, though we did finally receive the puppy and are happy with the puppy.

I had a great experience with Pawrade. My 9 week old puppy was up to date on her vaccines, her medical info was clear, she was well-adjusted to normal household sounds and was clearly loved before coming home to me. Every representative I spoke with was polite and helpful.

I would highly recommend Pawrade for anyone that wants to purchase a pup. After my purchase reservation, pictures were sent to me, and anybody that I did call returned to my call to keep me updated.

This was the best experience I’ve had especially for bringing in a new puppy! Donna was our agent and took such good care of me and answered all my questions. The transport team was in constant communication with me so I knew exactly where my puppy was the whole time. I would recommend this company for any of their new additions to their family.

Everything was great. She is doing very well, very happy, and running all over. There is just one thing I would have changed, that was how long she was in the car, they left on Friday and she was not delivered until Sunday. If I would have known that she was going to be in the car that long I would have had her flown here. I am not blaming anyone but the people should be let known how long the poor puppy will be caged. But, I am extremely glad that I used Pawrade, the minute I saw here picture, I new she was the one.

Also, I couldn’t be more grateful to Down Home Pet Transport for their loving delivery of my puppy. It’s been an all around incredible experience. I’m so in love with my new puppy. Thank you for helping me find my fur ever little one. He is perfect. The transport team did a great job also keeping me in the loop. 30 hour ride. I want to thank Lois for helping me through this also. it felt like it took a while to get my little guy from Ohio but I understood the process. He arrived healthy, happy and ready for a big hug. I was skeptical about buying from a breeder so far away but the time you took with me made me feel a lot better. a local breeder here( she does not breed Cavapoos) was giving me bad info for a week and shame on her for being that person who can't say anything good about anyone else. So glad to prove her wrong. Again thank you for my bundle of joy! he is perfect!

I found it a little cumbersome and I had too many people to deal with, but in the end I received a healthy, happy puppy. I named her Cocoa due to the fact she looks like she got into the powdered cocoa.
