First and foremost, my puppy is perfect! Pawrade did a great job responding to my questions and concerns. My complaint is the delivery of my puppy. I fully understood that the flight nanny flies "standby". I was fully prepared for delays. Unfortunately, the travel nanny assigned to my delivery was not under the same impression. She became rude and used guilt trips and my puppy's "safety" as leverage to try to get me to leave at 9pm and drive 8 hours in the middle of winter to meet in a different state because the flight she was supposed to take filled up. She then stated that she "had" to be home the next day. This had nothing to do with my puppy's safety. I explained that I would not drive to meet her, and she responded by saying "very unfortunate for me & the pup". I worried about my puppy's wellbeing all night. Horrible.

I think overall it is well thought out and executed by your personnel. I do think the Met life pet insurance is a scam and alot of window dressing placed into Pawrade to give perspective buyers of puppy's an incentive to buy a puppy, with the hopes of having a vet bill paid if something is missed by the breeders vet, which in my case it was. My doing all in agreement of the 72 hour wellness check by visiting my vet and finding a small lipoma on the puppy r rear leg, then calling Metlife, I was declined in having the policy work as described within Pawrade website. MetLife declined to have the Lipoma removed with a so-called exclusion by legal definition. This in my opinion is fraud. I'm so glad I did not buy into a longer policy to be scammed later on when I need their so-called insurance.

We received Alicia whose name was changed to Lilibet on February 15th. Needless to say, my wife and I fell in love with her, and she is absolutely adorable. Unfortunately, she was rushed to an emergency vet the next day where they found her glucose level at 44 after she was found to be lethargic and unsteady. She was rushed a second time to the vet on Wednesday the 20th for the same thing. She was diagnosed as having juvenile hypoglycemia. Hopefully she will grow out of it but I'm not happy about having to pay thousands in medical fees after which is almost as much as I paid for her. Instead of fully enjoying her as we should we are worried about this happening again. This may be more of a breeder issue as the premise of Pawrade is a great idea as you provide an avenue to prevent online puppy scams by acting as the facilitator between customer and seller.

I did not like enjoy my experience. It would have been preferable to have a single person of contact such as the breeder themself. I believe pricing would be cheaper dealing directly with a breeder. Additionally, our puppy arrived with a horrible cough so we took her to the emergency vet Sunday the day after arrival. Chest X-rays indicated fluid in the lungs.

I wanted a 2lb dog and got a 15 lb dog. The mother was suppose to be 4lb and the father 3lbs. Explain to me how they have a 15lb off spring.
