Stacie (now Daisy) is a beautiful and smart little girl and we are in love with her. She has already mastered the stairs and is coming along very nicely with her potty training. Today she will be going for her first walk and visiting the dog park which is four doors down from our house. She has been to the vet already and declared in good health. She is gaining weight and had her first bath a couple days ago (which she was not too happy about). Over all, she is doing very well.

Absolutely love our puppy but not potty trained as mentioned. Not breeders fault as doggie door would be too dangerous with coyotes in our area. He does not cry or wine to go outside so there lies our problem. Lots of work many accidents! Receiving Vincent so early in the morning was difficult on us older folks (1:00 am) - I contacted puppy express as they did not but once call us on there own! I called them … when Pawrade knew where Vincent they contacted us once. We had no idea all the many pups traveling with Vincent ! Also I was hoping for closer contact with our puppies breeder!

This was my first time ever to order a puppy with an online service. I was very hesitant and nervous, anxious and excited all at one, from the day I saw him, made the purchase, and than the time for him to be shipped by a very wonderful team that drove him right to my door. I was already in love with him even before he arrived, but the first time I held him, he was home. Pawrade did a good job, and anytime I needed any answers they always got back to me in a timely manner. And as mentioned sometimes with the stress of travel, they may have a reoccurrence of a couple parisites, and we are dealing with that right now, after his wellness check, the next day showed possitive, so have him on 2 medications, we hope to have it cleared after his next check up next week. Other than that he is a puppy, eats, plays, poops and pees, and nice naps. He is training me well as to what he already nows. He is my little man of the house. Everyone from Pawrade was wonderful.

My experience with Pawrade was fantastic from the very beginning (a shout out to Tony!). My questions were answered, my stress over transporting the puppy (Down Home Pet Transport) was reassuring, the representatives were caring individuals and kept me informed on their progress while enroute to my house, to receiving my little bundle of joy, as I finally was able to hold him in my arms! I am thrilled and looking forward to many years with my new puppy! Thank you to everyone involved. You all were quite professional and kind!

I thought the process was ok. What was lacking was information from the breeder or anyone who should have told me what his eating patterns were and how much. Also it would have been nice to know if Theo had ever been on grass or was completely kenneled. He didn't seem to be familiar with grass and the feel of it. Also the vet was wonder why you said no vaccinations for 10 days after arrival. She had never heard of that

The puppy Nanny was great. Travel arrangements could be better. When a pup flies, stand by , this could be a long day or night for the pupl. My pup's traveling time was around 16 hours. Not acceptable. In the future, direct flights should be offered with no standbys. Other than this big flaw PAWRADE did a good job and the Nanny was super.

The transportation of your puppies from one city to another is very poor. In order to save money dog nanny's are taking standby flights. In Oder to save money puppies are not put on direct flights but rather layover flights are used. Totally unacceptable. My Puppies showed up very dramatized due to unnecessary length of flights. I am very unhappy. Somebody needs to stand up for these beautiful little cuties. I am doing so here. I hope somebody from PAWRADE is listening.

While I'd rather my money go to a serious breeder showing and working to improve the breed standards rather than to a backyard breeder, I found myself with few options and grateful to have found Pawrade, who at least holds their source breeders to humane standards. My pup arrived healthy and playful.
