The process was easy, the customer service was great, staff was always very friendly and responsive. Staff took the time to explain everything and respond to all of our questions. Our puppy arrived as expected, we are very satisfied!

Service and support was great, I would like to make one recommendation regarding all the instructions provided in a number of emails: consolidate these instructions into a single file that itemizes the tasks based on when they need yo be executed. This file should be made downloadable, as the emsild do not print out all the text.

It's the first time I've ever bought a pet online. The process was easy and the pawrade staff guided me from when I first reserved the dog to when I received it. They always split up the information based on the stage we were at making it easier to learn the necessary information. I would definitely consider Pawrade again!

Transaction was really good, the people at Pawrade kept in touch with us every day until Rhett was delivered safely and full of good health. The delivery guys were awesome and very well mannered, only complaint I have is that it would be wonderful to receive the puppy during the day and not at 3am. A good experience with everyone though and would recommend them to everyone.

I could not give higher praises on my experience getting my new puppy with pawrade! Janell helped me all the way through the process with any questions or concerns I had and reassured me every step of the way. She was so friendly and communicated to me what I should expect through out every part of the process and it helped put my mind at ease while waiting for my new puppy to arrive. I definitely would highly recommend pawrade to anyone who is thinking about adopting a new furry friend. I can't thank you guys enough!

The process of purchasing our new puppy was very easy from start to finish.
Great experience. My new puppy is adorable and very healthy. The only feedback i have us to give better notice on when puppy will be delivered. They initially told me 4 days but it was the following day from pick up. I had to scramble to get a vet appt etc
I LOVE my puppy. I LOVE my experience. The only thing I really didn't realize was that they do deliver other puppies on your route, so you may be waiting longer than expected. Though this (it being up to 6 days) was stated, I was under the impression it was ONLY my pup on the trip; this is not so. If this were more clear, I'd have given 5 stars. This is top notch!

Overall, since I have a great puppy, I'm glad I used Pawrade. Communication seems to be my largest problem...I keep getting demanding, repeated emails requiring my immediate attention. For instance, I got this same email to respond to this survey yesterday, another today, and a phone call earlier today (so you already have my opinion over the phone). Let me enjoy my new puppy in peace! The communication I would have liked to receive more timely was the location of my puppy so that I could have made better travel arrangements, which I didn't get until the last day before I picked him up.

Everything went great even after the long trip it seemed she didn't have any problems. She is very active. You kept us very informed all the way through the process

Bruno is so darn cute. Well behaved with a great little puppy personality. He does have puppy dandruff, eye discharge and wheezing cough….we see my vet tomorrow. Surprised that the food that pawrade recommends is something totally different from what the breeder gave us when we got him yesterday. I would have liked more communication with the breeder on their recommendations…..before I picked up the puppy…..and bought all this other food. But happy overall with the little guy. Pawrade did not help us with any transportation issues….so I could have gone directly with the breeder in hind sight

Everyone on the team was incredible and made the process incredibly smooth. We absolutely love our puppy and can't imagine life without her now!
The weather was bad, so it took 6 days to travel by van.
