Overall great service. A bit overwhelming with all of the notifications and emails from pawrade and prepay, which could have been a bit more organized in my opinion. Excited to have our puppy home and a great buying experience!

Pawrade is awesome, especially the rep Carlos and Cindy. Carlos has helped me and my husband to pick out the perfect puppy. I at first wanted to surprised my husband but that did not go as planned. So he helped me out the best he could. Cindy has helped with the pet travel. Everything went extremely smooth. I appreciate their help.

I was extremely skeptical about purchasing a puppy online. I had been scammed by a few people on Facebook sites, claiming to be a legitimate breeder, only to have them steal my money and no puppy!. It was heartbreaking besides illegal. I decided to try one more time, and am I ever happy I did! PAWRADE is a reputable site. I was treated with respect, walked me through the entire process, and I was able to purchase my puppy on a credit card, which is the only payment plan where you are lsafe. The process went smoothly, everything is upfront and personal. I would highly recommend purchasing a puppy from Pawrade! I have my puppy and he is everything I expected and more.

The entire process from start to finish was amazing! I was informed through email/text about every step of the process. I cannot say enough about each person who helped bring my little Nico to me safe and sound. We are beyond thrilled about I have him be a part of our family and will highly recommend to everyone!

This was a very happy and exciting experience. Everyone from Pawrade was very helpful. Quick responses to all questions. They were with me every step of the way when Harry was making his trip home. I received step by step instructions, and helpful information ,while tracking his long journey right up to the time Alan and Sisal carried his little paws through my door. Pawrade kept us in the loop throughout the process. Briella's delivery was prompt and pre-announced. On her vet pre-check the vet found an ear infection. She goes in next week for an update; She has been spayed and has an ID implant. She is a happy little girl and fits right in.

We bought an adorable, loving and healthy mini long-haired dachshund. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism, communication, and kindness of all the Pawrade employees we dealt with along the way. Pawrade expertly covered everything from the contract to insurance to flight arrangements to directions on care of our pup . It's always a gamble doing business online, so we were leery at first. Pawrade didn't disappoint! By the way, our "Tiffy" was flown all the way from Missouri.

We have never used Pawrade before and we found it to be very professional and put the pets first. Our puppy was in great health and well adjusted when we received her from the road delivery guys. They seemed to do a great job. We liked that we could track them with the 360 app and have a good idea when they would arrive. Thanks for everything! We would be happy to recommend you.
