It was a smooth and easy process. Great care was taken to deliver me a beautiful, playful puppy.
The service was mostly great! The people were very friendly however there were just a few bumps with communication. Eventually it worked out though!

This dog has been clearly abused. Not only was the entire process of getting her difficult and unprofessional, but this dog is fearful of any human interaction

We have named Jennifer - Atalia Selah. We couldn't be more thrilled with her. She did have a cough for several days when she arrived however naturopathic elixir cleared it up quickly. She is precious.

I do love Mella Joy. And she couldn't come to me. I tried everything to touch her. And won't come to me. I did everything like cheese or bread. Put my hand closer to her She left What can I do to help her to come and love me as pet.

Would recommend pawrade for anyone looking for a puppy. Process was stress free. Loved the frequent updates and all the information provided. Puppy arrived happy and healthy!

The transaction and communication was very good! Picked up our pup at the airport on time. Puppy acted fine from the trip. We love our puppy. However the breeder did not disclose that he had a previously broken tail. Our Vet discovered it at the first checkup. Also, the puppy had such a severe case of parasites that he was put on wormer and an antibiotic.

Well irganized puppy srrived well cared for. Dexter (formerly kniwn as Jax) is still very skittish- no interest in tiys- we are hoping thus passes. He did A-ok on his new vet exam yesterday.
Entire transaction was an absolutely lovely experience! Every question asked was answered. Felt very confident in entire process. Mila arrived safely and right on time and has definitely proven to me that she indeed is the missing piece in my life. My heart is full. A huge THANK YOU to everyone at Pawrade!
Selecting a puppy was a hard decision but our contact with Pawrade was amazing. She was patient through the whole process even when we had to take a few months break for personal reasons, she still worked with us when it was the right time for us.
Very friendly and wonderful helping staff. I was worry about getting my puppy online, but they made me feel comfortable. Super helpful. When my puppy started to come home I keep getting message of how they were doing. They send a code to follow then on the app: Life360 Very happy with the entire process.
There were so many interested involved people. It was great to have all this communication. My puppy is adjusting well she is beautiful !

This is our second pup from Pawrade in a year. Both are healthy and amazing! Communication was awesome!!
Travel went well ,,her vet visit went great , she goes back on the first of Nov ,, she is adjusting well , We are Blessed to have Diamond (Melina ) in our family ,, thank you for this great journey
Now that Paige is with us, she is so adorable! My dealings with pawrade, went very smoothly. Everyone that I talked to was very helpful and the transaction went very well, and explained along the way. It is wonderful as to the job you are doing to help us out here not to get scammed. Thank you, for the job you are doing, and providing "us" with healthy pets.
I cannot say ENOUGH about my Pawrade experience! The customer service, the thorough documentation, the communication... I wish my OWN healthcare was as well provided and articulated. My goodness she is the cutest, loving, and very beautiful, miniature dachshund I think I've ever seen! She has a beautiful personality, a little skittish, but she will grow into her own! Everything was fine except for being notified my pup was going to Dulles International Airport. That was cleared up in a day and the puppy arrived safe and sound. The nanny was great, Ashley. I love her. She is in great form and has been socialized really well. She isn't afraid of anything! Thank you so much
Great experience overall. Our puppy is happy, energetic and has settled into our family beautifully! Communication was good throughout. Only thing that could be improved upon is that I wish we had gotten copies (emailed or otherwise) of the four pieces of paperwork we had to sign upon delivery.
