I am completely satisfied with Pawrade. Everything went as expected and I received a healthy, adorable puppy. Pawrade gives you all the information I needed to prepare for my puppy and take care of her once she arrived. My vet was impressed by how up-to-date and complete her immunizations were and how correct the instructions were from Pawrade on the timeline for next shots, spaying, etc. I would choose Pawrade again to purchase a puppy.

I had a great experience. The process was smooth, and the communication was exceptional. Our fur-baby was received within two weeks of our order. We received the sweetest miniature dachshund, boy. He is everything we could ask for. Thank you so much such a wonderful puppy. I was happy that I got to speak with the breeder and make a great connection. I had been searching for a new fir baby and had almost been scammed which left me weary. I came across Pawrade and explained my concerns for being scammed and wanting validation that Pawrade was in fact legit. After speaking with someone and then the breeder and asked a ton of questions, my concerns were alleviated. Someone was in touch with me throughout the process of purchase to delivery. Thank you Pawrade for a great experience.

I was very apprehensive about finding a healthy and non-puppy-mill-pup on the internet. Pawrade was excellent: From the the first Concierge Contact named Joseph Hess, I felt secure. He was always accessible, and helped get more information about our different pup options from different litters, including getting videos. I always felt he loved all pups, but also wanted to match us with the human/dog/cat pack we already have at home. He did an an excellent job! All procedures after choosing our pup were also stress-free and successful: payment, insurance, and most importantly, safe and successful transportation to our home! Very happy with Pawrade!!

I want to thank you for the coordination of getting the puppy safely to our destination - it was a harrowing experience because of the timing of the travel during the Dec holidays and the airline delays and cancellations but the constant communication was wonderful- The Nanny went above and beyond- can I suggest Pawrade give the Nanny an additional $ for her efforts of enduring all of those bumps in travel here. Thank you!

Oh what a cutie and so so lovable. I was less than thrilled with communications with the travel group and would have appreciated a more personal interaction. That goes for the entire transaction. I am confused about the insurance coverage and I do have an appointment this morning with the veterinarian. Please let me know what and how to get this settled. Will it cover today's visit with Surfside Veterinary Clinic here in Oceanside? Please help me get whatever I still need to do accomplished. Again, less than stellar communications and contact. Sorry, but I'm 75 and don't do "mobile everything" quite so well. You guys have a great product and charge a of money but I am disappointed with the less than personal touch regarding communications. OMG..My puppy is wonderful. Safely delivered to my front door. For anyone reading this. I was very skeptical the whole way because of many online rumors of puppy scam websites. This is not one of them. Ask as many questions as you can and they will answer them. Each step of the way is dealt with different members who specialize in an aspect of the whole experience. ASK FOR A ZOOM DATE WITH YOUR BREEDER AND PUPPY!!! Skipper has a new name, its SAM. I know you will pay a lot for the whole procedure but its worth it. The professionalism of the drivers will impress you, even made me feel good to tip them some cash, which is very appreciated by the drivers. They drive 24/7 as a 2 man team till your puppy arrives, through rain, snow sleet..they do it, you can watch the GPS spot move all day long. Everything was great. The puppy I wanted was everything and more than I expected. When I received him he was in great shape. The only thing I had trouble with was I don't have a driver license but I do have an I.D. card and I had to get it notarized. Everyone was very helpful also if I had any questions.

This dog has been clearly abused. Not only was the entire process of getting her difficult and unprofessional, but this dog is fearful of any human interaction

I do love Mella Joy. And she couldn't come to me. I tried everything to touch her. And won't come to me. I did everything like cheese or bread. Put my hand closer to her She left What can I do to help her to come and love me as pet.

The transaction and communication was very good! Picked up our pup at the airport on time. Puppy acted fine from the trip. We love our puppy. However the breeder did not disclose that he had a previously broken tail. Our Vet discovered it at the first checkup. Also, the puppy had such a severe case of parasites that he was put on wormer and an antibiotic.

Well irganized puppy srrived well cared for. Dexter (formerly kniwn as Jax) is still very skittish- no interest in tiys- we are hoping thus passes. He did A-ok on his new vet exam yesterday.
