Entire transaction was an absolutely lovely experience! Every question asked was answered. Felt very confident in entire process. Selecting a puppy was a hard decision but our contact with Pawrade was amazing. She was patient through the whole process even when we had to take a few months break for personal reasons, she still worked with us when it was the right time for us.
Very friendly and wonderful helping staff. I was worry about getting my puppy online, but they made me feel comfortable. Super helpful. When my puppy started to come home I keep getting message of how they were doing. They send a code to follow then on the app: Life360 Very happy with the entire process.
There were so many interested involved people. It was great to have all this communication. My puppy is adjusting well she is beautiful !

This is our second pup from Pawrade in a year. Both are healthy and amazing! Communication was awesome!!
Travel went well ,,her vet visit went great , she goes back on the first of Nov ,, she is adjusting well , We are Blessed to have Diamond (Melina ) in our family ,, thank you for this great journey
Now that Paige is with us, she is so adorable! My dealings with pawrade, went very smoothly. Everyone that I talked to was very helpful and the transaction went very well, and explained along the way. It is wonderful as to the job you are doing to help us out here not to get scammed. Thank you, for the job you are doing, and providing "us" with healthy pets.
I cannot say ENOUGH about my Pawrade experience! The customer service, the thorough documentation, the communication... I wish my OWN healthcare was as well provided and articulated. If I ever have a friend or family member that is interested in a puppy, I would recommend my experience with you to the moon and back. My goodness she is the cutest, loving, and very beautiful, miniature dachshund I think I've ever seen! She has a beautiful personality, a little skittish, but she will grow into her own! Everything was fine except for being notified my pup was going to Dulles International Airport. That was cleared up in a day and the puppy arrived safe and sound. The nanny was great, Ashley. I love her. She is in great form and has been socialized really well. She isn't afraid of anything! Thank you so much
Great experience overall. Our puppy is happy, energetic and has settled into our family beautifully! Communication was good throughout. Only thing that could be improved upon is that I wish we had gotten copies (emailed or otherwise) of the four pieces of paperwork we had to sign upon delivery.
I love Greta (Creek). Greta arrived via the van. The two drivers were lovely young men. They had washed her and handed her to me with a smile. She has fallen in love with my 17 year old chi and follows her everywhere when she is not following me around the house. She can go in and out the doggy door, but we are still working on potty training. She has a sweet, lovely disposition. The team at Pewrade was excellent and walked/texted me throughout the entire process. If I should ever be in want of another puppy, I would definitely go through them again.
The process was very fast my new puppy is beautiful I did local pick up in Indiana it was a long drive but worth it I like the fact she came with all her vaccines, papers and guide it was way better than the previous pet store where I purchased my other dog from.

The process of adopting my puppy was organized, clear, and professional. Each concierge provided thorough instruction and information on what to expect. Now we have our pup and she is healthy and happy. I am very pleased with Pawrade and highly recommend them!
Puppy has been great Blake is the sweetest I'm so happy with y'all's service. Blake pass his health check today and got a chip installed so we never lose him!!!!

Love this website! Everything was easy and smooth. We almost got scammed days before I found you guys! I'm so glad we found such a trustworthy website! Everyone was super helpful and they had a great attitude. From start to finish it was perfect and our pup arrived yesterday and she's so adorable! I would definitely recommend this site for your next pup! I also found that all the workers seem to be true dog lovers and made sure they gave us all the info to insure the best care of the dog. Thanks guys!! Brynn is happy and running around as we speak! Awesome way to get a pup!
