This was the best way for me to get the puppy I wanted. Once I found the right one, there were financing options as well as delivery options. I'm so pleased with my new little girl! She is real joy! I would have liked a little more time with the breeder when I picked her up, but we were in a very busy office. However my breeder did leave me her phone number for any questions that may arise.

We loved Carli, our initial concierge who did everything she said that she was going to do. Racheal, our travel concierge, did not call in a timely fashion, but sent us a text. Very impersonal. Then she would not take our call. Our travel team did not contact us until 11: 07 pm on the night we were supposed to hear that she left. But when we woke up the next morning our baby was only an hour away. The travel team were very good and we appreciated their politeness. Our animal came to us with a severe case of ear mites and diarrhea with blood. We are aware of the stress that travel has caused her, so our home has been quiet. We do thank your team for working together for the sake of Ara Jon. Her name means God is gracious and brings new life. If you have any other questions please contact us. Ps. Her mother was not a registered pup at all.

I cannot rave about Pawrade enough!!! The communication was excellent, they answered all of my questions and sent updates along the way. The transportation was wonderful as well- puppy arrived happy, healthy, and with all of her paperwork. I would definitely use Pawrade again 10000%!!!
Pawrade is amazing! I was hesitant to buy a puppy this way, but fell in love and there was no deterring me. I'm more of a shelter person, but I wanted a specific breed this time and Pawrade made it so easy and exciting. They answered every question I had and amazingly within minutes! I think that is why a service like this is so valuable. A breeder doesn't have time to be on the alert all the time but the staff at Pawrade does. They helped me set up delivery and my little dauchsund was delivered to my door and I'm beyond in love and she is so healthy! Thank you Pawrade for your service and the heart that you do it with!
We had a good experience with purchasing our newest member of the family. Everyone We dealt with at Pawrade was helpful and friendly. We chose to have the puppy delivered via ground transport. The delivery service was very professional and took great care of our little one. The only complaint is with the website. The site doesn't have accounts per se. When you purchase a puppy there isn't a portal or an account section to go to on the site to see the communications. You have to save an email to be able to click on that takes you to the message section to see all communications. The website issue, while a pain, isn't a deal breaker. I have already purchased another puppy from Pawrade and would again in the future if the need should arise.
I am thrilled with the service and my baby got her safe and soundly! She's just the best little girl!

Went to a lot of different websites looking for a mini dachshund and this was the first one that wasn't a scam, didn't fly their dogs in a plane, they travel by car, and the delivery was super fast. They deliver at all hours of the night and he was so much cuter in person than the pictures I saw. I immediately fell in love with him. I got so lucky !!! i recommend pawrade to everyone who asks me about my fur baby.
The process was amazing and seemless to get pur new puppy Rosie. The communication was great always responded to my questions quickly.

Your service and support during the delivery of our new fur baby was excellent. We very much appreciated the support and guidance we received after delivery, especially as it pertained to the medical concerns of our new pet. This is our 2nd puppy through Pawrade. Both times have been wonderful experiences or we would not have done it twice. We highly recommend Pawrade anytime anyone we know is looking for a puppy. Such great customer service, great follow through all over, no matter what stage of the process you are in, and best of all...healthy puppies. Everyone with Pawrade is always so kind, so helpful, and so sincere. Just truly some of the best people out there work for Pawrade. We are so happy with our entire experience both times and we have two of the best, most wonderful puppies. They are so loved and adored and it is very obvious that they came from breeders who loved them just like we do. This is so very important. Just like children, if puppies are loved from the beginning, they are sweet, kind, and loving when they arrive at their furever home, not to mention how healthy they are when they arrive.

Max, now named Gill, is THE BEST. We were very hesitant to purchase a dog online since scams are real and super hard to identify sometimes, but this is no scam. My angel pup is in my arms, healthy & PERFECT. The negative reviews stating that something was wrong with their dog, well that risk comes when you get a dog from anywhere. I am so thankful for the constant follow up & communication from all of the Pawrade team members to help me get all of the info I requested to make sure my Gill was the perfect pup for me. The only thing is I wish they would tell me who the breeder is so I can send pictures to her! Highly recommend Pawrade! :)

Never purchased/rescued a pooch without a first meet, so I was completely unsure how this process would work. But I fell in love with my little cutie at first sigh, and the Pawrade folks not only protected me from the puppy mills I wanted to avoid, but also guided and reassured me every step of the way. The customer service was superb and the breeder was wonderful! I love, love, LOVE my new little cutie! My first online romance! :) Pawrade was just great, and I highly recommend!
Pawrade was fantastic in the process of purchasing my puppy! I would purchase with them again. My only caveat is that delivery would've taken 3 weeks, so I drove to get my puppy instead. No one's fault but the breeder even stated it doesn't typically take that long either so. Other than that it was great. Shout out to Lois! She was a great mediator

The process was amazing, I found a wonderful dog and began conversations with a Pawrade rep who explained everything and after I felt comfortable I began the payment process. After initial payment I decided to do the pet concierge where they drive the puppy directly to your home. The driver sent me a link when he picked up my puppy and I tracked his route all the way. Pawrade was amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a healthy loving puppy.

Excellent service in helping us bring our new baby dachshund home! This was my first time using pawrade but I would recommend it to anyone.
Through Pawrade I got the most wonderful puppy, a miniature dachshund. He is healthy playful. Communicating with the individuals At Pawrade was a great experience. They provided all sorts of information which helped me understand and what to expect when my puppy arrived. I would highly recommend them as the perfect place to purchase the new member of your family.
Wonderful people easy to communicate with will awnser all your questions and the delivery guys do take very good care of the baby's on there way to you.. 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends family and strangers. So happy with our decision Thank you all for your hard work.

I highly recommend Pawtrade. Excellent customer service. Respond quickly to any issues or questions you may have. I would recommend ground transport as my flights were cancelled 2 times which delayed my puppy. I spoke with breeder multiple times, she sent pictures and answered all my concerns. Wonderful, safe, real way to purchase your puppy!! NO SCAM !! My puppy arrived healthy, happy and Mark Carter from Williams Puppy Transport went over and beyond. Thank you Pawtrade.
