I had a great experience with Don, the puppy concierge. He has very kind and helpful. Once I purchased my puppy, I was switched to the transportation person which I did not find very helpful. I requested multiple times for communications to be texted to my phone as they were with Don, but they were always just in the message center. I coordinated the time and place of the pick up directly with the breeder.

All reps that communicated with me were super helpful and on top of everything. Once my puppy arrived it was a simple process. We are so happy to have our additional member of the family!!

Working with Pawrade to find our new pup was wonderful! The communication of the staff from first inquiry to delivery and even after was easy, smooth and they kept us informed along the way. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to find a new fur baby from a breeder.

Bitsy (formerly Betty) is a joy. She and Motley get along really well. They wrestle and chase each other from the living room through the kitchen into the dining room and back again. She came pee pad trained, almost. She also came with yeast ear infections, which we treated, and Giardia (which we are treating her for). She also has a slight problem with her right hind elbow, which might have a tendency to slip out of the socket, and might cause her to have arthritis in later life. I would like to make a note that the breeder deliberately photographed her so that the white blaze on her chest did not show. She was listed as black & tan, and I would consider that as deceptive advertising. I never planned on breeding her, but the white blaze would have given me pause for thought. It doesn't affect her in any way, but it would have been nice to know beforehand, I love her to pieces with or without the blaze anyway.

I have been looking for a mini dachshund for a very long time. I found Pawrade and couldn't believe how easy it was to find the puppy of my dreams. Unfortunately, once I found the puppy I wanted and reserved her, the breeder backed out of selling her. When Pawrade called and told me that I was very upset. However, Pawrade did everything they could to make sure I found another puppy. Even though I had a problem at first it was fixed very quickly by the staff. I now have a new puppy and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Pawrade for everything you did to get me a new puppy.
Pleased to have puppy, all went well up until flight time. If you have to fly puppy be sure to use a nanny and have them in a reserved seat. Puppy has a clean bill of health. Just what I wanted and waited for after 6 years convencieng my husband to let me get one. He loves her as much as i do. She is awesome 10 weeks and sleeps through the night quietly.
From the very beginning my experience with Pawrade has been outstanding. Their communication is excellent, and I felt like everybody at Pawrade wanted us to be successful with the purchase and aftercare of our new puppy. I was finally able to pick up Chloe yesterday, and the love was immediately real. Such a beautiful, sweet, and charming puppy from the start. It's apparent that she's socialized and confident. The process from beginning to end was perfect. The team at Pawrade made the whole interaction completely seamless. They quickly answered any and all of my questions. I opted to drive to pick up Chloe. The breeder was punctual, professional, and friendly. Having Chloe makes my wiener dog family feel complete ❤

Everything was just as described. I didn't like the delivery schedule, so I picked up the two dogs from the breeder. They are healthy and full of energy!

Everyone was extremely patient with me. I had recently been puppy scammed by Fort Dachshund and constantly scrutinized Pawrade because of it. They remained positive and helpful. I love my new fur baby and am so grateful to Pawrade for helping me through the entire process. Leila (formerly Fernanda) is lovely.

Anytime I emailed with a quick question, Tina would be back to me within minutes. When we received Ally at the door, Karen and Duff were so kind and gentle with her throughout her whole journey. What a flawless process. Peter & Morgan were a huge help and made me feel comfortable with the whole process but also gave great guidance in what to do & what to expect. My puppy is beautiful & healthy. The ground transport came extremely fast considering the distance traveled. He arrived clean & healthy. Don't think twice about Pawrade, there is a lot of moving parts when it comes to buying a puppy online but they manage it very well. As legit as it gets, not a scam so if you see you dream puppy on this site, don't be afraid to pull the trigger! Thanks for my new best friend!

Pawrade was great. At first I was a little worried about purchasing a dog online, but everyone that I talked to answered all my questions, and let me know on every step of the process. I was also worried about transporting "Billy" our puppy, but I was informed when they picked him up, and Michael the transporter let us know when they were close to our house, and he arrived in perfect condition. Billy is a bundle of energy but so far is a great dog. Thank you Pawrade for making our experience easy and wonderful.
