This is was a very special purchase. As this puppy is meant to grow with my soon to be newborn. This was my husband's plan, but he passed in January from Covid. Needless to say, I'm still honoring his wishes and Pawrade made it a seemingly happy transaction. I am very pleased with the level of communication and answered all my questions! My experience with Pawrade was excellent! The staff was so kind and willing to answer all my questions. They made sure I felt comfortable and understood each step of the process. AND, Cash is a wonderful puppy. His breeder was amazing, and she also answered all our questions. Cash made a smooth transition to our home, and we love him so much. He's the cutest mini-dachshund ever!

jerome is a little doll ! so far he has fit in with my other dogs like he has lived here forever and they seem to like him and the way they all lick each other like they have known each other forever ! and is he smart!, he without coaching learned himself to climb the puppy stairs , simply by watching my other dogs!

From beginning to end our experience was wonderful! Delightful and knowledgeable staff working on our behalf at every step. Most important was the health of our precious puppy. The delivery guys were terrific. They had cared for the puppy well over a four day period. She arrived happy, clean and in excellent condition. Our vet was impressed at how healthy she is and all the shots and micro chip! She said whoever cared for this puppy did an excellent job! Clover is happy and very loved. Thank you so very much!

I can't say enough about how great my experience with Pawrade has been. Simply amazing from start to finish! They really make you feel secure and share a wealth of information to help you prepare for you little fur baby. Everyone I spoke with was always kind and courteous, will go the extra mile to make sure all of your questions are answered. I am so grateful I found them. My puppy flew from Missouri and was in perfect health, no worms or any other conditions, my vet was pleased. I had been scammed twice before finding Pawrade, lost over 700.00 so I was quite gun-shy to say the least. Please don't second guess using Pawrade, I will use them again for sure. Wonderful experience...I promise you won't regret it!

My whole experience with Pawrade was excellent! The text chat was very helpful to stay in touch and ask questions along the way as well as the emails. Everyone was great to work with. When I was looking for a puppy I was hesitant to do anything online worried I would be scammed. I looked at the reviews and when I saw some five stars, I knew I was on track to selecting the right agency. I would give it a ten if I could!! We selected the option to fly Ruby. As nervous as I was it went so smoothly. After some welcome snuggles to the family, she settled right in. I will recommend Pawrade to anyone who asks about getting a puppy safely and securely. Thank you for helping us get our newest family member!

Walker is very sweet; likes to cuddle and lick a lot. He's not a chewer either. He's smart. He went twice on the wee-wee pad in the bathroom too. At this age (4 mos) they seem to understand a lot. Wore himself out running back and forth down the hall in the apartment as a game, and exploring under my close supervision; now he's sleeping soundly in his little carrier with his stuffed toy dog with a heartbeat. I guess it really pays to get them from breeders as opposed to puppy farms. Bravo Pawrade!

I love my puppy, Mollie. It took over 3 weeks to transport her by air due to the weather. I recommend that should you purchase a pup during the winter months & fly her, have her escorted by a Nanny.

The Pawrade experience of purchasing a puppy was easy and there was lots of communication about any questions we had. The only complaint was about the transportation, there was some miscommunication about when Milo would be picked up and delivered which made us a bit nervous, but it was eventually cleared up and we received Milo right at our doorstep. We took him to the vet within the 72 hours required and was given a clean bill of health besides a small amount of stress colitis from travel, which is to be expected. If they improve their transportation service communication they would definitely get 5 stars.

I could not be happier with our Puppy AND my experience with Pawrade. I tend to be wary of online sites; and was very concerned about Puppy Mills and just plain Scams. Right from the start Pawrade was so professional and friendly; and any and every doubt vanished very quickly. Their concern for Peanut's health and safety and my reassurance throughout the process was immeasurable. The whole experience was great!
