We received excellent service from start to finish. Tony, our concierge, was extremely helpful and provided instant excellent service. Our travel coordinator moved at the speed of lightning enabling us to receive our puppy sooner than expected. Hats off to our breeder who was the consummate professional and left us quite impressed. We love our new puppy who we named Bella Mae. 🐶💗
What a great experience! Pawrade process was well coordinated, professional and secure. Every step is easily followed and creates a timeline of progress. Excellent. What really makes them the best is the network of associated vetted Breeders that are available. We had the best one in my opinion, who communicated often, sent info and videos - just made us confident about our choice. She went out of her way to accommodate us. I took a same day flight to pick up our French Bulldog, was met at the airport with our dog, a ready-bag, paperwork and everything we needed for the first few days with our puppy. Top-notch. We are so happy to find Pawrade, feel confident!!

Very disappointed with this company you're customer support is terrible nobody keeps up with anything and they are manipulative and rude and misleading I was lead to believe I was buying the puppy through KLARNA with which I was told I would be paying 4 equal installment payments I signed the contract then was told later after the fact that I would have one installment payment and 1 remaining balance payment had I been made fully aware of that in the beginning I would not have purchased the puppy I have reported pawrade to the BBB and will advise anyone who ask to not do business with this site

Absolutely loved my experience at Pawrade! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The website made it easy to browse through available puppies, and the customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly. Love our new pup! The travel was a little strange. We had a flight on a Friday after a week of reserving him, that fell through. Tuesday I had them cancel my travel that I paid for and dealt with getting him to us on our own. Overall, a great experience. I loved the breeder..shes amazing and straight forward.

Hello! Thank you for your assistance in the purchase of our new puppy who is Tiffany that's been renamed Bailey. Overall, we are satisfied with our experience. There were a few hiccups throughout the experience that I would like to share with you. First, a request was made to obtain our puppy's sire and dam AKC paperwork which was never received. Second, my flight plans to pick up the pup cost me additional flight points due to flight changes due to the solar eclipse, which I was aware, however, the transporter or whomever scheduled it may not have been aware. This cost me a ton of additional flight points to arrange Third, it was my understanding that the pup's breeder was located in Whitesboro, Texas yet her paperwork indicates that she is located in Oklahoma, therefore, we received incorrect information. Cassie was very friendly and helpful when I met her in Dallas, Texas to pick up the pup. The pup is healthy and happy so we are grateful for these things. My best, Nancy Baumhover

This dog was hands down worth every penny. Not sure to thank the breeders or I just got lucky with his potty training. Being a guy I have to admit this puppy is very cute and super smart. He's also below weight, but I hope he stays like the little stud he is. Pawrade and Tara the person who helped us were terrific to work with. Looking at another one already.

Juliette arrived happy and calm with the nanny and she had no anxiety. She was clean, well fed, and had gone to the bathroom just before arriving to my home on a poddy pad. She is wonderful. Thank you all for a great job. Highly recommend this company. It is very clear that puppy well being is the HIGHEST priority as it should be. Paperwork was organized and buyer responsibilities were lid out clearly. Excellent job.

From beginning till the day our puppy arrive it was a smooth sail. Donna my point contact was more than helpful when it comes to my questions regarding the status of my puppy or what the puppy's food was. She was very patient and responsive to my messages for which I am super grateful. My puppy came with all his paperwork and the process cannot be more clear and easy. Pawrade was better than I could have ever hoped. The communication was so through, someone was guiding me and informing me of every detail, every step of they way. The portal with the ability to quickly send and receive messages was very very appreciated. I felt very assured that they did their due diligence with the breeders to ensure only healthy puppies could be sold and I appreciate all teh requirements even I was required to adhere to which I know helps assure healthy puppies long term.
