I was skeptical at the beginning of purchasing our new family member online but overall the process went very well. The communication was done very well and more than one reminder was sent to ensure all the steps were read by the buyer. My only complaint would be I was sent a $200.00 coupon after I purchased him and not while I was in the process of buying him or asking questions. Meeting with the breeder went very well and my new puppy is healthy and looks good. The breeder was friendly and very easy to communicate with I could not be happier with our new fur baby ❤️. Pawrade made the puppy buying process incredibly easy! They did an excellent job communicating and coordinating each step of the process. Every question I asked was answered within a few hours. They required a thorough background check in order to be eligible to purchase. I welcomed this because it reiterated their commitment to puppy safety. I assume the breeders undergo a similar check. Our puppy’s breeder personally accompanied him on his plane ride from Florida. Which was awesome! I really appreciated the extra TLC she afforded him and the time she spent with me upon delivery. Overall, it was a wonderful buying experience and I highly recommend Pawrade.

The overall interaction was speedy initially but then got slow when the travel department got involved. Eventually the nanny I paid for through Pawrade just outright missed the flight, was unresponsive about what the next steps were, and it took forever to get a real answer. Eventually we had to use an entirely different nanny service to get Lucy to me and I requested a travel refunded. TLDR: The rep was great, the travel service was awful

This is the 2nd time we were blessed with a puppy from Pawrade. The service was wonderful and we receive the most beautiful, loving puppy imaginable. The only thing that I am disappointed about is that no one revealed to us that our puppy had an existing inguinal hernia. I seen it on the medical records from the breeders Veterinarian, Alpha Vets in Topeka, Indiana on 04/05/24 when we picked the puppy up at the airport. The medical records from PetPay on 06/12/24 does not show her having the inguinal hernia, but my Veterinarian, Animal Medical Center in Auburn, California did spot it. We did purchase medical insurance but they will not cover it because it is considered a existing problem. The cost will be approximately $890.00 which the Breeder should be partially responsible for because he did not tell us of the problem. She is a sweet, loving little girl and we would have gotten her anyway. I do thank the Breeder for providing such a loving household to give us this incredible puppy.
