This was truly an awsome experience. My first time getting a puppy from Pawrade. They were very helpful through the whole process and guided me through it. When the pampered express showed up with my little bundle of joy, they had already bathed her and she was such a happy puppy. Hands down the most professional and easy to use site ever. If your not getting your next family member from Pawrade, your missing out.

Mostly had issues with breeder and transport. Puppy is perfect. I am unhappy with the delay in transport and the fact that the breeder ended up bringing me the pup after a LOT of hesitation and delay. Breeder also kept messaging me multiple times a day after transport and voiced a lot of regret and sadness over giving up the pup. I felt bad for her but overall, the experience was very unprofessional. We had purchased a pup for my husband a few months before from Pawrade and everything went well. But, I'm not sure I can recommend Pawrade after my own experience. Communication was scattered prior to transport and breeder was still texting me 3 weeks after transfer. Not sure she should keep breeding. As far as the puppy tho.....she is a delight!

Overall the experience was very good. It is all the emails after committing to buying the pup that was stressful. All the emails were not clear and when I tried to contact someone it was the weekend and nobody replied. It was stressful because the required tasks were time sensitive. I got the pup and he is great so like I said the overall experience was a good one, they just need to tweak their process a little to make it easier to meet the demands of the purchase.

I LOVE PAWRADE!!! Before I found Pawrade, I unfortunately discovered quite a few B.S. puppy sites on the internet!!! I am floored at how many dishonest sites there are out there!!! From purchase to delivery, everything was amazing!!!! We couldn't be happier with our experience with Pawrade or with Puppy Express!!! FANTASTIC!!!!! Baby Balloo is home and we love him so much!!! We received our first female Frenchie from a breeder in Indiana and is now 1 year old and was great from the beginning. We just received our 2nd female Frenchie 4 days ago and she is very playful and loving. Our issue is that she arrived from the transporter that had multiple dogs in the van and our new puppy had a runny / bubbly nose and a serious cough. When we brought her to our vet they began treating her for kennel cough on medication every 12 hours and had to be quarantined from our other dogs. She came with the food she being fed, Nutri Source, and is eating inconsistent and some times doesn’t eat like this morning, the 4th day. I know know she was free fed and that is a bad way to maintain proper eating behavior for you puppies. Hoping the kennel cough does turn into pneumonia as well. I let the puppy consultant know and never heard back. A little concerning.

More effort could be spent communicating with the buyer on how & what is happening. Great that pups are protected but buyers spending big $ need reassurance as well. Tara was great!

Absolutely, hands down the best experience I have had! There was professionalism from the very first conversation with Thomas, to the frequent shout outs and pictures from Lois, to the delivery team of Mark and Monica….i couldn’t be more happier! Our little ball of wonderful, our French Bulldog Rocco (formerly known as Forge), arrived on August 5th at 9 weeks of age. We love him so much. The process was easy and efficient. Frequent communications left us feeling confident. Questions were passed to the breeder that were answered. Never once did I feel that I wasted my money, or unsure what was going on with my Rocco, as we made the decision that he was the one we wanted at 2 weeks of age! Lois led us through the process of contracts and things being signed and the set up of the delivery direct to my door. I recommend Pawrade and Wags on Wheels! You won’t be disappointed in your decision.

We just received our precious frenchie 2 days ago! He is a beautiful, healthy pup and we’ve already received comments from the vet and others on the quality of breeding and high level of veterinary care he has received. The communication and level of knowledge from PetPay was top notch. I just wish the Pawrade operators demonstrated the same level of knowledge and customer service. Had a bad experience with an uncaring operator quoting me the contract I signed, canceling my reservation without my consent, and demonstrating little regard for my concerns about the health of the puppy. Finally got in touch with someone at Petpay that was able to ease my concerns but it left a bad taste in my mouth regarding Pawrade’s corporate policies and is the reason why I am wary of using Pawrade again in the future.

After paying in full I should have been able to talk to the Breeder direct. We both were lost Saturday with no way to communicate at the airport. The puppy needs surgery at 6 Months of age so I am disappointed because I paid a lot of money thinking her health had been cleared. So I am really not happy.

Start to finish everything was amazing!! Everyone a Pawrade were so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I requested to ZOOM with the breeder as I had some general questions and they made it happen. Donna, Pam and Morgan kept us updated on our puppy regularly and the the concierge service that handled the transportation was great. The transport team kept us updated on when they will be arriving and a check in was done by the Pawrade team after our bundle of joy arrived. Puppy is healthy happy and adjusting well. Highly recommend Pawrade!
