Communication, payment as well as courtesy of everyone involved in the process was wonderful. Coordination between individuals was highly effective. The sad side of my experience was that Victoria, on my vet's examination, was found to have a consistent tilt of her head to the left. My vet would not give his approval regarding Victoria's health because this tilt of the head is a neurological problem that eventually may lead to more serious issues such as seizures. He recommended taking Victoria to a neurologist for determination of exactly what issues she has. I have Victoria scheduled for an appointment with a neurologist this coming Thursday. Obviously, at this point, I have no pet health clearance and won't know anything until Victoria sees the specialist. Diane Shipp

Bought two dogs from you guys. First one was a very nice experience. This one was not. While I appreciate the $100.00 off because I asked for it as a second time buyer, a week later you come out with a holiday special for 250.00 off for everyone . Not once was this offered to me. You are all about charging late fees if you don't pay on time however asking for a video of my pup (after I paid for the puppy and travel in full) was a super challenge. Asked 3 times and never did get the video. One would suggest based on the words above that your all about the money and after that customer be damned. I would hesitate to suggest this service to others. Seems like it's all about the money with you guys.

The communication for the travel was not effective I had to fly 6 hours away only to find out the day before pickup that I was told the wrong location so I had to drive a extra 3 hours to meet the breeder super inconvenient and I had to reach out to get the information for the travel the day before because no information had been given

The process was great! Everyone was very helpful throught the process. The only thing I was disappointed about was when I took my puppy for her first wellness check up with my veterinarian they found she had Giardia, a tape worm and a ear yeast infection. I am very happy I took the year of medical insurance before I picked her up. I don't blame anyone from Pawrade or the Breeder I know those things happen, but unfortunately I had to take my older dog to the vet to get treatment for the Giardia. Other than that we were happy with the service and the flight nanny was wonderful to our little pup. We love our new little family member and we would recommend Pawrade to others.

I requested a shirt or towel to be sent with the dog, to help transition to a new home. Nothing was sent, the dog was delivered, with a small bag 2 minutes later transport was gone. I have had livestock delivered with better communication than this dog. Very disappointing experience. The amount of documentation that is signed to purchase a animal is significant, which alternatively allows them to do what ever they want, without any request being met on their side.

You don't keep your pages updated on the website for the puppies that you have to sell, like the weight of the dog, and there is no mention of the weight restriction for flying the puppy. I only found out about that after I had made a purchase. Then, I was told one date for the puppies arrival and after I had made my plans to drive 2 hours to pick up the puppy, I get a phone call asking for more money. So now I have to wait for over 3 weeks before I can get the puppy. Now that I have shopped on Pawrade, my inbox is getting flooded with spam messages from the site with more puppies that are for sale. I am very tired of all of the junk mail. There is room for a lot of improvement in your company! Now leave me alone.
