I drove to Miami flew into Chicago right into a rental car and drove hours into Indiana and picked up our female Frenchy, drove back to Chicago and flew back to Miami and drove back to Key West. This little girl had no issue with the carrier to go under the seat and never made a sound. The moment she got in the car with me in Indiana she never left my lap same for the entire trip. Incredible dog and incredible breeder. The first night home she was place in her crate and she quietly whimpered for less than 30 seconds and then slept all night. Pawrade was there every step in the process seven days a week and was truly amazing to work with. If you have any question on using Pawrade don't hold back. Great job Pawrade!

This is a cease of desist request. While the puppy is great and we will love him as we ever will be, however, you as service provider need to exam your practice. The whole experience is miserable and you all trying to suppress my review on Truthpilot (Ticket #21268573) and violate my 1st Amendment right?? If you all screwed up, own it and learn from it. You might be able to coheres Truthpilot to remove review, but there are other social media board, I will be sure to review there too. FYI: The puppy was not 8 lbs, but 29lbs, significantly larger, but bad information on that is least of your issue.

We want to assure those people that may be hesitant, that this is a legitimate company. We read lots of the reviews before purchasing our puppy and some had us concerned, however that was not our experience. We had a positive experience. Emma and team did a great job handling the whole process. Everything went smoothly and we now have a beautiful and healthy puppy. We recommend Pawrade.

From beginning to end, this transaction was unpleasant and stressful. Since takin possession of my puppy last week, I have spent over $700 on nursing this very sick puppy back to health. She came to me with a serious skin infection, giardia, another type of infection in her paws. I immediately called your customer service line moments after taking possession with all of my concerns and was told that someone would be reaching out to speak with me after the Labor Day holiday. No one has reached out to me at all other than the automated system requesting a review. I now am an owner of a puppy with a breathing condition as well as a serious underbite which none of her photos indicated that. Purchasing a puppy should be a joyous time. All of my experiences buying my family pets has been amazing. This has been nothing short of a nightmare. There is so much more to the entire transaction, however I choose not to spend anymore angst. I will be submitting my vet bills.

The entire process with Pawrade was perfect. I couldn't be happier with them, their staff and the process from start to finish. On the other hand, I am not pleased with the fact that my new puppy arrived to me flea infested. This is totally unacceptable. I have other animals in my home that are ALWAYS flea free and now I have had to spend money on treating them all as well. Shame on the breeder and/or the transport company that caused this issue. My puppy was so infested it is a week and a 1/2 later and I am still taking measures to get rid of the fleas brought into my house.

I cannot tell you guys how grateful I am to have found you and to get the playmate and puppy son of my dreams. He is quite a joy, and he is very loving and companion. The customer service was brilliant guys were very passionate and everything was done in a professional manner, now the only thing I would say is the time that you have to cram things in order to get the puppy seen at the vet and sometimes that could be a little overwhelming in between work schedules and things of that nature but overall this is a great place to obtain any puppy son or puppy daughter to put in addition to your family it's even great because you're able to finance the puppies there also give you a 30 day pet guarantee. I just love the way that everyone stayed in touch. I just love the way the documents were sent over by email to send them back . Everyone was just great and when my puppy arrived at 4 AM in the morning with Steven. They were very loving and very caring with my pup. Thank you.
