My experience with pawrade was wonderful. Thanks to Devin and Lois I was able to get the most beautiful puppy ever. My questions were answered and my fears about using this site were quickly put to rest. I was updated regularly and a going home picture was sent just before my puppy was scheduled to leave. Pawrade made this process so easy. I highly recommend pawrade if you want people you can trust to help you get your new pet.

Once I understood the process and followed the pawrade route, selecting, paying, and transfer of ownership was smooth and pleasant for the puppy and us. Meeting the breeder at a safe place was stress relieving for everyone too. Pawrade helped make informed and good decisions on how to claim him, get insurance and make sure the health of the puppy with 2 vets checking him over.

I hate leaving bad reviews but the dog arrived close death which meant about $1000 worth of vet. When we told pawparade about this problem they simply said submit bill to insurance. Perhaps their guaranty will apply if the dog dies in route but they have not lived up to any kind of guaranty so far. MetLife ( the insurance they recommend ) so far has not done nothing and they are not reimbursing. Before I purchased Francois the communication was great. I received a dog who had kennel caught, a runny noise, shaking, coughing and blood in his stool. The vet thought he wasn't gonna make it. It has been 15days. He is still taking antibiotics. I am $1000 in vet fee. When I contacted pawrade they said I need to send it to the assurance MetLife (the one they recommend) that by the way doesn't reimburse. Before buying the dog they assure you that if there is anything they will reimburse you for the médecine once you buy the dog they refer you to MetLife that doesn't reimburse. I am so disappoin

I was so nervous purchasing my girls online with all of the scams out there but Pawrade made it very easy they were there every step of the way and made me feel at ease with the whole process. The things they offer (30 day pet insurance and 3 year health guarantee), the information and directions given really shows they care about the puppies and that they want them to be taken care of properly.

My puppy was sick when I got him and is currently on antibiotics. He is afraid of all people and runs away from people he doesn't know. I do not think he act as a normal puppy and is afraid of all men. He has just warned up to my husband after a week of having him.

Well the transaction with pawrade to purchase my puppy started out very smoothly and nice and safe feeling , near the end when I was actually supposed to pick up my Puppy, it got very scary and sketchy and I actually thought we were being scammed. but pawrade did come through and Was able to ensure that I got my puppy, so I thank them for that. with that being said, the puppy I received was Sick with a respiratory infection. he was taken to the vet 2 days after I got him. The respiratory infection was from when he was with the breeder. He is on some heavy antibiotics and cough medications. Hopefully my vet will be able to get him healthy again. I do think Pawrade needs to look into this breeder because a friend of mine also picked up a puppy the same day I did from the same. Breeder and hers was even sicker than mine so he may be a sketchy breeder. If pawrade wants to continue receiving 5 stars, they need to look into this breeder and possibly stop using this breeder.

I bought my frenchie baby from pawrade. This was my first time purchasing a puppy and the experience was a 10 out of 10. All of the representatives were responsive and helpful, before I purchased, during transportation and after delivery. I couldn't not be more happy with my purchase.
