I’m so happy with my sweet Joy, she has already brought me so much happiness. I can’t say enough about Pawrade, what a professional company to work with. Explaining everything from step one to delivery and staying in touch right up to the moment of delivery. The transportation was unbelievable, I was allowed to track her location and to see her pulling up to my house. The drivers were so nice and professional, if I had any questions they were answered in a timely manner. I admit I had heard so much about scams and purchasing a puppy online, but I have recommended Pawrade to several people. There were people at my Vet’s office inquiring about my experience and wanting their information for themselves and several of their customers asking for recommendations. I’m so happy and Joy is going to be my new love Puppy forever, she will be my last one since I am 70 years old now and we will enter our golden years together.♥️ Thank you Pawrade for putting love in my heart again.

Pawrade made the process smooth and easy from beginning to transport at the end. My pup was delivered to my doorstep happy and healthy yesterday and he far exceeds my expectations looks and personality wise. My heart is full! Now onto the dreaded potty training, prayers!! lol

With it being online I had my reservations but the communication and overall organization of everything was great. Everyone was super informative and helpful. We love our new pup! She's already has me wrapped around her lil paw lol

I absolutely LOVE the puppy I recieved with Pawrade. He was exactly as described, with the sweetest, funniest personality. You couldnt dream of a better breeder/owner to get a puppy from. . He clearly cares deeply about his puppies and treated the puppy like a family member. The puppy was well socialized , adjusted and very healthy. I can't say enough about the puppy or the breeder. Pawrade made everything smooth and even facilitated a video call with the breeder and the puppy . I would highly recommend Pawrade

Communication since day 1 of reserving my dog was terrible. I had to reach out every single time to get any update. Travel was delayed and I didn’t even find out until I called the day of and was told. I was told my dog would be delivered 2/17-2/19 so I had everything all set for his arrival and even canceled a trip I was going on then I was told he wouldn’t be leaving until 2/20. My dog was brought in a van and acted like he was on Xanax and looked famished. Delivery guy gave me a half as zip lock bag of food that was mainly crumbs. This company does not put animals first they put numbers and money first. I also spoke with 8 different employees throughout the process, very disorganized. I never was given the breeders name or company’s name. Go private never use this company.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! From the very first contact to receiving my baby … it was top notch all the way. They have definitely manufactured a thorough and streamlined process. Every person I dealt with was kind, helpful, and genuinely seem to like their jobs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dissatisfied and disappointed in the experience we had. Poor communication about transporting puppy. Condescending in responses to questions, poor customer service from our liason. Puppy arrived sick in the middle of the night. No shot records. Told by pawrade to keep posted about vet visit but then no contact or response after that. Love our sweet puppy but would never recommend or use pawrade again.

Puppy was perfect! Looked just like the image. Loved the delivery service they were awesome kept us informed every leg of the journey. Came with all the medical records and was up to date on all shots. Couldn’t be happier with this process. Pawrade kept me informed sent me updated photos answered every question in a timely manner and gave us lots of information. Will definitely use this company again

Racer...now Scout is the sweetest, most snuggly french bulldog. He i s a beautiful baby boy. Pawrade and their staff did a great job with communication. Answering any questions I had. They also followed up about his transition and gave detailed information on instructions on caring for him.

I was pleased with your services until the last week before transport. I couldn’t get anyone to call me back to answer my questions in regards to his last vet appointment and transport. One week I called everyday. Also if I had know he was in a van with 10 other animals I would not have wanted him transported this way!
