I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken for the safety of buyer and seller. The price of the dog and the shipping costs were a little too high and that might deter some buyers. But I also got an AKC dog. He has a skin condition I have to contend with that the breeder did not mention when she was here to deliver him. all in all a good experience.

All was fine exce0t for non disclosure that they only ship pets on 14th and 28th of the month to west cost. We bought our pup on the 15th only to be told she won't ship for 2 weeks. She shipped the 29th. Super lame to find out just after you drop 5k on a puppy. I could use without all the legal crap...you must get it to vet within 72 hrs....except they can't tell you exact day of arrival. My puppy arrived on Friday making their absolute red line legal requirement impossible. I'm trying to buy a dog, not be drowned in bs legal requirements just in case something goes wrong with the puppy....they absolutely are legally covered. Probably why dogs are so expensive, they have 100 lawyers on retainer. Not again, buy local, save yourself the needed legal college classes to understand....if anything goes wrong with the puppy in that almost 3 weeks wait for delivery....you are screwed.

It was a smooth process. They are very service oriented, although my puppy was not microchipped as stated on the website and I am trying to get refunded for that.

The online experience was good. Communication was good through Pawrade. I was very nervous about buying a puppy online, but so far so good. She just arrive this morning. Delivery was a bit wonky. I wish I could have picked the time window and day of arrival, but glad she arrived safe. Communication from delivery team could have been better. I had to be the one reaching out. Otherwise I am happy and just hoping her health remains good. Off to the vet tomorrow. Thanks for our baby, Pawrade.

Great experience I don’t think we should have to contract to give certain foods to our pet. We should be able to pick which food we want to feed our puppies

From our initial contact and throughout the entire process, my wife and I felt we truly created a partnership with Pawrade that was caring, sensitive to our needs and the entire process was very smooth and seamless. One suggested area for possible improvement would be the better vetting, choosing and ongoing evaluation of the travelling nanny service. This is the final and only face to face contact and can leave a positive and / or negative feeling with the customer. Our experience with our Nanny (Maleek) was extremely unorganized; no identification was requested, no time was given to read any documents, we were not ask to sign / date anything, no witness was ask to sign, no food was given as stated and the entire exchange was very rushed! The points above all are stated in Pawrade's delivery confirmation and transfer of ownership document (5 of the 6 points from the delivery instructions were NOT executed.)

We reserved a puppy weeks in advance of picking him up. We made arrangements to drive 20+ hours to pick him up, and when we were less than 2 hours away from the meeting spot to get our puppy, we got a call from Pawrade that our dog was sick with a respiratory infection and could not travel until he had finished with his 7 day course of antibiotics and had a clear vet check. We were devastated as we could not wait a week before having to be back home. Kelly from Pawrade worked with us and found another puppy just 2 days older than the one we reserved and the same breed/sex/color that was less than an hour from our original meeting spot. We were sorry to have to let our original pick go but couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Our little guy is everything we could have hoped for. We are very grateful for the professionalism that Pawrade has shown, not wanting to relinquish a sick pup but also doing everything they could to make the situation right.

The only problem I had/have with the entire process of getting my puppy is I have not been able to print any of the paperwork/documents from Pawrade , prepay, or the breeder. The breeder, Michelle was kind enough to give me a hard copy of the vaccination paperwork for my vets appointment today. Other than that I have no proof about the contract I signed, no proof I okayed the medical wellness check up that found one of the puppy’s sac’s has not dropped. And no proof I bought this puppy, other than the breeder took my picture with some paperwork to verify myself. So I am asking to be provided any and all of the documents that was signed by me and any other documents about the purchase of this beautiful puppy. IE: I tried to copy but all came back expired, even though I tried to copy paperwork as it was completed. I need the hard copies sent to me.

The transportation was poor our puppy spent 4 days in a van sitting in urine. The insurance for 30 days is not a benefit they are just trying to get you to buy more. Will not use again
