Was skeptical at first after reading reviews on the company. I was getting different information from Pawrade reps when the puppy was being shipped. Limited commutation with the shipper. But it all turned out for the best in the end. Very Happy with the purchase Thank You

What can I say besides I'm addicted to buying healthy, cute puppies without all the hassle and worry of a backyard breeder. My 2nd french bulldog was delivered last night and she is absolutely adorable. Pawrade really makes the whole process easy. Communication is amazing from the beginning of the process to the end and everything in between. Thank you Pawrade and everyone else involved in bringing my 2nd baby home!

Communication was great until I made payment then it felt like I was second in line. Might have just been the holidays. Didn’t like the no compromises on the 72 hour hours. You delivered at the end of Christmas week and my vets had limited emergency hours. Should have had some compromise available for that. Wish scheduling for delivery could be scheduled as folks do have jobs and such but I sorta understand that. Overall good experience and I would use your service again

Everyone was very kind throughout the process. Unfortunately our pup became very sick. The very next day we had to take her for an emergency vet because she was bleeding so badly with her diarrhea. They gave her fluids and medications. But then the next day with not much improvement with bleeding they did numerous test, fluids and injections. She developed bronchitis as well. I’m hoping I sent the medical bills to the right location. Thank you all for your kind and concern for our baby. She is such a blessing to our family!

The process is very easy and well organized. Staff was very responsive and helpful. Watching the delivery vehicle route in 360 app was a lot of fun actually, as weird as that may sound. The puppy came and adjusted quickly, two days. The Driver's were very friendly and appear to really care about and for the dogs. And the puppy received was the puppy we expected. I highly recommend

Norma is an amazing dog. Pawrade made sure she was healthy before shipping her to me and the shipping company they used was very punctual and professional. Such a great experience with Pawrade. They were very helpful with answering all of my questions and providing great information throughout the process. I will definitely use them again when it is time to add a new fur baby to the family!

Tara Klevecz (Puppy Concierge)did a really good job as well as Shannon Gegor (travel agent). I asked Lois Krahling for an updated picture of Tatym and they said they would reach out to the breeder and it took 6 days for me to get updated photos and when I asked about the head to tail exam and she responded about the exam she still hadn't given me any update on her asking the breeder for pics. I finally received pictures 3 days after the head to tail exam. I am aware that the pictures were the breeders responsibility but I would have liked to at least have an update after they had asked the breeder for pictures because since almost a whole week passed since I asked for pictures I was starting to think I wouldn't get any since I didn't get any updates on whether the breeder agreed to pictures or not.

We absolutely love our fluffy frenchie who is perfect in every way . He is so sweet and has already brought joy to our entire family . The process has been flawless start to finish .
We are so excited to get our puppy. Summer wasn’t who we originally picked out. We were supposed to get her brother but he didn’t pass the vet exam. So you can see this is a safe and effective way to purchase a puppy.
Our puppy came clean and healthy and at the expected time. It was a wonderful experience.

The transaction was pretty straight forward and easy, first puppy we picked out ended up not passing her health exam..We got presented a second puppy and we accepted but did have reservations about it. Received puppy and took to vet check within 72 hous dog check out good. We received her on Nov15 it's it now Dec7 and the puppy has fallin very ill with a mass in her intestinal justion over $7000. In emergency already. Wound not recommended Pawrade!

Everyone was awesome, my new lil precious furbaby Harleigh is settling into her forever new family, she is spoiled already, her breeder reached out & let me know about some good treats she loves ,of course there already ordered for her!!!Anyone wanting to get there new furbaby from Pawrade do it,were already searching for our next french bulldog!!!

I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken for the safety of buyer and seller. The price of the dog and the shipping costs were a little too high and that might deter some buyers. But I also got an AKC dog. He has a skin condition I have to contend with that the breeder did not mention when she was here to deliver him. all in all a good experience.

I live in a remote area of the U.S. (Minot, ND). Obviously, this means that there are no breeders convenient to my location, which forces me to look to an online source to look for puppies to adopt. I went to Pawrade based on a Google search, and I’m happy that Google led me in their direction. I found a beautiful puppy, went through their online process, and in 2 weeks, he was at my doorstep in beautiful condition. I could not be happier with my experience!
