Bad customer service they want to send me puppy with broken tail i ask them to change they send me another puppy he is sick he can not breathe good i ask them what's wrong with him they say everything normal when he was with us every word you got its lie for 100%

Hadel, while your puppy did break his tail after purchase, we proposed keeping your original puppy with a discount or switching to a new puppy. You ultimately chose to receive a new puppy and we happily made that switch for you. We have been in contact with you regarding your puppies breathing and are currently awaiting the vet docs so we can review on our end. We will be here for you and ensure your puppy is happy & healthy in no time!

This is the firs time I purchase a puppy on line and I was skeptical since here was no way to know if puppy mills are involved. The staff at pawrade was very informative and helpful with everything. My initial conversation with Carlos who was so patient and good to talk with made me chose pawrade. Sandra at pawrade was very helpful and I appreciate her prompt responses. On a negative note I requested to speak to the breeder which Sandra facilitated and the breeder was not communicated and seem reluctant to talk. To be honest I was distressed over the knowledge of him travelling in a car for so long but he arrived safely. However, shortly after receiving him an hour later he was coughing. I took him to the vet and is now an antibiotic for kennel cough which he may have developed traveling We love our puppy who is now Simba. Simba is getting well and loves to play and already understand the potty training process.

The most important thing is that the puppy arrived healthy and happy. The only comment for improvement would be better clarity on the transport of the puppy. However the people that dropped the puppy off were great and the pup was well cared for.

Wow!! just amazing... I was looking at the puppy on the website and dropped an inquiry. This was at 7:00 pm pst on Saturday and I was surprised that I received a call from their agent just in a moment. I would definitely like to mention that agent, Janell, who guided me through all my questions over the phone calls and also via message centre when I had any later. I had many questions and doubts in my mind being a first-time dog owner, but all of that was eased up by prompt answering which made me decide to go for it immediately. We got Jaxon, and we are just loving him. Extremely satisfied with my newly added family member and Pawrade team in deciding, sharing information and concierge.

The service and responsiveness of the support team was excellent. I would say that some of the electronic communication confuses the situation somewhat, but all-in-all everything was great.

Loved the whole process, all my questions were always answered and I loved being able to track my puppy on the plane! Once he arrived it was a quick process. There is a wait at the airport of about 30mins after he landed but I'm sure that's completely normal. Our puppy Bingo is healthy and amazing! He has his wellness check tomorrow, and my family and I are overjoyed to have him in our home! I advice everyone to make sure and read all the information that's provided for you before your pets arrival, it helps a lot.

The customer service was wonderful but I feel the buyer should be able to talk to the breeder. It is hard picking a lifetime friend from a picture. You do not know what you are going to get. If I spoke to the breeder I still would have purchased Rue but I would have traveled to get her myself instead of a Nanny. The Nanny did a great job but again I would have traveled myself. Once I spoke to the breeder after the fact I found out she would have brought Rue to the airport. That would have changed my decision.

Our entire experience with Pawrade has been a joy! From the moment we laid eyes on her photo to we met her at the airport, everything has run smoothly, and without stress. The team at Pawrade has been attentive and available to answer all of our questions. Our new puppy is healthy, happy, and was clearly bred in a loving home with structure. We feel so good knowing she came from a hobby breeder, and not a puppy mill. We're thrilled with our puppy, AND with Pawrade!

It seems like all the tracking and correspondence relating to buying a puppy is linked to the person who pays for it. No consideration is given that someone may be purchasing a puppy for someone else, as is my case. As a result I as the owner of the puppy found it to be very frustrating with the Pawade process. When I picked up the puppy from the breeder, I was provided a document with some very helpful information in preparing for the arrival of the puppy. Had I had his information I would have been prepared for the arrival of the puppy and the right cage size for the puppy to travel. I had bought beforehand a hand carry cage, but the "gut" feeling on the way told me to stop and buy a bigger cage and am glad I did. There is no way Sofia would have been comfortable in the recommended size cage, but the breeder had the right size in the document I received when picking her up.

Good experience, would have been great except for the travel coordinator. She was useless and a poor communicator! The puppy is healthy, happy and doing well. Kudos to the breeder, they were terrific!

This was a wonderful experience from the day we found our beautiful Golden puppy on the Pawrade site until even yesterday after Cooper was home with us and we got a call to make sure our sweet boy was adjusting well. Every single person I communicated with was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They all made sure we were 100% prepared for the arrival of our new pup. It is wonderful to see how much the pets' safety and well-being are to this company. They provided every bit of information we would need to make Cooper safe, happy and healthy when he arrived. We will definitely use Pawrade's services again and would recommend them to everyone we know.

Everyone I spoke with or emailed with was super nice and very helpful. The drivers who brought our pups to us were wonderful. I am so happy we decided to go with Pawrade- I know it seems like it could just be a Pandora's box of issues (I don't trust anything!) but it was just wonderful. And so easy!!!!

I was nervous to use an online puppy store, but my little guy arrived with all his paper work, passed his health check with flying colors, a happy confident baby. Everyone along the way was very helpful and informative, without the 8 month waitlist going directly to the breeder. A wonderful experience.

Terrible experience!!! Ricky bought ( Pepper) a golden retriever for me for our anniversary. She was to be a surprise. But you people completely ruined everything. She was 2 weeks late, supposedly due to bad weather. I was balled faced lied to when she was supposed to be here on January 11. Morgan said, and I quote " I got word from the flight booking company that NO flights will depart STL tomorrow due to low temps." well I called the American Airlines flight she was booked on and it and 2 other flights headed to Arizona departed that day. Why lie about it. When we finally got her she was absolutely disgusting. She was far dirtier and stinky than just from the flight. And yes, I know they sometimes pee and poop in their kennels, but she smelled like more than a weeks worth dirty. She had giardia and a UTI And I know your pat answer to giardia is she got it while traveling, bull s*•t. And most certainly had the UTI beforehand. We love her dearly and glad we rescued her.

We apologize we had to delay delivery of your puppy, however this was completely out of our control. The airlines set temperature restrictions to ensure the safety of the puppies traveling onboard. When the temperatures get too high or drop to low, as in your case, the puppies are not allowed to travel. This does not mean the flight is cancelled completely, so you are correct you would still see the plane depart and land with passengers onboard, there just simply would not be any puppies on board. We apologize if this information was not conveyed correctly and will ensure moving forward customers understand the difference.
