They showed up at 1:00 am I only got the medical sheet I want the AKC papers that tell about her parents and her. Isn't that why I paid so much money for her I line her but want more documentation

Overall, a good experience. However, once payment was complete, response times clearly weren’t a priority. Also, we were set to pick him up on a Thursday, couple days prior when I’m finalizing everything, I find out. I can’t pick him up until Saturday. Raegan didn’t seem to want to go back to the breeder when I wanted to know “why” our time was pushed back, can we do Sunday….no. Because Breeder doesn’t do Sundays(rather than ask). Also my husband was at CVS to pick up the pup and the pup was waiting at McDonalds. Some nuances that could use improvement.

From the time I saw Georges photo I knew he would be a much-loved addition to our family. Not having experience in purchasing a puppy from so far away and basically sight unseen i was a little nervous about what I was getting into. From the very beginning, I felt the professionalism of each and every person that was part of Georges journey to his new home. Cindy, Morgan, Emily, Ashly and our puppy delivery person, Levi were all so great to work with. Thank you!!! Amazing experience. I'm so glad I used Pawrade to help me with my new puppy purchase, a Golden Retriever. The puppy customer service were incredible. There was nothing they couldn't answer or help with step by step, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Awesome communication. Even the the transport professionals were amazing, caring and wonderful with all the new pups, updating by text along the way, giving the puppies baths and rest, playing them doggie movies, until they place the puppy right into your arms at your front door! My puppy was so clean, happy and incredibly healthy! Love at first sight. I can't recommend this company enough for purchasing a new puppy. From breeder to front door delivery, they have the people who know and love these dogs till they come home to you. Total loving and professional! Would not hesitate to use them again. Our puppy arrived after 6 nights on the road in the “Puppy Wagon” delivery service. I didn’t realize how long it would take. She was everything we had hoped for. She did have Giardia on arrival so the 1 month MetLife insurance is helping pay for the fecal test and the medication. She’s a sweet little girl and we’re in love! Thanks!
