Our puppy is such a love! Transport was wonderful, they came late at night but had kept in contact with us so we knew exactly where they were and their eta. He's alert, sweet and playful. Unable to get a vet appointment for a week but he looks really good and solid (I've had a LOT of Goldens over the years).

Hi, the experience with pawrade was great and I couldn’t be more grateful for having Immanuel in the form of a happy and loving pup becoming a part of our family. It’s obvious he was loved and very well taken care of by his breeding family. The customer service at pawrade was great as well and so I have given it 5 stars. I do want to say that the concept of the private caretaker driving Immanuel was not a good representation of the real experience. We had paid $800 with the understanding that Immanuel would be driven to us by a caretaker nurtured and etc. I would never have expected that Missouri being close to 6 hours away from Texas, the wags on wheels team would drive all the way up to Virginia only to come back down to TX as a last stop to drop Immanuel off making it a 3day trip. He looked extremely malnourished from the stressors of the travel, he looked terrified. I wouldn’t have chosen for a puppy to be in a crate for that long inside of a van, if I had known better.

Mage is a great puppy. He has his crazy puppy hours, but he is a smart and friendly pup. The breeders did well. The initial process in locating a puppy and communications were excellent throughout the process. My only complaint with Pawrade is that the "contract" is so overly stringent in all of its stipulations as to be completely unrealistic. For example, saying that we can't put the puppy on the floor at a Veterinarian facility for fear of parasites is just not practical. Another example is the 72 hour rule for getting a puppy to a Vet is also fairly ridiculous...if you pick up your puppy on a Thursday, then you have to see a Vet the very next day because the weekend will wipe out 2 days, but that might not be possible due to a busy Vet and not being able to schedule; however, 72 "business" hours seems reasonable. In other words, the Pawrade contract seems to take the phrase "Cover your own ass" to ridiculous lengths. The contract stringency is why I only give 4 stars.

The whole process was great much easier than expected. Everyone was very nice and professional. The nanny Luis was exceptional. Apollo arrived in great condition and ready to greet and play. We thank you so much The hole as been filled the house feels right. Everyone at work has met him and gotten on the floor with him. I have told everyone of you and how pleasant the experience was. Very good service! I'd highly recommend.. they were very honest upfront about one puppy we had with a level 3 hesrt murmur and refunded everything. Went back to chose a different puppy and the communication and transaction and information was amazing. 10/10

I'd like to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my puppy's travel. The lack of communication regarding an ongoing flight delay was particularly distressing, leaving me anxious about my new pet's whereabouts and well-being. This oversight is unacceptable and falls short of the care and transparency I expected from your service. Furthermore, the extensive delay, which resulted in my puppy's arrival after more than 15 hours traveling, on what was supposed to be an way shorter travel time, raises serious concerns about the care provided during this extended transit period. While I understand unforeseen delays can occur, the absence of timely updates from your team was a significant failing. I urge Pawnrade.com to reassess and enhance your travel management and client communication to prevent such issues in the future.

Overall a good experience. I felt that there were too many "specialists" that would reach out about the sale, health check, transportation, etc. I also felt when the dog was delivered without a collar of any kind to identify her or any papers beyond a couple of folded forms didn't communicate the value you would want.
