Our new pup arrived Happy and healthy. From the day We purchased her to arrival took a total of 10 days. in plenty of time to surprise my husband for Christmas 🎄
We are so pleased with the process and our new puppy! We had zero issues with anything throughout the entire process of adopting our new puppy and everyone is over the moon to have him as part of our family. Our puppy concierge was so attentive and responsive and the follow up was exceptional. I would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to find their perfect forever friend.

My puppy is beautiful and healthy. There are a few things that I was concerned on. First of all they are not fast at getting back to you on issues . Also two they brought my puppy in the middle of the night which was nerve wracking for me. Daytime hours should be drop off times. The puppy is perfect and I absolutely love him.

This was the first time I had ever used Pawrade. My husband had suggested that we start looking for a Golden to add to our family. We had a Golden a few years ago, but he passed at the age of 12. I really did not spend too much time on other sites. Due to SEO, your site came to the top when searching for Goldens. I reviewed the comments and called the main line a few times to ask various people about the company, how long they had been in business, satisfied customers, etc. However, after much consideration, we decided to select Pawrade and our new member of the family - Gracie. Your personnel were very helpful and connected us with the breeder. We decided to drive to pick up Gracie. We are beyond thrilled with Gracie. She is a precious dog, and we are so happy that she is a part of our family. Thank you Pawrade.
All i all we feel that everything went Great ....Rainey is everything we wanted, she is our 6th Golden puppy and we are learning all over again (sleep, sleep, my kingdom for some sleep). Maggie, our 10 year old Golden, is still trying to warmup to her, but that will come in time...we just love her and thank you for all you have done in making this happen...George

The entire staff of Pawrade was absolutely amazing! We were a little reluctant and nervous to get a puppy online and have him fly to us because we have heard some horror stories. However, everyone from our initial contact with Emma, to our travel agent Morgan and customer service Donna were beyond amazing. They all answered my questions quickly and kept me at ease thru the whole process. From reservation date to the day we picked up Teemu at the airport was 7 days. His kennel was large enough that he had plenty of room to move. He was clean and all his documentation was attached to his kennel. We highly recommend Pawrade! 🐾

Communication could be better. I think it should have been easier to get more details on diet especially. There was some sort of mix-up with transport but the breeder ultimately straightened it out. The pup was delivered on time and healthy and I am happy with Pawrade.

I have had a awesome experience. The first time I held him and that they put the dog in my arms I knew I loved her. She has been a bundle of joy to me.
Pawrade made the process easy. I was surprised how long the trip was to transport my puppy (who was almost 9 months old). She is beautiful and sweet. Go Ryleigh!
The process of getting our darling Sammy was a pleasure. The people we talked to were helpful and friendly. Sammy is a wonderful little guy. He is just as pictured and is so smart and socialized beyond what I expected! Thank you!

This has been a horrid experience. I'm distraught and angry on every level. My dog arrived sick to the point of hospitalization. His records are out of date. The dog had to come two weeks later due to weight (understandable) but pawrade would not allow me to recoup the two weeks lost of health insurance even though I followed every instruction to the tee. This has been a nightmare and it continues. And everyone I speak to has a different answer/story/confusion. I'm not easily rattled but I'm devastated. And already in debt bc of all the emergency hospital care he's needing to stay alive and healthy. If there were a place to report Pawrade for horrible business practices and failures I'd do it in a heartbeat.

My puppy is very sweet and healthy. However, I was a bit disappointed when he arrived, as I thought he had a different conformation. He has a long snout, which was not visible from the photos on the website. Also, I was very disappointed with the ground transportation. Our puppy traveled in a cage on a van for three days, which is inhumane. Also he was delivered to us at 3am, which was very disruptive for me and my husband. The driver told me that he had already delivered 9 dogs and they had a few more in the van. Pawrade shouldn't allow so many dogs on the same transportation. Delivery consolidation is good, but the well-being of the dogs is more important.

If you're considering buying a puppy, please use this platform! It was the smoothest process ever. I'm not really sure what the other reviewers were talking about. They would call me to keep me up to date with the process and I am 10/10 happy with how the process went and how by puppy arrived. He's perfect I am already in love with him!

Pawrade has a no puppy mill promise so we expected a puppy from a quality breeder. They would not give us any info about the breeder until the puppy was delivered. When our puppy arrived, he was dirty, very smelly, with overgrown toe nails and obviously not brushed in a very long time with multiple mats in his fur that had to be cut out. He was picked up from breeder the day prior & delivered in one day so his condition could not be blamed on the transport company. Upon his first vet visit, within the 72 hour time frame, our vet expressed concern at the large amount of tarter on his teeth for his very young age and the metal staining on his teeth caused from chewing on metal for long periods of time. Our vet assumes our pup was chewing on his kennel. He expressed concern for the type of breeder that our puppy came from. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Do better!!
