Our new puppy is handsome, healthy, and full of pep. Our experience with Pawrade was good, especially with the initial salesperson. Good communication. Unfortunately, after the sale, it was way harder to get the information needed. I'm not sure how delivery dates got messed up so many times, why we couldn't get follow-up pictures of our pup after purchase, or why we were not allowed to know the breeder's name after purchase.

We've had our hearts set on finding a purebred golden retriever for a while, but it was difficult to search for trustworthy, local breeders without getting scammed. I'm so thankful that I found Pawrade! I did lots of research to ensure Pawrade was a legit, reputable company and I'm extremely satisfied with their service from start to finish. They work with a ton of breeders so they had a wide selection of dogs you are looking for (breed, age, color), and they were very friendly, professional and easily accessible via chat or phone. They even took the time to set up a Zoom call with the breeder to see the puppy live and talk about their upbringing thus far. They set up the Zoom call within an hour from my request, I submitted my payment online after the call and in about a week, my new puppy was sent to me safe and sound. We've had our puppy for 2 weeks now and we're so happy and we love him so much! I highly highly recommend Pawrade!!

We picked up two puppies in Indiana, first was Camilla, a Great Dane, we met with the breeder, who had Donna sign a transfer of ownership, she took a picture of the new owner with Camilla and sent in proper data! then we drove 157 miles to pick up Elizabeth, we had to meet the people at a grocery store parking lot, they got there and only the man got out, pulled Elizabeth out of the crate and handed her to me with a small stack of papers, I asked if I had to sign anything, no, is all he said, handed me the papers, never took a picture, and she was smelling so bad, like she hadn't been cared for, puppy mill? it was awful, we had to find a local Petland to give them a bath, there was no way we could make a 700 mile drive with her smelling like that. Very happy with the first transfer and two thumbs down with the next transfer. We love Lizzy and Kammie but would we recommend Pawrade to friends, on the fence about that one. Have a Blessed day! was happy with the availability of help while in the process pf adoption was frustrated however to find that the puppy nanny who accompanied my puppy home to me did not know the name of your organization although I think he did a wonderful job, it made me feel insecure as to how safe the process was if he had never heard of Pawrade

The entire process was amazing. The support since the first moment, all the details and information and the way you take care about the puppy was amazing. My only comment, reall a comment is that the puppy was deliver 4AM so it was a bit challenging and strange that 4AM I should be ready to receive my furbaby. For the rest everything went well.

Poor puppy was crated and transported in the baggage compartment from somewhere in Indiana to Rapid City. He had to have been in that crate for around 10 hours. He smelled like the monkey exhibit in the zoo and even a first bath couldn't get that smell out of him. He was obviously traumatized. I expected some trauma but not this. He is a good boy though. I'm very happy with him.

My puppy is beautiful and healthy. There are a few things that I was concerned on. First of all they are not fast at getting back to you on issues . Also two they brought my puppy in the middle of the night which was nerve wracking for me. Daytime hours should be drop off times. The puppy is perfect and I absolutely love him.
