I already love my new pup he already seems to be comfortable with me and my family the thing was that there was some miscommunication about his delivery dates but otherwise a great process with pawrade

I had a terrific experience with Pawrade, specific to the planning and logistics for our puppy to come home. The people I interacted with were really nice and genuinely love dogs. However, when our pup arrived and we took him for his wellness check, we found that he had hookworm, which is not the easiest of parasites to deal with as it can affect humans as well, and the meds are expensive. And this, after the pup was checked by a vet before boarding the plane to come to us. Additionally, he had a moderate ear infection and one testicle had not descended (not an issue), versus the initial pet exam which claimed that both the puppy's testicles had descended. That's a segment of the process that may need some tightening. When I brought it up with Pawrade they were quick to file a claim and I need to see how they resolve it for us. It would've been 5-stars if not for that. Thanks!

Pawrade took all the stress out of finding the perfect puppy ! They stayed in touch regularly from the first day we chose Caldwell to his arrival :) . Third day at home , passed the vet visit with flying colors , perfect little puppy ! Thank you Pawrade team ❤️

The process was extremely easy and the delivery timely. My only issue is that my puppy is going to be double the size of his parents. Based on the information in his profile, both parents weighed 35 lbs. At 19 weeks he already weighs 25lbs. This means he going to be at least 70lbs. This is much larger than the size I can have in my condo. I will likely have to find another home for him, since he will eventually be larger than what I can have in my unit.

Wonderful experience! Team is very responsive. The messaging system keeps correspondence organized and it's easy to use. Puppy delivery group was awesome too - sent me an app invitation so I could track them on the road. Definitely will recommend Pawrade to friends!
Pawrade made the entire process seamless. From Joseph Hess who helped me chose Phil and answered all my questions through Lindsey and Corbin who made the delivery and follow up a breeze. It was a great experience. There was also Renee who was super patient when we were coordinating having my son and daughter-in-law take delivery because the breeder was in their area. I would HIGHLY recommend Pawrade for choosing your new best friend!!

It went off wonderfully, after a major date change. I was so happy to finally see him I burst into tears, happy tears. I absolutely love Wolfe!! Thank you for being trustworthy. Life360 did a great job too. We're getting along great!!!

Had a great experience we now have a beautiful puppy
They did a wonderful job of staying in touch all along the way. They actually got to the house earlier than planned which was very nice. Both young men were very professional and polite. Abby was quiet and tired for all of 5 minutes. Then she wanted to give kisses and be loved. I couldn't be happier. The best thing of all is she loves traveling in the car. Settles right down and goes to sleep.
Our new goldendoodle puppy Henry arrived today and we couldn't be happier. He's such a sweet and friendly little guy and we love him. Due to the problems with the airlines and all the canceled flights, we opted to have him delivered via the ground service. They picked him up on Tuesday and we didn't get him until Sunday because of all the puppies being delivered the same way for the same reason. But the travel crew was terrific and kept us informed on their progress throughout the trip. All in all it was a great experience and now we have our Henry to enjoy.

Thank you to the team at Pawrade for such a loving and wonderful pup. The background information provided about Robbie and his parents is what made us decide Robbie was the dog for our family. Pawrade has provided plenty of information regarding the Goldendoodle breed and Robbie's chip #, vaccinations, weight chart and vet visit booklet, which shows that Robbie was very well taken care of from birth. Robbie's flight nanny was the best. She provided us with videos of Robbie during his trip across the country. She had to fight holiday flight delays and more flight delay challenges due to bad storms and weather conditions, but Robbie arrived safely. Robbie is one of the most loving and easy-going pups we have ever had. There is no doubt we made the right choice when we chose Robbie. We even love the name Robbie. We won't be changing it.

The whole process was so smooth and easy. Everyone I encounter during this process was so friendly , from the breeder to the two puppy transporters. The breeder sent me adorable pics and videos of pups before she was delivered . And Andrew and the other puppy transporter were so nice & kind. Thank you again for helping connect me to my new family member LuLu.

The team was great from the first message we sent just asking questions. Regina, Lara, and Renee were so amazing and helpful through the whole process. They were always so nice and always happy to answer our questions and help us in any way they could. The purchase and delivery process was easy, the communication was great, our puppy is as healthy and happy as ever, and the price was so much better than other breeder network websites. We're praying that the Lord continues to bless this business and continue matching loving owners with great puppies. We couldn't be happier.
