Why was I given wrong information about date of birth and mom and dad on your website to the actual paperwork given to me at pickup? No one has reached out with several questions I asked other than her DOB is July 19 not July 18 from your website. I have asked several times for micro chip manufacturer's name even called original vet and they said breeder put it in. Tried to contact breeder but can't get a hold of him. When our beloved Maltese, JJ passed away 6 months ago, my wife and I were not sure we would get another dog... until she found Pawrade. After extensive research, reading reviews and talking to the support team at Pawrade, we knew if we ever did get another puppy it would be here. And, it didn't take long to find our new little Havanese, Maisie. The mission statement of Pawrade is lived up to in the reality of their day to day business. They have got this down and made us feel so comfortable and secure in our purchase and the process so we could concentrate on the excitement of our new acquisition. The support team was amazing. Once purchased and approved, we were allowed to talk to the Breeder who was also amazing! Then their was the association with PetPay and the incredible Puppy Transport Company that brought our little girl right to our door! I cannot (and have not) stopped raving about this experience. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

I love my new puppy. She seems to have no concept of a collar or leash, and she's 15 weeks old. She won't budge with one on. She also has pooped in her kennel,everywhere else, and has no concept of going to the bathroom outside, or on a pee pad. I was expecting more for her age and what I paid for her.
