Overall everything went well. The process is pretty involved, but the staff was helpful along the way. My only complaint was the timing of the delivery. The guys were very nice, but arriving at 2 am was tough for us. We essentially had to stay up all night with our new puppy.

Everything was outstanding. We love our new puppy which was a gift for Christmas to my Husband Ray. Ray renamed him to Jack stating he looked more like a Jack. All communications were outstanding and all the information given was great. We can not say enough good about the start to finish experience. We love Jack and he is already attached to him new daddy Ray!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros - good communication upon making initial contact / puppy interest and responsiveness for initial questions such as puppy location and parents, ease of finding a puppy and peace of mind that the breeders have already been vetted, incredibly helpful puppy guide which helped us to prepare for Henley's arrival, also appreciated the concierge call giving reminders about pet insurance and other tips for pickup day Cons - final payment was requested 8 weeks before my scheduled puppy pick up date, I was told I would receive breeder contact details as soon as vet paperwork was in; when I didn't receive a call even the day prior to pickup, I called the pickup location myself to arrange pickup time. After I was already home with the puppy (after 5 hours of driving there and back) I received the breeder contact details "to coordinate pickup", which was clearly too late. Henley stunk terribly when we got her and was in desperate need of a bath. Was not expecting that given the cost.

Seamless. Great communication and concierge support along the way. All the customer has to do is read (and follow) written instructions that are provided and there’s no issues. Puppy Wagon was great.
We are so thankful to our new family member, Waffles! He is the cutest sweetie pie our family could have asked for! Thank you Pawrade!!

My experience with Pawrade has been exceptional. From the initial contact all the way up to the Pet nanny delivery, I was in contact and receiving update photos of my puppy. Very happy with my new puppy!🐾❤️🐾
We are absolutely in love with our puppy!! We named him Charlie and he is an absolute lovebug. Pawrade had phenomenal customer service and was beyond professional. They answered all of our questions promptly and made the process super smooth. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Pawrade was excellent. Lots of communication through the buying process and up to the time Piper was picked up by the transport team. I did not hear from the after that. Thought I might but did not. This is the first email from them since she arrived on Friday. Today is Sunday.
I have nothing but great things to say about my entire experience with Pawrade! The concierge who helped me was super helpful and accommodating. She made it work with the seller to facetime my baby boy get some details for me as I was nervous this was my first ever puppy. She was very patient and understanding and provided me with everything I needed. Even the other girl who helped after that stage was extremely helpful and professional. I never met the breeder but I can only imagine they are great people as my baby boy is the sweetest dog I have ever met and always happy and calm. Thank you Pawrade for my sweet baby boy!
Had a great experience except with the transportation person but I was able to get everything resolved with a person that I had spoken to previously. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we LOVE our new baby!!!
Well! we couldn't be happier with our new puppy, Arthur ( Zachery) is soooo sweet, loving, smart He arrived smelling wonderful, clean. John and I would use Pawrade again, if the opportunity was to face us again. We had two dog die this year with cancer, A beautiful Blue healer (Jake) and a corgi (Hudson). it's so hard as these dogs become family. You can never replace your loved one's, so we chose a Havanese, I would like to say It's what you put in your dogs life, that is what you get back from them! Time, Love, for now we are his life also!!! Thanks once again for this opportunity to Love a new Family member!
