Some specific observations. 1. No 1 point of contact. Seemed to be a team but they were not always on the same page. 2. Team uses a quasi-email/messaging system but with no standard formatting at all; lots of messaging app abbreviations. Not appropriate for Business Communications! For instance: No standard signature block at end identifying sender and contact information. This caused communication confusion: - Sometimes contact info was imbedded in the body of the message. Had to go search for it in the text. - One time, the breeder’s contact information was next to the sender’s name like in a signature block. I called the sender but got the breeder. - one message said breeder’s contact info was in attachment but it was at end of message. No attachment. We opted to pickup puppy. We traveled to where Pawrade said: Dalton, AK. However, on the day of pickup, the breeder revealed he was in Harrison, AK. about 150 miles away. Took 3 hrs last minute drive to get there.

I felt very safe on your webb site everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend you very highly. The only thing that needs changed is on the delivery for a puppy to ride four days is too much Cooper has some anxiety over it

we could not be more thrilled with our new Havanese puppy, Maverick. We arrived at our home on Sunday, clean and happy. It was such an easy transaction - Took a picture, uploaded it to the site, signed a paper and he was ours. Pawrade was excellent at communicating with us from day 1 - from checking his availability, purchasing him, insurance, delivery - they were there every step of the way. We got a 100% clean bill of health from our vet today, she said he's perfect - and we couldn't agree more. Thank you Pawrade!

We were so longing for a new dog. We especially wanted another Havenese dog. When we saw Paisley we knew it had to be her! She is a wonderful little girl. She runs and plays in hour and a half intervals. She plays and piles up all her toys. She is a house cleaner, bless her. She is almost pottie trained. She still has accidents but not many compared to the times she gets it right. We are so glad to have her. We bought her a new little kennel, and she sleeps all night. I keep my slippers close to the kennel so she knows that I will return. She did cry for about ten minutes on the first night. Since then she just goes to sleep. She eats her regular's food, and loves the nutritional supplement. We gave her another bath today. As a consequence she smells great. The vet appointment went well. She had the two things you warned us of. We took a fecal sample in. When ch was fine. We spoke to the breeder yesterday. He said to call if we had any questions. Will you provide us with Ernie’s #? The whole process was relatively seamless. I gave four stars vs five as I did experience an issue with an overcharge, but they refunded my money and provided a cost breakdown after I requested it. Since my airport has an embargo due to our lovely heat (was an all-time record of 120 a few days ago), they sent my puppy via ground transport. That worked out well, except they drive 24 hrs a day, arriving to our home at 2:30 AM. I had to set an alarm to wake up so I was ready for them to drop her off.

It was bad that it took so long to get transport and then the poor little baby had to go on a 3 day road trip. I know they need to combine but for 725 they get here faster. Then I got the wrong paperwork. I got Pat Self papers on Madison.
