Our experience with Pawrade was good. There were a few areas for improvement such as ensuring the customer is aware at the time of purchase any preferences the breeder has for delivery. I thought I paid for pampered air but it looks like the choice was up to the breeder, which I wasn't aware of. Additionally, the breeder was supposed to send an item with the mother's scent but that didn't happen. Other than that the total service was really good and the delivery was excellent, Whagsinwheels kept us in the loop the entire trip which made for some exciting times with our 5 year old 😀. We will absolutely use Pawrade again for our next puppy 🐶!!

The puppy is great, she is a true bundle of joy. Pawrade could have been more helpful. I let you know more than a week in advance that I would drive to Missouri to pick up our pup. I arrived, as planned, on Friday evening. We wanted to pick up Tilly the next morning and head back to Texas in the morning. Pawrade would not advise the breeders info until after we departed. I later found out that she works till 6pm on Saturdays. Luckily she was able to deliver Tilly Friday night. If I do recommend you to others, I will tell them my story and advise them to pressure you for the breeders phone number before they finalize anything. As I said earlier, Tilly is great. Jim Tyson

Our little pup arrived here happy and healthy. It was love at first sight. We have had him for one week now and he is perfect. You have been excellent in all phases of this process. Unbelievable. Very responsive to all questions. The delivery men were just as awesome. New puppy was very clean. She was supposed to be potty trained but we're having trouble with that. She's a great little thing and we love her to death. New name is Josie.

I have nothing but gratitude and praise for all that Pawrade did for my spouse and I to find, purchase, and ship our new member of our family to us. We named her "Kalia" which means "Beloved" in Hawaiian. Our bundle of joy and love arrived in perfect condition via American Airlines Cargo. We are exceptionally satisfied. Also we appreciated all that MetLife Pet did for us, and we decided to forgo the 30-day free insurance and simply purchase regular monthly insurance which began at midnight that day, and protected our Kalia, and us. Kudos all around!

Pawrade did a good job of handling the purchase and shipment of my puppy. Lots of information! The one glitch we had was that I didn't understand that I had to go to a facility other than the airport terminal baggage claim to pick up my precious package. We figured it out, and I may have been told, but just missed it. Other comment was that it has been 2 months since my puppy had any vaccinations. His last vaccination was in August, and he didn't get anything in September or October! So we are going to need to catch him up on his protective vaccines. This was a disappointment. He also arrived with an eye infection that is now being treated. The food that came with him was different than what I bought.. I bought puppy food for small breed. He came with food for toy breed. Small item, but thought I'd mention it. Again, overall, the process was handled well and I ADORE my new little man!

I was so worried ,is this a scam ? some people told me ! I needed have worried my puppy arrived as promised bathed fresh active adorable ,so thrilled I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone wanting a quality pup! I would however ask pedigree papers coming with puppy . I would give them a ten out of ten! The wags on wheels mode of delivery excellent !

We got Scammed the first try to buy a puppy in a Facebook group unfortunately. Beware on Facebook! I was hesitant to look at anything online. After finding Pawrade and reading all the reviews we started the process. Kenny was our first contact. Without doubt he made me feel the process was legit. The service and follow through was a great experience. The hand off to Shannon to coordinate the shipping and to Lois to help me understand paperwork and next steps was excellent. The transportation arranged... the couple drove from Indiana to Seattle. They had many other puppy deliveries on their way to us. BUT it only took 3 days and they have a gps tracking so you can see their journey. We constantly looked to see where they were, to the point we were standing outside because we knew when they would hit our street! Thank you very much to the team at Pawrade. I was so happy to see what Pawrade had to offer when I read up on them. I found exactly who I wanted for my puppy. I had seen lots and lots of dogs but when I saw the Havenese from Pawrade, and I saw Biscuit (new name is Stevie) I knew immediately I had found the puppy of my dreams. I was a little surprised it took so long for him to get here but pleased with all the steps that were taken to insure his health and transfer. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone!

Well, you asked. Once Pawrade received my money, it was a completely different world. We require this...and we require this..they we really rude to me!! I really love my new puppy & I will take loving care of him, but I was treated down right terrible!! I received several emails for Transfer of Ownership with a picture of me & my new puppy long before I had received my new puppy, the last one with an expiration date on it!!! Give me a break!! The only good thing about Pawrade is Holly. I will NEVER buy another puppy thru Pawrade again!
