The process has been great from start to finish! We are in love with our baby girl! Vet said she is in amazing health. She is everything we could want! The process was smooth and I would definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone!!

Kelli and Peter were great. The Pawrade process is onerous and the contracts are so one sided it feels like dealing with the Chinese. If not for Kelli and Peter, we would have walked away. I am not a fan of the company but a few good people can make all the difference. Pawrade seems like a company held hostage by lawyers which is never a good characteristic for customers

For the most part my experience was as expected from Pawrade. When I picked her up at the pet store, I was early by about 30 minutes. I wasn't asked my name just assumed that I was the person that had the earlier time slot and I was given the wrong puppy!! A Bishon not my. Havanese. White in color as well so I had no idea!! I was given a bag with the Bishon's paperwork and we were ready to leave when a lady came in to the store and she said to me "Oh you are holding my dog!!!!!!!!!" So I was ready to leave with the wrong dog almost 4 hours away!! This aspect of the adoption needs to be better. Thank-you!

Everything was fantastic, until she was picked up for delivery. From that moment on, nothing went as we were told it would, and there was virtually zero communication about what was going on. After our pup was picked up from Pawrade, it was the most inept, bungled mess I have ever been a part of. Pawrade, though, is FANTASTIC!! All of their staff go out of their way to answer any questions that you have, try to explain everything in detail, describe parts of the process - even the ones that they have no control over! The folks I dealt with were all super pleasant no matter what time I called (because I have a weird work schedule, I had to call at odd hours), and you can easily tell how much they love the puppies. They are GREAT to deal with!!!!

We are very satisfied with our transaction of Lucky. They worked with us when we were asking several questions about a few dogs. The process was so easy and fast. I also like that they keep in touch the whole time until you get your fur baby and also checked on how he was doing a week later. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
EVERYTHING about our experience in selecting, paying for, communication/s during and taking delivery of our puppy was exceptional!! All in all a very competent, confident and professional staff through and through! Our most sincere thanks and appreciation for everyone we had contact with in the entire process. We just LOVE Nelson and could not be happier. We would not and will not hesitate in recommending Pawrade to of our family and friends in the future. My goodness what can I say about a company like Pawrade,oh let me think This experience from this company was the by far best ever experience I have every had with a company from beginning to end. Totally professional, caring ❤, honest and constantly made me feel comfortable with the purchase of now, Olivia Catherine Calkin/Kolbe. We could not be more in LOve with our choice of Olivia Catherine she has had her 1st Wellness Check-up and even the Vet was impressed at what a Totally rounded gogie she is health wise and over all appearance wise she was just less than 48hrs after her arrival to her forever home. If I give this company five stars out of five stars 🌟 I feel it's not enough❣ I and my spouse can't thank Pawrade enough for completing our family and making all our dreams comes True, with not a bit of hassle, KUDOS 🤗

The staff at pawrade made everything about this process incredibly simple. They are in constant communication with you throughout the whole process and do their best to answer every single question in a timely matter. They really want to make sure that your mind is at ease throughout this process and send plenty of information not only about your puppy but how to prepare for his/her arrival. I highly recommend pawrade just for peace of mind knowing that you and your puppy are in good hands with them.

She is a gem just full of it. The process was nerve racking but everyone was very helpful sometimes had trouble getting in touch with people when I was asked to call back, but otherwise all went well. Thank you for being an honest organization, you never know when working on line.

My experience with Pawride was exceptional, from beginning to end! They are available for any questions along the way and even helped after my puppy arrived. They were also all very nice, kind and professional. We are thoroughly pleased with the entire process and highly recommend them.
The folks at Pawrade were awesome. They made our process of getting a new puppy very easy. They were very communicative and helpful whenever we had questions.
Nolan is the second puppy I bought using Pawrade. Ten months ago the process from reserve to receive Nikki (breeder's "Lavon") went so smoothly I worked with Pawrade again. And again, Pawrade is organized; the entire process went smoothly. I had a few questions along the way which were answered quickly and completely. Pawrade has my full recommendation!

My little Havanese pup!! Huge thank you to the Pawrade team, especially Destiny and Shannon for making our whole journey smooth. We love our little fur baby so much. He came in just in time before Christmas! He is the best gift ever! He is perfect! When we got him at the airport he was just so excited to see us. Everyone was very sweet to him. He's came home bouncy, healthy and full of love. Thanks again PAWRDAE team for making this a memorable experience for me and my family!! We will be referring our friends and family over to ya'll. Overall, very good experience! The only issue is the email and message board. Customer cannot message the breeder directly and cannot respond to individual messages. May want to improve the email / message system. Delivery person was also exceptional!
The process to finding our new fur baby was made very easy by the teams at Pawrade from the start to finish!
Everyone from the beginning, starting with Tara were amazing, carrying, and super friendly. I was always updated and never left guessing. Very organized! I will definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a new puppy!
