Very friendly staff. Instructions on steps were very well distributed. All phone conversations were documented to be able to reference once needed. Our puppy was very happy and healthy.

First of all the puppy had health issues when I received it. Both ears were infected showed signs of bleeding there was dry blood inside both ears. A urinary track infection. The puppy doesn't look anything like the puppy in the Photos on Pawrade website. I Puppy spent approximately eight hours in a dog crate with some shredded newspaper in the bottom of it. It it looked as if it had a little water and little food when the journey started with no toys or anything for the puppy From the breeder to the transport company to the airport and flight time seems a little cruel. As far as communication five emails saying exactly the same thing seems a little much to me. And all-around bad experience and it's still not over. I definitely would not recommend buying your puppy on the Internet and especially not through Pawrade.

While your puppy received a clean bill of health before she left we do have a comprehensive health guarantee to ensure the puppy you actually receive is healthy. Please submit your vet paperwork so we can make sure you are covered. With regards to the newspaper shreddings and contents of the crate, the airlines have strict policies with what can go in a crate during transport. While a towel or bedding seems like it would be a better option, the choking hazard it presents makes newspaper a much safer choice. The airlines transport thousands of pets a day and have created these protocols based on their countless number of deliveries. We wish you and Bella the absolute best and will be here to support you during this journey!

Ok, in all my years (69) of raising dogs/puppies I gave never paid so much nor have I received a 9 week old puppy full of cocidia. I have had her for 8 days and her diarrhea is so bad her stool runs like water!! This is so sad because she is a sweet puppy. Never again...nor will I recommend pawrade. I just hope she gets over this and will be the wonderful family puppy we were hoping for.

I was very impressed with Pawrades thoroughness. not only from their side but also making sure they were sending Blue my silver lab puppy (or as they know him Bentley) to a good home. All their records for shots and treatments were documented which made it seamless to be able to hand that to our vet. I really had no doubt I was going to get exactly what I wanted and my new family member was going to come to me in good health. I would definitely use Pawrade again and recommend them

The Pawrade customer service was excellent to a point. Staff was very communicative and helpful until the purchase of my dog was complete. After that I received a message with the date my dog would be picked up for delivery to me and then nothing more in terms of travel updates. Estimated delivery of a dog via ground transportation is 2-4 days with an exception for unforeseen events. I understood that. However, I received no information from Pawrade after my dog was picked up from the breeder. She arrived 7 days after pick up. With all the great communication that is provided during the purchase, I was surprised that Pawrade was not more helpful during the time I waited for my dog. My only option was to wait patiently for any information from the transport company which I received about 4 days after she was picked up. It may be policy that Pawrade ends communication after the dog's pick up date but as an expecting pet owner I would have appreciated something more from them.

Im not a person who buys online but when I saw my little guy I took a chance . I was scared but I'm glad I did because it was an awesome experience . Everyone was very professional and kind at pawrade and I want to thank everyone at pawrade for answering all of my questions and concerns through this process . We named our pup Bruno and now that he's here our family is completely and we are excited to see this little guy grow up with our kiddos . 🤗🐾🐶 Thank you!!!

Peter made the transaction go smoothly. Transportation was delayed 3 weeks due to weather. Email communication was timely, however contact phone number for the travel coordinator and the travel contractor were not answered. We finally received a beautiful, healthy pup.
