We are so happy and excited to welcome our new fur-baby home! This was an amazing experience. Every staff member we interacted with was pleasant and professional. The detailed communication, documents and tips are very helpful. We will definitely recommend this Pawrade process to all our friends and family members who may want to open their own homes to a new pet. We're so thrilled with Pawrade! We did a lot of research before deciding to get a puppy and their services were great! The communication concerning what was needed from us as well as the tools and resources they provided was on point. More importantly, our puppy arrived healthy and happy and we received exactly what we wanted. Our new family member was well taken care of and the transport team made sure she arrived in time and in good health. We'd definitely do this again!

Pawrade forces you to activate a 30 day "free" policy with Metlife, which once activated, excludes you from fully insuring the pup for a full 30 days. This means you will have to pay 100% out of pocket for all visits, vaccinations, exams, and medications for the first month. Additionally, their messaging system is clunky and slow.

We had a pleasant transaction for our beautiful pups. From the very beginning before purchase to the end we had all our questions answered. I enjoyed the tracking ap for when they were on the road so we could see where they were at in their journey. Once they were here few days we got a call from pawrade checking in to see how our girls were. We will totally recommend to all our friends.

Our black lab passed away this past November and we were all devastated, it was unexpected. I was re searching on labs near me and found pawrade. I was skeptical but after reading the reviews and talking to the concierge I could tell that, yes people have to work for money, but they also really lived what they do. They were responsive, informative and easy to work with. Our puppy arrived right on time to our front door step and it was Avery special moment. We can never replace our moto man but this special golden is helping us heal and that is priceless. Thank you to the team at pawrade! Happy Hollidays!
