We are very happy with our new puppy. He is so smart and silly💓. Parade made it so easy to find,and get a puppy. He was delivered right to our door. The only thing I would change is the three day limit for the vet check. Some places,like here,its very hard to get an appointment. So for us its 3weeks instead. I'm just thankful we did get an appointment, most of the vets here,like the physicians, are not taking new patients. Anyway,we had a very good experience & would definitely recommend Pawrade.

Everything went exceptionally well and the steps were all very clearly stated. The puppy concierge was incredible and made my family and I so comfortable with the idea of getting a dog from a different state prior to ever actually meeting the puppy to check compatibility.

The people were very knowledgeable and great until we put our money down. Then it was lots of miscommunication, met several different people that we had to talk to and then a bunch of miss information about when we were getting the dog and then the process of him coming on the plane our dog was terribly traumatized when we got him, no one brought him to us. We didn't get to check him out before he left the airport. He was on appellative a bunch of dogs he had fleas and he was in very bad shape when we got him. I know they said that travel is hard on them, but when nobody is there to hand him off to the purchaser, his new family, and he was two hours, left with other screaming dogs and everything, and they are all buckled in a cage on a pallet like that they were a piece of merchandise , that's not OK and then all this stuff with you have to get the 30 day insurance and it doesn't cover anything. What is the point of giving people the free insurance and then they're trying to sell you

Charlotte in video was around 6 weeks old, video should have been up to date of her actual age of 9 weeks old. Not going to the breeders kennel and meeting at McDonald's restaurant is a real big concern. Not getting a last name of the breeder, only his 1st name raises other concern. And getting puppy to a veterinary within 72 hours, should be not including weekends and none working hours.

The staff wss courteous and friendly. They answered all my questions. They went step by step on the process of getting my puppy. I was even given a 3 way call with the breeder. Very satisfied

We love our new puppy, but she gave us quite a health scare when she arrived. Pawrade's paperwork said we'd get our puppy 2-4 days after she was picked up for transportation. She arrived at our house EIGHT days later! She had stress related ailments but we got her to the Vet in time. If you buy from this company INSIST on air transportation if it's more than a days travel. Communication with the transport people was almost non existent and obviously Pawrade wasn't in contact with them while on the road either. To claim that they have the animals best interest and health to us seemed disingenuous. For the best interest in health of your pup, we'd have to recommend against using Pawrade.

Your "Susan" is now our Cinnamon. A beautiful and very calm sweet puppy. She's been with us less than 48 hours at this point, but has completely won my wife over. Everyone at Pawrade was very helpful and easy to work with. However, not all of the questions we had for the breeder were answered. We assume that the Pawrade concierge passed on all of our questions, but not sure as we were never able to communicate with the breeder directly. There are a few minor medical concerns, but we aren't sure if they originated during her journey across the country to us from exposure to her travel mates, or she had them before that. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience to get our new pup to her furever home.

Pawrade was terrific to work with buying our new English Lab puppy. They made the process so easy and stress free! They stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process and were quick to answer questions. They were very caring people and you can tell they really love what they do and care about the pets. The Wags on Wheels LLC transport service were awesome. I would highly recommend them for anyone wishing to bring a new fur baby into your family. Thank you!
