Early discussions with Pawrade on whether to raise a Lab puppy and the steps to purchase and transport her were very pleasant and helpful. The many Emails prior to puppy arrival we're very detailed about her immediate care and long term health. The young couple who delivered our puppy nonstop were really amazing. They established communication by phone and message and further provided a tracking app so we could follow their progress to our door. Our puppy arrived clean and well. The whole process was very well done. Thank you.

Kelsey now known as Kai is just as promises smooth transaction and delivery. She is just the most precious girl ever and is loving her new home… A lot of people told me I was crazy to buy from a breeder who was not local your reviews proved otherwise and you never once failed me with keeping me in contact during the whole process if I ever get another fur baby Pawrade will be my only choice

Pawrade did a fantastic job. They swerved all my questions so that I was satisfied that I hd all my answers prior to signing the papers or paying any money. Even after everything was signed and paid, they were still there when delivery had to be delayed. The week of delivery I was apprised when Jasper (previously Brio) would arrive, then given the flight information so I was ready. I would highly recommend Pawrade.

The process overall was personable and easy. I love that they have checks and balances in place to ensure puppies are going to a reputable responsible family. They produced video of the puppy when we requested and answered all or questions in a timely manner. We would use them again!
The dog is beautiful. She arrive safe and sound and was full of energy. The experience from beginning to end was excellent. Everybody I spoke to was friendly and informative. Excellent experience all the way around.

Pawrade is awesome. . . we were looking for a new addition to our Black lab family and ran across Pawrade. Viola . . . we found Cooper (Mack). The Pawrade process was easy and they answered all of our questions with complete information (not canned responses). They let us know where Cooper was in his travels to his new home. The transporters kept us up to date with where they were and updated his ETA on a regular basis. They even sent us pictures when they got stuck in traffic. I highly recommend Pawrade to anyone wanting to get a new puppy. You will not regret your decision. THANKS PAWRADE!!!!!

I wasn't getting any emails on my phone and it became a big problem. I haven't used my computer for months to check my emails.Just my phone. I was so HAPPY when Dan who was on on vacation text me back and got everything. In order so I have a great dog today. He is just perfect. Again thank you Dan.

Our dog is absolutely wonderful and the most perfect fit for our family and we have pawrade to thank for that. Communication prior to getting the pup was great but the minute we got the pup the communication was poor at best. We have had a few questions about our dog and have wanted all the papers that should come with our dog only to be sent pictures of them laying on a desk. I have emailed and called many times to try and have these documents sent to us some how and have fallen short of this every time which has been frustrating. I feel all of the proper documentation is something that each owner should be able to have, physically, and it should not be a challenge to do so. Aside from that, if you are looking for an amazing fur companion, you will most likely find it here
