Spencer with Pawrade was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with my decision. I'll be honest; I was a little worried about not knowing an internet puppy transaction. Spencer was great in letting me know details. I picked up my gorgeous puppy in person and met the breeder. Enos was kind and so helpful as we set up a meeting. She (my puppy) was everything that I hoped and dreamed of. She has settled into her new home with us and follows me everywhere. We are besties Pawrade's emails letting me know details was so very helpful as I was getting ready for a new puppy in my home. Thank You so much :)

Parade needs to hold their breeders to the same contractual obligations as their buyers. Our puppy’s weight was severely misrepresented on her listing. We paid all money up front and even had a pickup date, only to be told one day before pickup that the puppy was underweight and unable to travel. The staff need to be trained on using ounces and pounds as units of measurement. 1.9 pounds does in no way equate to 1 pound, 9 ounces. Staff sent snarky emails to nearly every update request I sent, telling me to refer to the contract time after time. Very disappointing experience, will not be using Pawrade ever again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. They locked up our $4,000 spent between puppy price and travel fees for 4 weeks. I had to beg and beg for additional pictures of the puppy’s growth and well being after paying this money. You’d think for that price I’d be getting a picture once daily!

It was a smooth delivery and the management was helpful. I got my baby safe and healthy. The service is great, my experience with Pawrade was outstanding. Unfortunately our experience was not great. Lots of communication while purchasing but no support after purchase. The breeder pee pad and supposedly grass trained the pup, but he would not even step in the grass so at 4 months old he leaned from the breeder to pee all over my rugs. I tried to contact the breeder to ask some questions and received no response. Buyer beware. We thought we were getting a dog from a reputable breeder but any breeders that have a 4 month old peeing inside is NOT REPUTABLE!! THAT IS HOW PUPPY FARMS OPERATE. He is terrified of grass so I am sure he was not trained or taken out to do his business as posted.

The pick up went very well. When I was looking at pups on pawrade and reading about the pups, all talked about what potty training was being done, when picking up spike I asked about that with spike. Said they were doing nothing and were leaving it all up to the new owners

We love our new puppy. She is lovely, well socialized, and loves people and other pets. We drove 3 hours to pick her up. We were able to speak with the breeder to answer questions. Everyone was helpful and nice. I was even sent extra pictures I requested since we have 2 weeks after purchasing before we picked her up. It was a good experience overall.

I live between Belen, NM and Chester, VA. I just picked up Gigi formerly Cupcake in MI at the Springfield airport. It was a wonders experience! Gigi was fed and ready to go!!! Everyone I spoke with at Pawrade from Janelle, to Cindy the travel coordinator, Donna the information lady, to finally Sally Suschnick the breeder were just magnificent! They really were just wonderful brilliant people to deal with and it wasn't because I was buying a puppy either. They all really were just amazing!Any questions I had I feel like I got thoughtful, honest answers. It made buying my Gigi a wonderful experience, so wonderful that I would recommend PAWRADE to anyone looking for a new furry friend! The process from start to finish was totally painless. Everyone I worked with was kind understanding and always got back to me in a timely manner. I did have to turn down a puppy because the breeder vet found an issues with his mouth. It was brought up to my attention immediately. Gave me to what i wanted to do. Take the puppy and ask the breeder for a large discount. Or pick out a new puppy. My thoughts were to pick out a new puppy. I did take another puppy from the same breeder. He was perfected.
