The pick up went very well. When I was looking at pups on pawrade and reading about the pups, all talked about what potty training was being done, when picking up spike I asked about that with spike. Said they were doing nothing and were leaving it all up to the new owners

I couldn't have DREAMED for a better result!! Anyone I dealt with at PAWRADE was wonderful and so helpful with any issue I had! I dealt with Pam, Emily Reading, and Lindsey and they couldn't have been more helpful. The delivery was right on time, and easy. And Abbie (Now called Annie) is the love of my life! What a wonderful experience! Thank you Pawrade!!! I'm in love with Annie, and it's only been 4 hours that she's been here! 💕🥰💕

We love our new puppy. She is lovely, well socialized, and loves people and other pets. We drove 3 hours to pick her up. We were able to speak with the breeder to answer questions. Everyone was helpful and nice. I was even sent extra pictures I requested since we have 2 weeks after purchasing before we picked her up. It was a good experience overall.

I live between Belen, NM and Chester, VA. I just picked up Gigi formerly Cupcake in MI at the Springfield airport. It was a wonders experience! Gigi was fed and ready to go!!! Everyone I spoke with at Pawrade from Janelle, to Cindy the travel coordinator, Donna the information lady, to finally Sally Suschnick the breeder were just magnificent! They really were just wonderful brilliant people to deal with and it wasn't because I was buying a puppy either. They all really were just amazing!Any questions I had I feel like I got thoughtful, honest answers. It made buying my Gigi a wonderful experience, so wonderful that I would recommend PAWRADE to anyone looking for a new furry friend! Gigi is already a part of my family and I am very happy with the whole experience! Thank you ladies for helping me bring Gigi into my life and making her a part of my family! ❤️❤️❤️🐾

Sophie (Ruby) is awesome! She's settled in well and is a real little spitfire lol. She's playful, loving, curious, dating, and a truly well adjusted little girl. We couldn't be happier.

i already have fallen in Love with her. She is a lovable cuddle bundle. She likes sitting in my lap or up by my chest so she can be close to me.
Loved working with Pawrade. So professional from start to finish. Quick turnaround from the time we Reserved our bundle of joy to his delivery that also went off without a hitch. Thanks again for all you do!

The process from start to finish was totally painless. Everyone I worked with was kind understanding and always got back to me in a timely manner. I did have to turn down a puppy because the breeder vet found an issues with his mouth. It was brought up to my attention immediately. Gave me to what i wanted to do. Take the puppy and ask the breeder for a large discount. Or pick out a new puppy. My thoughts were to pick out a new puppy. I did take another puppy from the same breeder. He was perfected. I am very pleased with Pawrade. They did an outstanding job coordinating my obtaining my puppy Toby (I renamed him from Travis). All of my concerns were addressed in a professional and timely manner. His transport team was the best. They kept me informed every day and ensured my puppy was in good hands. When he arrived at my door he was clean and fed. When I took Toby for his Wellness check my vet was please with his previous care. He was up to date on all shots. Thanks everyone involved in this process and for bringing such joy into my life.
Ranita now called Lexi, arrived at 10:15 on Super Bowl Night and adopted us right away. The delivery man said that she was spunky, no lie there. She took to our home right away and appeared to feel comfortable and welcome. We had her local Vet checked and was given a clean bill of health. She has the run of most of the house and likes shoes which is why the bedrooms are off limits. She is very playful with us and her toys. She eats her Royal Canin and drinks water when hungry or thirsty. When we go out she has her own room which is where she also sleeps. A real active puppy and we are happy in all respects with her.
