We wanted say Thank you to Pawrade team for our new puppy Sammie..From the day one we got very quick connection with Lillian, who helped us with the Zoom and with all paperwork as well. She always responded to my email or my text message very quick. I also wanted say thanks to Cindy who set up our puppy transition as fast as possible and this wonderful Aaron and Karen who brought our fury babyto her new home with very professional way , they made this day very special . We also thanks the breeder Grace for our sweet and happy puppy. It was absolutely amazing experience I highly recommend to everyone who looking for a puppy.

Overall I've had an excellent experience with Pawrade Team, very organized and responsive. You've done a great job with air travel for puppy. The only thing - I would have liked to know about umbilical hernia earlier, just to be prepared. Otherwise 10 out of 10. Thank you All and have a wonderful Holiday Season! I was looking for a small dog that would stay small and could ride in my truck with me. The process was easy. The breeder was very accommodating as I had to drive 10 hours to get him and was way late due to traffic. Puppy is the same advertised, playful and seems to be in good health. Getting a checkup in 2 hours. Very very happy with my new lil riding buddy. If u can't find what ur looking for at a shelter! (Which i did look for) I recommend pawrade. If I use again I will def look for a puppy that's closer, but he was worth it!

I consistently received communication regarding the status of Trinity and the updates of adjusted time frame of arrival. Upon arrival Trinity was energetic and playful. Papers were signed along with getting the picture of me and the puppy with my ID. She is currently in her dog den with her food and a soft dog blanket. She can intermingle with my dogs at a safe distance.

Finley AKA Jack is a little love He came to us potty trained which is wonderful. The only thing that was wrong is he has parasites but our vet said slot of puppies get it. We have medication for him but it doesn't seem to bother him. Thank you so mucj

Pawrade's staff showed patience and answered all my questions throughout my adoption process while continuing to keep me updated on my new baby's status. A special thanks to Tara for all of her hard work. They offered financing and assistance with that process if that was the direction I had chosen to take. They also assured he was delivered happy and safely. Sean and Luis cared for him as he traveled 1400 miles and diligently kept me updated throughout his journey to his new forever home. Could not be happier from start to finish. Great responsive contact with staff. Transportation provider was so friendly and helpful. And, I have a beautiful, sweet, healthy pup. No contact with the breeder and I did not seek it, however, I can tell that he took loving care of my little one. He is so well adjusted and came with a care pkg. Went to the vet today and he is very healthy with good features. :).
