I am very pleased with Pawrade. They did an outstanding job coordinating my obtaining my puppy Toby (I renamed him from Travis). All of my concerns were addressed in a professional and timely manner. His transport team was the best. They kept me informed every day and ensured my puppy was in good hands. When he arrived at my door he was clean and fed. When I took Toby for his Wellness check my vet was please with his previous care. He was up to date on all shots. Thanks everyone involved in this process and for bringing such joy into my life.

Ranita now called Lexi, arrived at 10:15 on Super Bowl Night and adopted us right away. The delivery man said that she was spunky, no lie there. She took to our home right away and appeared to feel comfortable and welcome. We had her local Vet checked and was given a clean bill of health. She has the run of most of the house and likes shoes which is why the bedrooms are off limits. She is very playful with us and her toys. She eats her Royal Canin and drinks water when hungry or thirsty. When we go out she has her own room which is where she also sleeps. A real active puppy and we are happy in all respects with her.

She always responded to my email or my text message very quick. I also wanted say thanks to Cindy who set up our puppy transition as fast as possible and this wonderful Aaron and Karen who brought our fury babyto her new home with very professional way , they made this day very special . Overall I've had an excellent experience with Pawrade Team, very organized and responsive. You've done a great job with air travel for puppy. The only thing - I would have liked to know about umbilical hernia earlier, just to be prepared. Otherwise 10 out of 10. Thank you All and have a wonderful Holiday Season! I was looking for a small dog that would stay small and could ride in my truck with me. The process was easy. The breeder was very accommodating as I had to drive 10 hours to get him and was way late due to traffic. Puppy is the same advertised, playful and seems to be in good health. Getting a checkup in 2 hours. Very very happy with my new lil riding buddy. If u can't find what ur looking for at a shelter! (Which i did look for) I recommend pawrade. If I use again I will def look for a puppy that's closer, but he was worth it!

I consistently received communication regarding the status of Trinity and the updates of adjusted time frame of arrival. Upon arrival Trinity was energetic and playful. Papers were signed along with getting the picture of me and the puppy with my ID. She is currently in her dog den with her food and a soft dog blanket. She can intermingle with my dogs at a safe distance.

Finley AKA Jack is a little love He came to us potty trained which is wonderful. The only thing that was wrong is he has parasites but our vet said slot of puppies get it. We have medication for him but it doesn't seem to bother him. Thank you so mucj
