My initial consult by Tara was absolutely awesome. Wait, it got better with Tara. She took it above and beyond and actually helped make the sale by completing all tasks i asked. With Breeder follow up and just and overall wonderful person. Tara is a Gem...Kudos to her and she should be recognized for her efforts. The Concierge process by Cindy was not good. She actually had my pick up date mixed up with another dog and blamed it on being blonde and being up since 3a.m. Which put me in a bit of a panic not knowing what date to pick up my puppy, as I was driving 6 hours to retrieve him.. not happy with her at all... She never followed up after her debockle as I went back to Tara and she handled it. Lindsey and Alisa were awesome with follow up.

First, this puppy is very well mannered, sweet, and very beautiful, Thank you for that. However, she came to us with bloody, runny stools and later in the evening around 7pm she threw up a very large mop like string wadded up at one end and around an eight-inch-long piece the size of a mop! she projectile vomited it up and hopefully it was all of it. We had her vet checked this morning at 10:30 am as of now 1:17pm she still has blood in her stool and it's still runny. she is eating and drinking, and we are watching her. maybe a mop in the van I don't know. We don't have a mop or any flossy type toys in our household. She wasn't left unattended at any point I would assume it occurred during delivery since it was very brown, and mucus covered. a little concerned that this could occur.

Beth was great to work with from pawrade. She responded quickly and answered any and all of my questions. The breeder, Brittany was also great to meet and I can tell that she took great care of the puppies. Rosie is such a confident sweetheart and doesn't seem to be afraid of anything other than the chilly mornings in North Carolina. :)

Thank you so much for your patience with Richard and I. We are so pleased to receive our little girl. We have named her Maggie Mae. We've spoiled Maggie. She goes with us where ever we go. She has her own dog bed in the back seat of our car. She even has her own dog stroller.

Everything was excellent. I was a little afraid of him regarding fraud. I did and I can vouch for it. My girl arrived without problems and she is beautiful.

Customer service was helpful in answering questions and concerns and assisting with purchasing the puppy online. I did not receive a response from the team in a timely matter and did not receive the updated video that was requested. The travel concierge was helpful in keeping me updated about the puppy's flight. The team made sure to provide all information about the puppy's health and procedures after receiving the puppy.

Terrible communication, a high price for a puppy. I asked how to access the free insurance so I can take him to get checked up, no response. I am not recommending this site.

Once I decided on my puppy the process to get him to me was very clear with lots of follow up and communication throughout the entire process. I have had a great experience with Pawrade. We got our puppy, and the process was smooth and easy.
Overall good experience. I can tell the puppy came from a good breeder. She's healthy and smart. The communication was overall good except for the transportation, it was a little lacking. They picked up our pup from Oklahoma on a Tuesday and said we think we will be there over the weekend. Well pawrade told me that once the company picked up the puppy we would get an eta and a gps tracking, the transport company said that they never heard about gps and that they could give a very vague eta. I just wanted to make sure we were home (because we work full time). This is the first dog I have ever bought and not rescued because my daughter wanted this specific breed. I probably won't ever use a service like this again but if I have to recommend one I would recommend Pawrade.com
From the moment I located Paige (Mini-Aussie) through delivery the staff from Pawrade were available and responsive. They helped guide me along the way with each step and made sure I understood what was needed. The process was quick and seem less overall. When my puppy arrived I was very happy to receive her. I elected to have her delivered to me and Pawrade assisted in that process as well. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance in adding a new family member to our household. As she grows her and Snickers will continue to bond.

They were very thorough and conscientious in terms of communication, advise and delivery of the finest puppy I could've ever hoped for. You will not be dissatisfied with Pawrade, I'm certain of that. The purchase and delivery of our new family member Camryn was stress free. I loved the security of knowing I wasn't wasting time and effort on a scam. My wife loved being able to track the status of delivery across the country in real time. I feel the pricing is a little steep, the vet found an issue with her elbow, it is not developed properly and her (kneecap) for a lack of the clinical word wound up dislocating four times in the first few days. She has gotten stronger, but it will never (fix itself). She has one pricked ear which is considered to her bread as a fault. In a nutshell, I personally feel if the breaders are going to ask such high prices for their puppies they should be close to flawless. I understand not every puppy will be perfect, but when there are flaws they should be priced as such. Camryn is a delightful new addition. She is energetic, loving, and smart, hopefully she won't need surgury for her kneecap and will be able to catch frisbees with no problems!

We paid $1.1k for transport, and was pretty much force to give a tip before even receive the dog, gave the nanny $60 tip and we were harrased. You should pay more to the nanny's or stop the preassuring texts or phone calls.
Finally got our new puppy … it was a nice process the people were all very helpful always there with answers to lots of my questions. Totally wworth the wait was able to stock up and be prepared. Great choice would do it again
After many failed attempts with puppyspot veterinary checks and delivery issues, we decided to try one more time to get our new fur family member. So we looked online and saw Pawrade. We didn't want to deal with airlines and what not due to our experiences with puppyspot. However our agent Regina took it a step further and found our puppy here in California! So we looked at Sandra's profile and we couldn't be happier and excited. We made travel arrangements and WITHIN ONE WEEK, we had our new fur family in our arms, activated our 30 day MetLife insurance and drove home. Sandra has been an absolute joy and we make sure to pamper her with loves, toys, preventative care and spa days! Thank you all your efforts and care.
Good service for the most pet but the breeder lied about the expected weight of my dog saying he wouldn't be more than 20 lbs and then when i am handed my puppy i notice his paws are giant and the vet calculated estimated weight of at least 35 lbs. i paid for and was expecting a smaller mini Aussie so that was very frustrating and still no response regarding being deceived. Oh and when i kindly asked for periodic updates with videos and images of my puppy in anticipation of receiving him, i only received 2 blurry 5 sec videos.
