Overall we are satisfied that everything worked out with the adoption. We are so happy to be with our new puppy. We were not notified of a health condition until the day before she was scheduled to travel. Seemed like something was being hidden from us. Raised questions related to breeders integrety. Also, all contracts we needed to sign seemed to lean toward protecting Pawrade. The contracts made use feel like the guarantees were really not guarantees after all. We had to accept what happened without recourse or "we were on the hook" to make it right.

Matthew and Justin kept in touch with us the entire time and delivered Bella to us this evening. Both of these young men were kind, personable, professional, and caring. I am so happy Bella was with them. They were fantastic!

I had lost my last dog early due to an illness, so I was contemplating a new puppy for a while. I came across your site by searching for the breed I was interested in. I was delightfully surprised to see a lot of choice, variety, and availability of pups. I hadn't been familiar with your site, and my concerns were allayed by the professionals I spoke with. There was clear communication throughout the entire process of choosing and actually getting the pup. If I had additional questions, they were answered through a chat thread in a timely manner. Travel arrangements were communicated every step of the way. I am now a tired and happy owner of a beautiful puppy. She is happy, playful, and healthy. She is exactly what I had hope for.

I couldn't be happier with my girl Kimberly. There was a medical issue with the first puppy that I was originally planning on bringing home. Pawrade with their great customer service kindly informed me and how it was against their policy to still go through with that transaction. Luckily they took a proactive approach and identified Kimberly who was in the same litter. They offered to refund me in full or swap out with this other pup. I asked to be transported from her Breeder in Ohio to my home in Virginia. The travel service was wonderful. They took great care of her and provided me updates of their ETA and photos of Kimberly via text. I took her to the vet last Friday and they said that she was far beyond other puppies her age when they have their first exam. I didn't need to have her receive any of the initial vaccinations because they were already given to her. She is a loving, energetic and playful pup. I'm so excited for us to be together!

THE ENTIRE PROCESS WITH PAWRADE WAS INCREDIBLY SMOOTH. ANY QUESTIONS I HAD BEFORE PURCHASE WERE ANSWERED AND ALL STEPS IN THE PROCESS AFTER PURCHASE WERE AS EASY AS PIE. I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT DEALING WITH AN ON-LINE PUPPY SERVICE BUT THE STAFF AT PAWRADE MADE ME A BELIEVER. THE COMMUNICATION WAS OFTEN AND QUICK, SO I HAD PLENTY OF INFORMATION ON HOW THE TRANSACTION WAS PROCEEDING. I HAD MY PUPPY IN MY HANDS LESS THAT 1 WEEK AFTER PURCHASE USING AIR DELIVERY. THE PEOPLE AT AMERICAN AIRLINES TOOK GOOD CARE AND WERE PLAYING WITH HIM WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK HIM UP. I CANNOT SAY ENO0UGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE PROCESS.

I believe this is a puppymill dog. I was told you don't deal with puppymills when I called and looked at your website.This breeder shows at least 15 dogs and multiple breeds for sale on his website. I love the dog, but i could have driven 50 miles for a puppy mIll dog in Ohio. So disappointing. You need to have better control of your breeders.

I would love to have given Pawrade a stellar review except they broke the #1 rule in customer service - the customer is always right. I should explain - I paid for a puppy and the very next day Pawrade ran a special promotion of $250.00 off. So I asked for a refund of $250.00 which seemed fair imo. I mean this was like 12 hours ago come on Pawrade. You blew it.

I was pretty nervous going into this experience, trusting this third party puppy match maker, but turns out they are legit, very caring people who hold your hand through the whole process. I found the perfect puppy for my family. Getting a puppy from a long distance away is the most nerve racking part. I had a lot of anxiety about this. Pawrade will talk you through for some reassurance. Fortunately, I was able to have someone fly in with my puppy, so she didn't have to be in cargo.
