Well, the dog I received didn’t look anything like the picture I was sent!! I would love to share the pictures what arrived And the date of birth was not the true date of birth until I got the paperwork I love this puppy because he’s a baby, but I really hope you do better

We love Stella (formerly Freya). She arrived this morning right when expected and she's wonderful! Playful, happy, more-or-less potty-trained. Our vet visit is tomorrow but she seems very healthy. Working with Pawrade was a good experience except too many texts, emails and phone calls! You really only needed to email me about 3x and that would have conveyed the necessary info. I also would have liked to speak once directly with the breeder.

So my 11 year old daughter sent me this website as part of her report to me as to why we should get a dog. I was the holdout in the family. We bought our puppy on Good Friday. Then I saw some negative reviews and freaked out. I cancelled the order and tried to call, but I thought I didn't reach anyone (On Easter, no less). However, I now see that they called back immediately after I'd called, and left a voice mail I hadn't discovered. When I talked with them, they were more than helpful with the questions I had about the no puppy mill pledge and the response time. My case manage gave me her direct line and hours and let me know I was within my rights to cancel if I still wanted to do so. Apprehensively, I went ahead with the order. Well, our new family member has been with us for a week, and he is great! We went to pick him up and it was a reputable breeder, not a mill. He's sweet and healthy, and Pawrade has been very responsive and helpful. Glad I went through with it! No Regrets!

They did amazing! I was not an easy person. I was so stressed out the entire time! This is such a big deal. My last dog came everywhere with me. She meant the world to me. We had her for 18 years. So this dog had to be perfect. And WoW! We are so happy 😊 and we are so happy with how well they took care of her through the transportation. I was expecting a crying traumatized dog covered in poop and pee but that was not the case at all! She was clean, so calm and happy. She instantly started kissing me and wagging her tail! They also took her to go to the bathroom. I am so happy with how kind they all were. I was so back and forth. I was so afraid. But they helped me through everything. I am beyond happy 😊 my husband and son are like little children playing with the puppy!

I love my little fur baby! I was skeptical about using Pawrade. I would have liked to have contact with the breeder to learn more about the puppies parents. I was surprised that someone was not readily available to answer my question. My puppy did arrive healthy, so that is a big positive. There were an awful lot of fees involved from the first click of the button onward. I give a neutral review.
