Everything went very well with communication from start to delivery, however the only issue i have is that 3 days to get a vet visit is real difficult when most places around my area require a 2-4 week period to see a new vet. Other wise the delivery was flawless and was well informed through out the travel. Steve

I was disappointed that I did not get to see where my Charley (previously Pete) was born and grew up. Also, the person delivering my puppy to the Walmart parking lot said we could have met her much closer to our home. This was also disappointing. Everyone was very friendly but I did not know where my 2 day trip would take me until the afternoon before I left. This was nerve wracking. On a scale of 1-10 I would give you a 5.

I love my little dog Teddy is her new name one of my granddaughters said she looked like a teddy bear so what grandpa could refuse. went to vets next day after delivery all good very healthy . the delivery guys were great new puppy slept on my chest first night which is fine with me i'am a real dog person .the girls at my vets office wanted to keep her she is so friendly and sweet. thanks Pawrade folks you have made. an old man happy.

Cannot thank Pawrade enough for the professional help and detailed follow up on adopting our two beautiful puppies. Pawrade stayed in contact with me from the beginning of selecting our puppies to setting up a phone call with the breeder for our questions. Also, organizing with the puppy delivery service. Nearly every other day I received updates via email and/or phone calls regarding what to expect next. I was sent checklists on how to prepare for the arrival of my puppies. Once they arrived we were thrilled with the puppies appearance, energy level and overall health. It has been nearly two weeks and all is going well. We were so pleased with the service from Pawrade. We would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking a credible avenue to search for and find your furr-ever new family member. By the way, the Pawrade representative that we personally worked with was "Kenney". He was such a delight to talk to through this entire process. Thank you Pawrade !!

Renamed her 'Cole' She is a very loving, animated puppy, learning to potty train and doing quite well. I love her with all my heart, I couldn't be happier!❤️🤣
I am soooo happy with this company. They provided the BEST customer service. They stayed with me to beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting a puppy. Very Very Please! :)

Everything was amazing! My only constructive comment is give the customer a couple in person calls. Getting texts through an app is unsettling when it's multi thousands of dollars being spent.

He had an awesome experience with Pawrade. From my first interaction with them until we received our puppy everything went smoothly and according to plan. We drove to pick up our puppy so we can meet the breeder in person and there was no doubt they were very caring and had raised him with love. They were meticulous about his records and also making sure he had everything he needed to get started with our family. I've known people who were scammed trying to find puppies so I was very nervous about everything beforehand. I did my due diligence and read a lot of reviews and can say that from my experience this is a wonderful way to find exactly what you are looking for. Every single employee I talked to was knowledgeable and considerate and patient. Special shout out to Eddie and Donna.

I have to admit I was skeptical. How could you not be? Shopping for a pet, a new companion, a new family member online? It seemed wrong……but it's not! Pawrade has been exceptional from the moment I asked for more information until days after we brought home Ryder. I was so surprised at how organized, polite, helpful and knowledgeable everyone was at each stage of the puppy purchase process. I hope everyone else has as pleasant experience as we did. Ask a million questions, they have a million answers and if not they will get the answer. Lastly, Remember you get what you pay for! Try not to get sticker shocked! When you begin the process you will understand how many people are Involved in making your experience a premium experience. Thank you Pawrade. Great job. -C.J

We had an amazing experience using Pawrade. So helpful from start to finish. Everyone I delay with was quick to reply and always had an answer or sent me to someone who could help. I was amazed (and overwhelmed lol) with all for the info sent my way to prepare for our pups arrival. I am happy to know Pawrade checks breeders and doesn't support Puppy Mills. The health guarantee and month of puppy insurance is an added bonus. Super great experience! We love our new pup so much! Thank you Pawrade!

Let's begin with this: from start to finish we had exceptional communication with the Pawrade team, they always answered my questions within few minutes or even better, when we needed to speak to somebody over the phone there was a Pawrade member answering the phone and who knew most of the details of our case. We were really hesitant to adopt a pet via Pawrade because of contradictory reviews (BBB, Trustpilot); but my kids had selected the puppy they wanted then we decided to initiate the process. The whole process was carried out over Pawrade's (Petpay) internet platform, then there is always a record of the conversations. We decided to pickup the puppy at the breeder's location to avoid over stressing the puppy, the puppy at reception was fine and so far our goldendoodle is doing fine and getting used to our home. In my opinion if you ever have issues with Pawrade most likely are due to the breeder, in our case Pawrade and the breeder were ok. Thank you Pawrade team you did great!!
