Delivery carrier was very thoughtful on taking care of the puppy, she was in very good spirits when dropped off and very clean and happy little puppy. The carrier was very cordial and very nice. Thanks for the excellent service.

Apart from lack of communication between adoption team and transportation services, adoption process was smooth, but delivery could have been better managed. The driver was a very pleasant and accommodating gentleman. Not really pleased with MetLife insurance persistence on buying a policy either. The puppy is a doll and will be forever loved and cherished ❤️

Whole process could not have been made any easier. Am very pleased with how smoothly everything went and how much I appreciated the kind and helpful the people that I had the privilege to work with. Certainly took the uncertainty and stress of getting my puppy from so far away.

Pawrade did an excellent job at keeping us updated throughout the process. They were quick to answers all inquiries and made us feel at ease at every step. The process was efficient and well organized. Puppy Michael was received in great condition through ground transport. I highly recommend Pawrade for their services, breeders are trusted.
The process was simple. The staff walked me through the whole process and made everything easy. I am super happy with the whole experience. I live my little fuzzball.

Mostly an easy experience but breeders being able to say that great great grand parents could have been something else so the size being twice the size is okay is very disappointing.

Kelsey is the second Pomeranian puppy we have adopted from Pawrade. We did receive Kelsey in a timely manner and was delivered in very good condition and health. I would like to emphasize that we are concerned the Kelsey was not treated as well at her original home. Kelsey seems to be very timid and afraid of heights, which could reflect being dropped or hit prior to transport here. I believe she is young enough to adjust, however did want to bring this concern to light. I give a 4 star because of the condition of Kelsey's nature versus Payton who came to us without any fears. Thank you for allowing us to be part of these two beautiful girls that make us very happy every day.

We had a very sad situation with the first puppy we chose to love. Pawrade representatives were very supportive and helped us find and bring Samuel home. We are over the moon in love with him! We are extremely grateful for the 'hand-holding' and compassionate way Pawrade brought Samuel into our lives was handled. We would definitely recommend Pawrade to family and friends. FYI - the travel companions brought him to us after a 4:00 a.m. call. LOL -- we were hoping for later but it all worked out. Thank you to everyone who worked with us.

So fast and took great care of my new puppy.
After we reserved, the puppy flipper, we would've liked to have quicker responses, especially before pick up. Re do re I'll get home. We still have to send our photo with Flipper whom we have renamed Tucker with the middle name Carlson, was that a name Tucker Carlson? He is one of our favorite conservative talkshow hosts who really has an excellent understanding of what is going on in our country as far as our country going down. We are still not home yet when we get home in about 4 1/2 to 5 hours we will send the photo of ourselves along with flipper whom we have renamed Tucker.
Buying on Pawrade was good. I really like how detailed & straightforward they are with their instructions. I appreciate how they kept the possible situations real without sugarcoating anything. Love the honesty and the communication between the concierges & I throughout this process. Also with the Petpay team & Cindy with their instructions. I want to give Holly and Carli credit for assisting and providing me important details and information that I need to know before and after buying Makenzie. I appreciate both of their patience and understanding with my questions and concerns. I want to thank Aaron & Karen from Wags on Wheels for safely delivering Makenzie to me in good condition. I also appreciate their generosity for giving my pup a bath. Lastly with Makenzie herself. She's more adorable in real life. She brought joy to my family. She's unexpectedly a lot to handle with an opposite personality from her description. She's an active & playful dog. I thought she was a chill dog.

You folks are so professional, and my puppy was delivered before schedule by two very courteous and professional staff of wagonwheels. Callie was clean and happy when she arrived. She had her appointment today at the vets and checked out healthy and fine. I would be more than happy to recommend your company to anyone who needed these services.
