Luna: miniature poodle We have an adorable healthy puppy that was delivered right to our door slightly after midnight. We were kept in the loop the entire time so were not caught off guard on delivery time. We had a great experience with Pawrade throught the entire process. Excellent communication and lots of resource links to make everything you need to know about being a pet owner so much easier. Our puppy is settling in just well and absolutely love her!

Had my puppy one day before diagnosed with Parvo. So many expensive with very little recourse. The breeder gave vaccines too early and if given at appropriate intervals could have saved my puppy. Between the breeders careless vaccine schedule and the puppy wagon’s undoubtedly transporting animals with previous condition my puppy never stood a chance to survive. So very disappointed with the one process and the medical expensive in too of cost of puppy is unbearable

One Sunday morning I came across a beautiful little mini poodle named Tamara. I immediately got in contact with Pawrade and within 12 days Tamara joined our home. The process was easy and everyone involved was very informative and helpful. Never purchased a pet online before and was hesitant to do so this time. However, I would do this all over again. thank you Pawrade !!!!!

Very well run with lots of requirements for new owners and breeders to ensure they are competent breeders and not puppy mills so you get a heathy puppy that is well socialized.

We love our new puppy! The process could have been a little more streamlined as it was confusing with so many different titles and email domains, etc. reaching out. You should have one single pet liaison and the rest should be handled on the backend. This was by far a much more complicated process than it could have been.

I was given some misinformation re Nautilus. Was told he had a docked tail and that was a quality that I was looking for. Also was told his adult weight would be 16 - 18 pounds, my vet told me yesterday that more likely he’d be 12 pounds at maturity. He is a delightful little guy and a great addition to our family, however I would like you to be aware of how he was misrepresented by your staff, and had I gotten the actual facts would not have been willing to pay the high price for him that I did. On a more positive note, the young man, Andrew who delivered him to us was incredible, kind, caring and engaging even at midnight when they arrived, he also kept us updated on the ETA. I hope Puppy Wagon is aware what a valuable employee he is.

The entire experience with Pawrade was outstanding. From the moment I saw my new pups listing, I was very concerned about utilizing an outside service. I asked tons of questions, which were answered quickly, accurately and with the compassion of a service which knows the anxiety of bringing a new “fur baby” home from a distant place. I was extremely happy all along the way. The puppy transport service was operating like a well oiled machine. My puppy seemed happy when she arrived.
